I think it is fair to give San Diego Imaging a 5 star rating. I showed up what I thought was November 11th, which today was the 10th. I swear I usually have all my ducks in a row. But I finally got my first babysitter during Covid, and to be told my appointment wasn't until tomorrow (totally my fault) just wanted to make me cry. The nurse at the front was so awesome and so sweet.
And the. Courtney made me feel so welcome. She was quick, efficient, and took care of what I needed done. So friendly and knowledgeable as well. I appreciate you all for making me the important one though everything wrong was on my end. I appreciate you all so much and am so thankful that you were able to accommodate me though I'm sure it wasn't easy and yep today I was "that patient." Thanks again.

I went to San Diego imaging Oceanside a few days ago and got an x-ray. The x-ray technician was just rude. A sort of aggravated man that hated his job sort of feeling was smacked into my face upon arrival and it was not fun. His instructions were more like scolding it was awful. So uncool! Then I went for an MRI a few days later and the MRI technician was absolutely kind and sweet and geez that's all a person wants is to just be treated with kindness. ESPECIALLY during medical procedures.

Several check in people at the front desk are exceedingly rude regarding new check in rules because of covid. That seems to have happened in many places who have now adopted ridiculous rules regarding covid. Why do employees think it's ok to be rude to people now because of covid restrictions? This I do not understand. Sometimes you luck out tho, and get one who knows how to be courteous. Patients are forced to wait in their car now until the techs are ready to perform the procedure. The techs I have dealt with are very professional and capable, also polite to talk to. This place used to be very professional and not bad to deal with. Now I dread going.

Interventional radiology worst experience dealing with Dr Saxon Dr Ponec and Dr Pryor. Because my mother was not stable enough for a procedure that needed to be done this company or group or team. I could call them anything but doctors. Are refusing care. They had placed a stent in her leg and since then have not made contact with her or have seen her.
And wanted her to have a different procedure done before working on her urgent matter. They take a vow as "doctors" to care for patients but the way this was Handled is so unprofessional. I can't believe San Diego imaging would have a team of "doctors" like this.

I had a very nice experience with Dr Justin Gooding for sclerotherapy for my varicose veins. He is a very nice person and all of the staff there are exceptional. I've had to go to San Diego Imaging many times to pick up MRI's and reports that either myself or spouse have had and they are always professional. This is a busy office so when I need records I always call one or two days ahead and the staff has always had my results ready with a smile!

It was that time of the year again, Annual Mammogram. Upon receiving approval from my primary care insurance, I promptly contacted San Diego Imagine to set an appointment. I was informed of instructions for the day of mammogram and what to expect. Upon arriving at my appointment time I had a couple of forms to update and I was in the X-Ray room at my appointment time.
The technician was informative, caring and aware of my concerns and comfort. This was my first time at San Diego Imaging and I was impressed with my treatment in all areas - office and actual X-Ray. Thank you San Diego Imaging. Robyn Carlson

Wow. What a runaround. Called to schedule a pre-op ultrasound appt and after being left on hold for almost an hour and calling three times, was told that the tech needed to know what the ultrasound was for even AFTER they'd received a request that stated "breast ultrasound". I don't know how much clearer my doctor could have been than "pre-op ultrasound, breast ultrasound".
Even after explaining multiple times that the ultrasound was to be on a reconstructed breast to check for fluid prior to implant removal, they STILL didn't understand. Finally, I was connected with a so-called manager who appeared to understand the reason for the appointment but then began to insist that they needed my prior imaging records. AS IF!
I don't have any prior records because I haven't had breasts in seven years. There's been nothing to "image" but these geniuses couldn't process that information and I STILL don't have an appointment. If this is what happens when you try to just schedule an appointment I sure as hell don't want to put my faith in an ultrasound tech to even find the breast. These people couldn't find their own behinds with both hands.

I called to see if I needed appointment. I was told no, I just needed to be there by 4:15. The person on phone took my name and date of birth. She explained that she was going to call to let receptionist know to expect me at 3:45, which was in 30 min. She stressed again to be there before 4:15. I arrived by 3:35 and waited for my turn to be checked in while receptionist was assisting a patient.
She yelled out to me that if I didn't have an appointment they couldn't help me that day. I was kinda caught off guard and not sure who she was talking to since I could not even see her. The poor patient she was helping was not even finished being helped and was just standing there. I explained that I had called and made an appointment, she picks up phone and calls tech to see if they will take me.
She then asks for my insurance info and I.D. Keep in mind, she still has the previous patient standing there. I was just baffled by the entire experience. She handed me a questionnaire and I went to sit down and fill it out. About 10 min later she comes to me and asks if I was done yet. I was hanging on to it because other places usually had me hand it over to the tech when my name was called.
I asked if she was done with my ID yet and was told no. 10 min later, I went back to her to retrieve them. She finally found them and handed them back. I honestly have never experienced such poor and disrespectful service anywhere. I would assume some Hippa laws were possibly broken by having me give her my medical info while she was still working with the first patient. Her name was Muriel or something close to that. This was my second visit here. The first one was pleasant with no problems.

We used Scott at SD imaging to help set up our Hotel Kitty website last year and he done a fantastic job. He visited the site and took extensive photos and created a fantastic website that really sells us as a business. We still work closely with Scott to ensure we are always up to date and relevant.

This was my first time here. I've noticed right away, you couldn't even see the ladies at the front reception. They were hiding behind the computer monitors. No chairs to sit while you're trying to talk to the lady. When I finally saw her face, she was very nice. I gave it 4 stars because of the technician who helped me. He was outstanding! I wished I asked his name so I can recommend him. He was fast, I was in an out in no time! Also, he was very informative and had a great customer service skills.

I bought a bungalow with a large garden that hadn't been maintained for years with woodland at the back. My architect suggested using a drone to get images of site from all views so we could get a good feel for site and the far reaching view with the potential of creating sea views if new house was positioned correctly. Scott managed to capture some great video footage and photo images for the architect who has added a number of these on the planning application and we will have sea views. Just waiting for planning now. Thank you SD Imaging

I'm not sure who the f! Ek I spoke with but I want to spit on her grave and kick sand in her face. I have been bleeding for 6 weeks, my IUD is nowhere to be found. I'm sorry the orders weren't sent but if you would listen to me I physically have them and can fax them in myself. I will be driving to Encinitas to avoid this hell hole and their sister location in Escondido. Y'all better check yourself because imma about to sit outside and egg your employees because as I said bleeding for 6 weeks I got lots of pent up anger.

So I needed an x-ray of my hip because I pulled my groin somehow. Came here because my Dr. recommend them and they were all very nice. The office was clean and somewhat modern. Check in was simple and quick but I also came in the morning so it wasn't that many people there. If I had to come here again I would be happy because I had a good experience.

My doctor faxed a prescription for an X ray of my arm a to this medical imaging company. I learned that they open at 7:00 AM and headed down to be first in line. It was my doctor's fault that the prescription was in error. Carla, the patient coordinator explained the mix up. They contacted my doctor to get it straightened out. Carla called my cell as soon as she received a corrected prescription - I returned and had my X ray with very little wait time.
This facility is very busy but they use teamwork to run a well oiled medical facility. Most of the employees with which I came in contact were like Carla, very patient oriented and well trained. In you live in north county and ever need any kind of medical imaging you will be glad if your doctor faxes the prescription to this excellent facility. Signed Patrick.

It's ridiculous to be asked to have a full bladder for an ultrasound as you check-in 15 minutes before appointment time to only have you sit in the lobby for over an hour before taking back to a room. Smh.requesting a new imaging place since it was almost the same thing last visit 6 weeks ago. San Diego Imaging in Oceanside, CA
