I'm 57 years old and the fraxel has evened out my pigment and removed "age spots", fine lines around my eyes and around my mouth. I would recommend it anyone. Julie the receptionist was very nice and answered questions I asked. Kim was the person who performed my treatment, I liked her very much, she did a wonderful job and also answered questions I had.

I regret leaving such a poor review, as I do believe there are good people and injectors/estheticians here, but my experience has haunted me for years. Relatively new to fillers and injectables, though not inexperienced (I'd had my lips done and had wrinkle relaxers multiple times), I decided to take advantage of one of Anne Therese's many annual specials/bogo events.
My genetic under-eye circles had been progressing to a point that I could no longer ignore, and I wanted to do something about it, and I purchased filler to be administered in that area. I knew as soon as I showed up for my appointment that I should have just walked out. It was an immediate feeling of inexperience - I was handed to someone who had only been practicing for a couple of months.
If I had known then what I know now, I would have known that the under eye/tear trough area is an incredibly delicate area that should be treated with subtle fillers, if any at all. Instead, I was treated (under very little supervision by a more experienced injector) with a very firm filler with a cannula. The left side of the face went ok, and then I was treated on my right side.
I looked in the mirror and about had a panic attack. It was a VERY VISIBLE CYLINDER of filler from my tear duct down to the base of my cheek bone. I expressed my concern with the aesthetician and she told me not to worry, that it would go down in a couple days - but I vividly remember the worry in her own eyes. Here i am, 3 or 4 years later: I have had the filler disolved several times by my injector from Juvly (who I recommend), and it is still there.
The residual filler is so good evident to me, still, and to my injector. Shame on Anne Therese for allowing someone with little or no experience to inject at all, let alone such a delicate area. Needless to say, I will not ever be going again, and I highly recommend that you never do. *Addendum - I should add that everyone at this office is very friendly, and I do not believe any of this was done spitefully. But, I regret to say that friendliness is not a substitute for good results, nor an excuse for negligence.

Such an amazing office! The office is so beautiful & classy. Everyone is so kind. Dana is truly amazing. She's done my injections the past couple times and the results are perfection. No they didn't ask me to do this review.just sitting here on a Sunday admiring the results & feeling thankful for finding such a talented injector :

I have been going to Anne Therese Aesthetic Medicine for over 10 years. The staff is very helpful and always friendly. The facials from my favorite aesthetician, Kim, are absolutely off the charts amazing! She uses quality ZO skin products geared specifically for what my skin's current needs are and I always leave there feeling so rejuvenated. My skin has never looked better! Highly recommend!

Anne Therese Aesthetic Medicine is the ONLY place to go! They really take a generous amount of time listening to your needs and discussing the best possible treatments for you. I've been going here for years and have probably been treated by almost every staff member. They all are absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming and not to mention gorgeous!

The customer service at the Gahanna location was beyond my expectations from the moment I walked in the door. Several employees not only greeted me while I was waiting, but also took the time to introduce themselves. I can tell that Dana takes a personal interest in her clients. She did an excellent job on both of my procedures and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I will definitely recommend this location to others.

I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to express my experience and satisfaction with this office. My experiences have been positive and every visit I am made to feel welcome and with genuine care from the time I walk in and greeted by the front office personnel to the personal interactions with the staff. The staff is friendly, and the office is extremely professional, yet has a relaxing vibe to it.
The staff are all very open and honest with you. Being in management myself, it says a lot about the effectiveness and professionalism of their practice manager, Hannah. She responds quickly and effectively to any help requested of her by her staff and/or clients. I receive quality care. I would highly recommend their office to anyone who is looking for high quality, professional services.

Dr Anne and her great team of positive caring professionals made me feel welcome and answered all my questions at the cozy Gahanna office. A real person answered the phone when I made my appointment, and I was seen on time. Becca made me a cappuccino when I got to the office and and Dr Anne was an artist with her filler injections. This was excellent care and amazing customer service which is often missing in medicine today.

The last time I was there I was told I had to leave a good review. I didn't until now because I didn't feel that anything they did was worth writing a review for. The service I had was just okay, secondly having them tell me "I had to" leave a good review left a sour impression. They are paying customers for reviews and will credit your account $25.00 if you post a review while you are still in the office.
You have to actually show them your review in order to get the credit. Not to mention, asking all employees and employees families and friends (even if they have never been a client) to leave good reviews! Talk about padding your review scores! If you were good, you wouldn't have to pay for good reviews!
