I wish there was a way to give them a ZERO. Let me be very specific, Dr. Gallagher seemed super the office staff / surgery scheduling - Josephine HORRIABLE!. Either hire more people or hire the right people that will do their job. They were to contact me to schedule surgery and if I has not heard back in a week to 10 days I was to call her / email her. FIRST of all, get in the 21st century and establish a patient portal where 90% of this can be resolved via messaging.

No call from her so I reached out, got her voice mail, left a voice mail and sent an email with all details. I noticed that her voice mail introduction listed the doctors she scheduled surgery for and Dr. Gallagher was not mentioned. I called the office, inquired, and was told that they had lost the other scheduler and Josephine was handling the scheduling for all the doctors in the practice.

Still no email or call from Josephine, followed up for the next 5 consecutive days leaving calls and emails. Then called the main office number the following week only to be told that Josephine was now on vacation for a week. Is there no one covering for her? should her voice mail not state she is on vacation and her email provide an out of office reply?

A week later I call back and still get her voice mail. I wait a couple of days and call the front office and tell they my situation and that if someone does not schedule my surgery today I am going to another practice. I hold for several minutes and then Josephine comes on the line and schedules the date for my surgery saying I just got back off vacation and today is my first day back.

I guess she was on vacation for all 3 weeks (not). Today 5/13 is 3 business days before my surgery and I still don't know what time to be there or if if should stop taking any of my OTC medications (ie. blood thinners). I had to ask where it is I even go for the surgery (address) Like I said I have received zero information on pre-op or post-op. You may have the best doctors and surgeons in the world but there is a level of professionalism, follow-up, and follow through that should extend through out the entire surgical process and communication with the patient is absolute KEY.

The most unprofessional batch of "triage" nurses. Especially Tiffany who handles LOA and disability claims. She just hangs up the phone if she doesn't want to hear what you have to say. RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. Especially when there is a $20 charge to fill out a single form. There are a few good ones there, but Tiffany really gives them ALL a bad rep.

Your business would be better without her on board! Get a new job if you can't handle dealing with PATIENTS! Edit: It just gets worse. Victoria, the scheduler, is so RUDE and is answering multiple calls simultaneously, places you on hold 7 times when you call to schedule a simple appointment. Hire another scheduler if its that deep. It's ridiculous. Doctors are great, but dang, the staff is sinking this ship.

The owners probably don't care though, since they still get their money. Every time you have a question, it's an answering machine. And they explicitly state to not call multiple times because they will just ignore it lol. Even if you don't call multiple times, it feels as if they're just ignoring you. I went in today (Monday), four days AFTER my surgery, in excruciating pain, to pick up a prescription after the nurse told me on Friday: "We'll have it here for you to pick up on Monday". Well, the prescription wasn't there and apparently the only nurse that can write prescriptions was "with patients".

I waited 15 minutes but could not wait any longer due to extreme pain and had to bail. Are you serious? Where's the multiple MDs that have the ability to write a script? Oh, and the reason I didn't get the prescription directly after my surgery is because the doctor didn't write my name or dosage information on the script so the pharmacy couldn't fill it. Is this real life? Having any type of surgery on your butt is already an unpleasant experience and these nurses and people who man the phones literally make me want to scream.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this office and the office staff, particularly Killy, who always ends up answering and facilitating what I need, Tiffany who has helped me get schedules knocked out, and ultimately Dr Mueller and her Fellows, Dantu and Villamor, who I trust FULLY to take care of me and guide my treatment. They have great bedside manner and have fully answered all of my questions and have eased many of my worries.

The office staff here are the absolute worst I have ever met. The new patient schedule lady is a miserable human being. She is rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. No one ever answers the phone and when they do they treat you like your an inconvenience. The worst, absolute worst. Flip Side - Dr. Herrera is great. Very kind man, super compassionate, great bed side manner.

First time visit, I haven't seen the Dr yet. Trying to reach someone on the phone and has to wait long long time for someone to answer. I live far away and need to ask if all documentation and authorization are ready, the gas this days is very expensive. I might need to go in person and maybe I cannot be seen the date of my appointment. This is going to be the first and last.

Terrible place. I saw Dr. DeJesus MD for a 5 minute visit. Without notifying me that the visit was 265$ or sending me a bill, I saw a derogatory bill on Fox collections sent by Victoria who works in billing. I called her and paid it off and Victoria stated it will be taken off your credit report today which was two months ago. I called today and she said the same thing that she will remove it today. I would not have any procedures done there due to the disorganization and lies.

Do not go here. they are so unsympathetic, incredibly rude, will not return your calls after surgery and leave you to suffer in pain. In fact, after calling and reaching no one for days I finally got to the nurse who called me "love" condescendingly and said that my procedure was not as big a deal as their others as a response to my reaching out in acute pain, from an operative procedure that was incredibly scary and invasive for me. Then, she actually hung up on me when I asked if that was her professional response.

Her name is Tiffany. I've never had such bad medical care in my entire life. Even when you're in the office, you will wait for hours despite your appointment time and once you are called back you will have the experience I can only imagine cattle do when they're being hoarded into different rooms without being spoken to. Just rudely expected to know and pried at. Seriously go anywhere else.
