While the medical care has been good, the billing department is awful. I accidentally gave a wrong insurance card, did not receive a bill for over 6 months. Now they are saying they won't refile the claim since it has been over 90 days even though I have verified with my insurance company it will be covered if they resubmit it since it has been within a year. Speaking with different people in billing we we were told if we did a 3 way call with our insurance company, we could get it handled and when the insurance company told them to send the claim, they refused.

They refused to even take the correct insurance information. It was after this, my husband got mad. Over all they were rude and did not even try to provide good customer service. Cannot speak to a manager in billing. Reached out the the office manager of the practice we visited, who seem surprised we were having such issues and is going to look into seeing how she can help us. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Stephanie A. Willis, RN, CPNP-PC Ms. Stephanie was amazing. Her bedside manner is stellar as well. My son was so worked up on top of feeling sick. She let him talk and listened. She gave me piece of mind and comfort, explaining everything. We already love Dr. Madren, now we just added Ms. Stephanie to our list!

I would like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Bayview Physicians Group and their NowCare located at Lakeview Medical Center! Yes, it was a process to get to the testing; HOWEVER, they kept in touch and answered questions with a kind voice and a smile despite being overworked right now! Thank you for telling me how to get the appointment (go online and schedule virtual).

Thank you for calling to let me know I would receive a phone call to do a check-in and actual scheduled appointment. Thank you for calling and letting me know the next step would be a text message with a Zoom link for Dr. Magno. Thank you Dr. Magno for seeing me on Zoom and sending me to the Lakeview location for testing. And thank you Nurse Wendy for coming out to test me and explaining you will call me but it may be an hour or more and she did! So this morning I was stressed because our ERs have been inundated when just getting a test can be handled via a process within the day.

Do you enjoy being placed on twenty minute phone call holds? Will you tolerate the office refusing to complete an insurance authorization form? Then this place is for you!

This place is a joke. I had a prior scheduled appointment, had a couple of calls making sure I was going to be there, then waited an hour with no call back from the waiting room. Make the mistake once. It won't happen again.

Can't rely on an appointment. Multiple times I have had one, drive all the way there, then they tell me they can't do it for one reason or another. Don't waste your time with this group. Find a company that will book appointments and honor them.

Wow, after reading the former/employee reviews (Indeed) of the company, I can see why prescriptions are not sent to pharmacies! Twice, in two weeks, my Rx was not sent until I called to ask after the pharmacy said they didn't have anything for me. In the many years I have had a PCP at my location, this is the 4th time it's happened. This time I asked to speak to the office manager, supposedly a Teresa Raby, and was told she would be told to give me a call.

Haven't heard back from anyone. Is there a Teresa? And if so, was she told I had a complaint. Maybe she doesn't care patient prescriptions aren't being sent either. Who knows? I've never had an issue with any PCP I've had there. However, as of the pandemic era, courtesy of a few of the check in staff I have dealt with has gone down. It's almost like they're irritated you need assistance in person and via phone.

I'm sure many are overworked and feel underpaid, however, the patients are the reason they are there. Courtesy goes a long way and likely would help patients be more understanding when things don't get done. Snickering, telling untruths, and being snappy when issues are brought to someone's attention is not the way to handle medical issues/concerns. I pray that conditions for every medical staff member improves and they can get back to caring for their clients/patients. We need you and you need us .

This is about dr.regina tan-camacho. It takes forever to get a appointment with her even when you're sick or out of medication she won't refill them they always say you need to make an appointment with her. She is hardly there and takes forever to see her even when she's there. When you do go to your appointment she leaves you in the room and don't come back to see you.

Customer service is virtually zero. Suggest you to find any other Urgent Care unless you want to be totally frustrated. 800 # for Nowcare is a joke unless you want to hear a recorded message or to be on hold for 30 minutes plus. It is a major obstacle for Nowcare to even call in a Rx if needed. I have been in the healthcare industry for 24 years and Nowcare no more.

The doctors here are great. However, the wait times are ridiculous. Not sure what is causing it, but last time I came in for simple blood work, I was waiting for about 45 minutes. And for my follow-up appointment, I was informed when I came in that they are running an hour behind. Could they not call the patients and let them know? Thankfully I do not have work today, but if I did, I would have had to reschedule. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

I wish I would've read the reviews before calling this place. I was in desperate need of a covid test for travel and when I made the appointment I asked if she knew the turn around of the results she told me she wasn't sure and I would have to ask the physician. I waited for my appointment time, asked the physician, and learned that I wouldn't have had my results in time so we decided to end the telehealth visit at that.

A couple months later I get a bill for $130. apparently you get charged just for speaking to the physician. ended up being a pretty expensive question. But seeing the other reviews I guess they'll do anything to get money.

Sandy and staff at the clinic set up for Vaccine distribution couldn't have gone smoother. They were organized and professional and running ahead of schedule. My mother who is a senior didn't have to wait a long time or stand which is so nice at her age. It was seamless start to finish. I think they should be the standard for the rest of the state! Great job Bayview!

I've been literally waiting in an exam room for 102 minutes and still nothing! Never again! Used to be a great clinic.

This place will do ANYTHING to get money from you. Do you want your results from a test? You will need to make another appointment with them, just for them to tell you, "you do/do not have said condition" Literally 5 words. Almost any other doctors office makes your results accessible in a way which doesn't involve going in office so they can charge you for an office visit.

I wanted my results for one of my tests, but was told I HAD TO go in office for them.only to be told 5 words, "you do not have *condition*". This place is an absolute joke and care nothing about your health, only $$. But hey, what's new?

After about 4 visits 2018-2019 this is my review. As a patient waiting in the lobby. I should not have to listen/overhear conversations from the front staff about previous patients and their visits. Unprofessional, but I understand that this happens at many doctors offices not just nowcare. Ugh. Outdated processes, you have to fill out a paper form on the clipboard (why is this not electronically done, - similar to how you check in at the Patient First locations), sit down then take the clipboard back to the front.

Then within 10 mins later get back up to give them your insurance card, then pay. Just seems like an outdated process. Then get back up for consultation and vitals, then sit back in the lobby then wait again. Then finally get a room and wait to be seen by a doctor. Imagine putting an elderly patient or someone who is in a lot of thru this. Service / paperwork issues needs to be fixed.

But finally when I got to see the doctor the doctor was nice which help to make up for some of the unpleasant experience. Overall experience still feels rushed at times. but getting better.

I've been here a few times when feeling sick and worn down. The doctors have always been friendly and knowledgeable, making a quick diagnosis and explaining what they think is going on. They also provide guidance on what they are prescribing which I appreciate. The front desk staff are not the friendliest. Maybe it's due to the sheer velocity of people coming and going, but they definitely make you feel like a number.

The location itself is nice and clean. They can get backed up pretty quickly, especially in the morning, but if you need to get in and be seen, this place does a good job. Getting out is a bit tough due to how close it is to the stop light, but it looks like they are expanding the location and changing the parking layout.

My 1st visit to Nowcare was great. Saw a MD who really seemed to care & was familiar with my diagnosis. I've had to return 4 or 5 times since, each visit worse than the one before. Have only seen nurses or PAs, and only one of them knew what my primary diagnosis was and its symptoms. The others looked at me blankly. My Primary Care Physician instructed me to go to Nowcare twice for tests and services she couldn't do in her office.

She called them both times while I was still in her office to be sure Nowcare provided these services before sending me on a wild goose chase. Upon my Check In, everyone there denied my PCP had called and stated they did not perform such services. The last time I needed a couple of stitches and Nowcare was called in my presence. My doctor was told they did stitches and told her to send me over.

As soon as i walked in Nowcare the staff began telling me no one had called, they didn't do this, and I needed to go to the hospital for this. I turned and walked out without saying anything more, knowing it was pointless. I have not returned since and get a bad feeling when i think about that place.

I have been coming here for a couple years. I come here more than my actual primary care doctor. The convenience is wonderful. Staff has always been kind to me and my family. The office is clean. They offer you a discount if you don't have insurance and want to pay in full. Surprisingly enough it's quite affordable. I had to come here after leaving a hospital with poor service and they gave me a room and bed and fluids through an IV let me rest and treat the sickness I had acquired. I recommend this office.
