White River Family Health Clinic - Joel Felipe

I'm fairly new to the area and was on the lookout for a good doctor. I was recommended this place. So I call in to make my appointment. I made a comment about needing to remove my IUD. They made me an appointment with the Female Doctor, as there is only one, and the other is male. My best time to come in is on saturday, so we make an appointment for 1 month out on Saturday. Ok, 3 weeks go by and I get a call from the front desk saying, the female doctor won't be able to make my appointment and needs to reschedule.

Ok fine, we reschedule for 1 month out on a Saturday again. About 3 weeks pass. (At this point we have waited almost 2 whole months.) I get another call from the same front desk lady saying the female doctor won't be able to make it to my appointment and needs to reschedule. Ok fine. I need medical attention, so I agree to reschedule. We reschedule again, one month out on a Saturday. 3 weeks later I get another call saying the same thing.

Female doctor can't make it to my appointment and has to reschedule. So I told them to cancel my appointment since they don't seem to care that much about people. Never even came in for a first appointment. Thanks for nothing white river family health clinic. Thanks for NOTHING. I hope that in the future they help someone instead of ignoring them.

They do not seem to care very much. My First impression of your clinic, very very bad. Won't be having a second interaction, so this is where I'll leave my bitterness about the situation. Thank you. Hope you learn to care better.

Been seeing Dr Felipe and Stephanie Emmal for 16 years now, absolutely love them. So easy to talk to and are very helpful.

Looking for an in network provider and I really try to stay away from big companies, found them in my search. Called them to schedule my first appointment and it was all set and done in under 5 minutes with great customer service

Been going to Dr. Felipe for a few years and I really like him and his staff. Never had issues and he has helped me find out a few things and been on top of it. Would really reccomend going here.

Dr. Felipe and Dr. Emmal are doctors that are very rare to find in life. They care so much about their jobs and their patients. In 2016 I was diagnosed with a rare case of ADEM! I went to the hospital and they sent me home many times claiming that I had the flu! My dad took me in to see my primary doctor (Emmal), but she wasn't there. Instead I was able to see dr. Felipe and he took one look at me and sent me straight to the hospital and ordered all types of test that needed to be done. If it wasn't for White River Family Clinic doctors I probably wouldn't be here typing out this review. They are amazing and they care!

I cannot say enough great things about this clinic! They are all wonderful. I originally came here for just myself after reading so many great reviews on Stephanie. She lived up to her reputation with me; she listens, takes her time, and can normally get you in on short notice. I then brought my older son to here (4 years old), and she was also just as wonderful and warm with him.

Once my youngest was born, we began seeing Dr. Felipe.he is just as great! He listens, takes his time, and cares about my boys' well-being. My husband is now going here as his new family practitioner, seeing Dr. Felipe. He, too, was just as impressed with their flexibility and availability. The front staff are always welcoming when I call or come in.

They are patient, kind, and always know my voice even! I am so glad we found this clinic when we moved here 2 years ago! I feel like they great care of all of us. Thank you to those who shared their raving reviews that got me in.

My insurance changed because of the new year. Was told this doctor was amazing. When meeting with him, he would never look up at me and condescend to me about what my previous doctor prescribed to me. After berating me and making me feel like all my medical issues were MY fault. he left the room without saying good bye or anything. Just walked out.

What a douche. Waiting room is bland and boring. No TV. magazines. nothing. Only two people working the office so dont ever expect to call in and get someone. Minnie working the phones is nice. Avoid this place like the plague. Rude rude rude.

I'm a new patient at this clinic and so far it's been a great experience. The receptionist Maria and Dr Stephanie are amazing. Stephanie is very personable and very friendly. She has a warmth and kindness to her that makes you feel at ease. I'm glad I found this place and looking forward to having Stephanie as my family doctor.

I love both of the doctors here. and the staff are very pleasant. i just am 100% satisfied with them overall. i would definately recommend them to anyone. they are very thorough and explain so i understand.they are the best!
