Dr. Mitchell B. Levy was born in New York but has lived in Hollywood since the age of 10. Dr. Levy graduated from the University of Florida in 1993, then attended Life University from 1993-1997, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Physical Therapy license. Dr. Levy has been a licensed chiropractor in Hollywood, FL and Ft.
Dr. Cory Keesee is originally from Johnstown, Ohio. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, West Virgina. While attending Davis and Elkins College, he was a member of the men's baseball team competing at the NCAA Division II level. Dr. Keesee attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine in 2015.

Great Chiropractor. Explains what you have been doing in your daily life that causes your issue and what you can do to alleviate it. Mercedes at the front desk is a gem. She texts you to remind you before every appt and they give you at least 3 muscle relaxing therapies before your adjustment. Highly recommended

Dr. Rael M. Gilchrist is one of the most professional and nicest Chiropractic Physician. Such a relief that at Care Medical Centers there are doctors who take time to listen to their patients' concerns. I had been suffering with chronic back pain for five months and had seen other chiropractor with no relief. But within 3 visits at Care Medical Centers in Boynton Beach I was 70% relieved from the pain.

I have been treated in this office by Dr. Rael Gilchrist and Dr. Mitchell Levy both are amazing! I was involved in A car accident back in 2003. With the help and caring of the two doctors and their staff I have to say I feel phenomenal! I invite you all to come in and get the best experience of chiropractic care, therapeutic massage and physical exercises.

My husband has an appointment for Saturday, So i call this place befor we left home just to make sure they we're open because when we put in the address Google said they are closed for today so i called no answer voice mail so i called again same thing so for the 3rd time finally a lady answered the phone and automatically says hold please puts me on hold when she comes back to the phone she said hello how can I help you and I said I wanted to know are you all open today because the website says that you're not open and we have our appointment today she said well obviously we're open come on In as if I knew about this place already this is our first time here and I didn't want to waste gas coming way out here and not knowing if they were open or not then I repeated to her again after she asked me rudely what are you coming here for and what's your last name so I politely told her and she said yeah we'll come on in we're open with an attitude I don't know her name because if I did I would have blasted her out on here she is rude and someone needs to tell her about herself when we got here my husband tried explaining to her why we called and she's like oh yeah y'all did call y'all were the one like really and was having a smart mouth with an attitude with him I'm surprised he didn't cuss her out

I have been coming to Care Medical Centers for several years to receive treatment from Dr. Gilchrist, who is a gifted Chiropractor. I had been having migraine headaches and Dr. Gilchrist identified that the issue was with my Atlas at the top of my neck. He has an amazing technique to his adjustments of the next and shoulder that gives me instant relief.
They also have a warm and friendly staff. You will first be greeted by Mercedes who's a treasure and her job entails many things in keeping the office running smoothly. Amanda is an amazing massage therapist and there are also two Physical therapist's on staff. I have also used the water table, as well as electrical stimulation as a method of relaxation before having my adjustment procedure. I am loyal to this Center, because I get the relief that I need. I highly recommend them for you as well.

This office is absolutely AMAZING! The doctors are phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable with many years of experience. They'll having you feeling brand new! This person "Money Sims" must have this office confused with someone else because Care Medical Centers in Fort Lauderdale is closed on Saturdays. Trust me, if this location was open on a Saturday, I would be there 1st thing since I live just a few minutes away. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE DR. GILCHRIST, DR. LEVY, and MERCEDES!
