Doctor jaime was rude and mean. My parent is immigrant and English is second language. Even so, I was the one asking questions. He seemed so irritated. I am sorry, my dad is having surgery and more information would make him comfortable and provide him with reassurance. However, his attitude made him more nervous. If I knew, I would never gone to him.

This is my second review just because I'm a firm believer in giving reviews when treated good at companies. Kind staff, Membreno was such great help. Very patient and understanding. Explained every procedure to the T. I feel safe and welcomed at this facility. I was referred and a new patient. They follow safety measures, clean, on time, didn't wait a minute. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Was rude and condescending to my mother, his patient. I have never witnessed such disrespect in my life. Dr. Membreno lacks in bed side manner. His lack of knowledge was revealing when he would not answer any medical questions. His lack of concern for a patient sight was very telling. He has no empathy nor respect. I believe he is more interested in billing Medicare and insurance then he is actually treating his patients.
He asked my mother the same questions she answered on her first visit then accused my mother of not wanting to take another test. My mother was desperate for answers but a simple yes or no question was to much for him. I gave him one star because there was no option for zero!

Dr. Membreno was very professional and patience, he took the time to explain every single detail before an after my surgery, every visit I felt welcomed, he treat me like I was the only patient at that moment, plus he has a one of the kind hearts, he cares for people and he proved it, thank you doctor Membreno and his crew for been a blessing in my life, I should said when I came to doctors Memebreno office I had a retina detachment, to the point I was almost blind on my right eye, and him and his crew did everything the could to save my eye, thank you for care so much about people, we need more people like you, forever grateful! I will recommend him to everyone in this town.

Words cannot describe how fortunate we feel for finding Dr. Membreno and having him repair my detached retina. His staff is one of the nicest and caring that I have ever encountered. We were visiting from out of state when my vision started to have a problem and was told to have it checked out. I actually found Retina Macula Specialists through a search on Google maps and it just happened to be exactly who we needed to see.

Dr. Membreno saved my husband's eyesight. Being a diabetic, he developed swelling behind both eyes. At first my husband was nervous about receiving shots to his eyes but after meeting Dr. Membreno, his anxiety disappeared. An AMAZING Doctor, GREAT personality. Spends time talking with us. His hands are confident and his knowledge is superb. Would not trust ANY other Doctor! A Definite recommendation!
