I have never been so awfully treated as a patient. After one visit for Essential Tremors in my left hand, I called them to expedite a must needed appointment because I was experiencing an on going accute migraine for 7 days. I explained I would accomodate to any day and hour visit. The lady talked to Dr. Delgado and the answer he gave me was an appointment four months down the road. Total lack of empathy for a patient!

If I could give zero stars I would. I cant go back to work without seeing the neurologist, after 10 days they finally got my referral and info from primary doctors(after 3rd time)them at my first appointment I was there for 2 hours an they didnt have my labs that have been sent 3 times. I've calling every day last 4 days leaving messages an no one will call me back

I highly recommend Dr. Alain Delgado for chronic migraine. He always takes time to discuss how I'm doing medically, and he is constantly researching new treatments instead of staying in the past like some doctors. He finds what works and I'm very satisfied as his patient.

Patient is not first here. At first it was good but it quickly changed. Expect push back and attitudes Rude staff. PA Paul and staff very dismissing. It's something when they refuse to connect you to nurse. Teresa gets a thumbs up though. Over all would not recommend.

It's 2:20PM in the afternoon following a 7:00AM Laminectomy surgery and I'm already home resting comfortably. Dr Amann was phenomenal from start to finish. He thoroughly explained the procedure in his office and again this morning. Following the surgery he reached out to my wife and updated her. Also a huge shout out to Teresa in Dr Amann's office for all of her support and patience on pre-surgery preparation. I cannot close without big kudos to the excellent staff and team at Winter Haven hospital.

I tried scheduling an appointment for a week, but their staff are the most incompetent people I've had the misfortune to deal with in the medical field. They had arbitrary requirements which do not match with my insurance and insisted upon getting my full social security number, something I have not had to provide a medical specialist in years. Considering how absolutely useless these ladies were, I certainly could not trust them to keep that information secure. Considering the doctors have not addressed any negative reviews here, they must be ok with this level of "service." So, if you want to deal with rude people who don't want to help you, this is the place to call!

Stephanie from Scheduling and her supervisor Susan are the rudest I've sponken to. I needed to make an appointment and their number doesn't go thru my phone since the caller ID is blocked. I have left messages and when I was able to use someone else phone they were rushing me, didn't displayed any "I can help you" behaviours. their tone, lack of care, compasion and selective hearing made me rethink about going to this office. Maybe the doctors are great but the office culture was awful.

I don't know where to begin I was so skeptical about going to physical therapy for my lower back pain as I had never had success with therapy before but I want to say Mayo and Karen both went above and beyond to teach me all of the exercises I needed to correct my posture after probably forty years of slumping. I now stand erect and will always be thankful to Mayo for explaining to me how to stand and walk erect and it has relieved my back pain tremendously. Thank you Mayo you are an excellent example of an exemplary employee

I am very satisfied with the Physical Therapy I received from Mayo. I was pain free when I finished my therapy. I continue to do the exercises daily and have continued to be pain free. When I met with Dr. Amann he was very thorough when explaining my condition. I liked that he explained what would be done and the risks involved in having surgery. He was not pushy when I said surgery was a last resort. He also offered other options for pain management if my pain comes back. I will return to this office for treatment if the need be.

I am we pleased with the helpfulness of the staff from the check in to seeing Dr. Delgado! He's a very informed physician. My husband is his patient. This is my 1st visit. I needed a 2nd opinion. Dr. Delgado explains things so that we can understand. He doesn't use the fact that, "I'm a specialist", go to his head. I'd recommend him highly! The receptionists are very polite & can be funny.

No complaints thus far & I'm not looking to find any. Everyone has bad days. I've seen how they handle patients that comes into the facility very upset & angry. The lady's handle the situation with professional tact.
