Marie from adult medicine is the kind of people we need to make this world a better place. After being tossed all over the place from Kapolei Clinic for almost 2 weeks when they simply could've just schedul my appointment. My dr is on leave and I think she took the whole staff with her because everyone is so lost there. Mahalo Marie for just taking the time of your day to just help me make an appointment. many blessing will come your way.

I love their ER their very friendly and talkative lol but they are all so welcoming and they make you feel comfortable. The workers here are so awesome in all they do and I just feel like they a lot more credit then what others give them. Dr. Mcrary I believe that's how you spell his name he was AWESOME! Thank doc for your help I'm feeling alot better:

They were helpful & pleasant. They lock the door after they leave the exam room this was quite concerning. I had an accident at home & required stitches in my upper lip. The Physican Asst. Sutured my lip. I woke up the next morning with the absorbable sutures hanging out of my mouth. I returned to the ER it wad resuturred both times painlessly. It had healed very well.

One thing I found strange the 1st visit I wad not given any instructions to see my own Physician. Only care of the wounds on my face & the antibiotics. 2nd visit discharge instructions given verbally also did not include to follow up with my Physician. Not sure if it wad because of the Pandemic.

Went in for a tooth removal. Staff was nice and friendly. Great customer service. Just one problem. health concern! Red flag! These tools were in this condition before using them in my mouth. How does the dentist sanitize under all that old dirty cracked orange and green tape on the tools? His fingers were all over the tools and then deep in my mouth. Why is the rubber blood stained? Shouldn't be stains. Will not be going back.

All the doctors we've had here in pediatrics, women's medicine, and adult medicine have been fabulous. They've listened and referred us to the right specialty docs when needed and work closely with them. I appreciate that the westside has this clinic so close to home.

The doctors are afraid to let anyone in I'v tried three times to see a doctor I'm 70 years old. They are so afraid of covid more people will die of their neglect than from covid.

I have been to their facility a total of 15 times. ALL 15 times they let me down. They were no help at all. The social service lady lied to me led me on a wild goose chase. There no money and no services. The dental office was a flake. Mislead me and gave me excuses. Nothing i was told was true. The medical was also a flake, they wasted a lotvof my time and a lot of my gas going way out there in the tribal rural part of the island. Hundreds of millions of dollars of grant money given to remodel the place useless. The medical is useless, dental is useless, social service is useless.

Only helpful staff was the receptionist and when asking about medication, a man who didn't even introduce themselves basically told me to get over it and just take your medicine however you need to. The whole while demeaning me and calling me 'kiddo' and not addressing me like an adult. Do not go here in an emergency, the nurses who helped me didn't seem to care and didn't even ask about the secondary reason on why I went in when it was the more serious of the two.

Then an unnamed doctor who didn't introduce themselves told me to go to another facility for my secondary problem. When I got to the second facility they told me that the comprehensive center should have helped me in the first place.

Big props to Aida in the lab. I needed a few labs drawn, was scrambling before work and she took me in a few minutes early. Aida made my day.

Absolutely horrible care from the ER to the specialty clinic to the PCPs. This center is double and triple booking patients, providers are overwhelmed. Tonight, my wife came to ER because her primary told her she can't see her, only telemed.andvguess what, can't prescribe the antibiotic she needs without seeing her, so she tells us to go to ER where we are still sitting after three hours and them misplacing her urine sample even though they have almost no patients.

The specialty clinic. Dr. Murray, who even though I have a bleeding disorder refused to coordinate with my hemotologist before doing shoulder surgery on me.needless to say, I went elsewhere, when even his nurse agreed he was out of line. Dr Aki.only wants to wrap ankles, no x-rays, no follow up.i still have an ankle problem from 3/18/19 that hasn't been resolved. Comp wants their primaries only referring in house, so when I had an orthopedic problem this year, and they insisted I go see Dr. Murray again, even though he's a non listening stubborn doctor, I left the comp and secured other care. seriously, this is a joke in Waianae now

Aloha to the ER staff at Wai'anae coast comp! Was a close one, I had a bad allergic reaction to something I ate. I rushed up the the comp ER on a Sunday afternoon and was about to stop breathing due to the allergic reaction, my throat was closing up! Spooky bradda! The nurse sitting outside the door screening for COVID took immediate action ( god bless you!) I thing her name was Nani. she took me in ASAP and all the staff took action. was unreal, like watching ER in tv, but was me in the table.

Within minutes I could breathe better, in about an hour they were talking about discharging me, hour half later I was walking out the door. I wish I could reward these people for what they did. I am going to start by this post. again Mahalo nui loa to the staff at the ER.

Omg! I have been at tripler for more than 3hours waiting and decided to go to waianae comp instead. Aside from what others have said about the comp I couldn't wait any longer because the pain was really bad! So I left tripler and I don't regret it! I was welcomed with such great aloha by the reception woman, and then I was called less then 10minutes by the nurse name ALVIN!

He was just amazing and kind and very professional. When I was sitting in the lobby once I was seen by Winnie, whom is by the way is Amazing! I also had an amazing nurse who was very fast professional and very kind name JENNA they were all AMAZING! The whole environment was very Welcoming and they never made you feel different, because certain hospitals they definitely make you feel like your being quarantined by just the way they look at you! But here they never made me feel insecure. Thank you ALVIN, JENNA and WINNIE for being AMAZING to me!

The doctors don't care The nurses are the only good thing about this place Had the flu and they sent me home with a fever of 102 and my heart rate at 125 The doctor I saw was rude and condescending Next time I will make the trip to Pali Momi I will literally never return because of how useless they were to my health When someone has asthma, do not recommend they come back "if it turns into pneumonia"

THIS IS FOR THE ER ONLY: If your child ever gets sick DO NOT GO HERE. Go to town. Go to Kapiolani. The "doctors" here aren't doctors they are nurse practitioners and nurses. I took my 15 month old son in on a Saturday morning with 103 fever. They MADE US WAIT. THE ER WAS EMPTY. We went in and everyone was looking at me like a crazy over-reacting mom.

The looks were "it's just a fever mom, calm down". "Doctor" came in, said ear infection and thrush. Barely examined my son, gave us Ibuprofen and sent in other meds to pharmacy and sent us home. Five days later my son is stll sick and is coughing up blood and has a horrible cough. Go to see pediatrician and turns out my son had the flu this whole time. Pediatrician said stop all medications and start these new ones. ER DIDN'T EVEN SWAB FOR FLU WHEN WE WERE ADMITTED.

Now he has pneumonia. THANKS WAIANAE COMP ER FOR HURTING MY BABY. Never again. What a joke these guys are. And the racism. I'm brown but my husband is white and he is treated so poorly by the staff there. They think they are so entitled and know everything because they work in a nice new building. I wish the building reflected the level of care you get, but it doesn't.

Beautiful clean establishment = shitty employees = horrible care. During a visit my husband went to be seen for excruciating pain and he overheard one of the "doctors" say "oh this guy thinks he's gonna come in here and get pain meds, he's ain't gonna get shit". The window was open and my husband heard the whole conversation. HEY "DOC", turns out my husband had avascular necrosis - his bone was dead from a diving injury - which is a 15 on the pain scale - and had to get an emergency hip replacement but you just pushed him off like he just wanted drugs and didn't treat him AT ALL.

What a fucking joke this place is. HOWEVER, Pediatrics department is amazing and our Dr is very thorough and caring and takes amazing care of my son. Just can't trust the ER FOR SHIT.

Sucks misdiagnosed my infant son for 6 weeks took him back and forth to them. They kept sending me home saying let it run its course he just sick. Looking at me like I was a crazy mom. Long story short my son ended up in the hospital for 6 weeks and had brain and spine surgery his brain was herniating down his spine all the way to his C5. Then take my daughter for back pain and the doctor says are you really concerned about something or just need a doctor note?! Excuse you?!

Left and got a second opinion and my daughter actually had a slipped disc. Pisses me off that I had to pay a co pay for substandard care. Then to top it off I forgot to pay $60 for 2 visits which did nothing for me and they send it to a debt collector?!? Never again substandard and a waste of money

This is a review for the emergency dental they provide. This service is truly a lifesaver! I went in with an abscess and a broken tooth that was causing major pain and swelling. I walked in at 0630 and there were a few people already in line. I got to see the doctor around 0830, which is actually pretty good when you consider that I was a walk in and they were pretty busy.

The doctor and the assistant inspected my nasty teeth with no judgement but with helpful advice. They were going to give me a round of antibiotics and set me up for an extraction a few days later. I told them that I would be moving to Seattle the next day for work and the team working on me came up with a conclusion that they would at least drain the abscess for me.

I was thankful for that. Thing is tho, after numbing the area, they decided it would be better if they went for a full extraction right there! Of course they asked for my consent and I was glad to oblige! One hour later, I had received a draining of an abscess and an extraction all with a walk in. ON the SAME DAY! I wish I remembered their names but I was in so much pain that I didn't remember it! So to sum it up, amazing and helpful staff! They really care

I'm sadden to see the reviews here. This center is actually amazing. It really is an all in one. There's Behavioral Health, Women's Wellness (OB), Drug Recovery Program, Homeless Outreach Program and More. I've been here multiple times and I am in love. I hope to give birth to my next baby at this hospital.

The staff here is always so friendly and attentive. My recent trip here was to the emergency room, and my husband and I were treated very good. Because I have many health issues, I am kind of a regular here, so we know a lot of the staff by name. And I have always been treated well.

I don't know why I keep coming here. There's only a few good doctors and nurses. My daughter has a dentist appointment at 1030, we got here at 10 to check in and sign papers. We waited almost an hour and it's 1115am and still waiting. I don't know how it's works but they need a better system on scheduling people and keeping the time they are giving people. Why even make an appointment

Last night, my son got hurt playing football. He injured his left leg. As soon as he got home he iced his leg. But that didn't help. He said, mom I can't sleep my legs sore. That is when I knew I had to take him to the ER. We live in Nanakuli so WCCHC is closer. However, I considered driving to QMC West because of all the horror stories I hear about WCCHC.

I ended up driving to WCCHC ER & as soon as I got there. I must say the ER's renovation is beautiful. Definitely an upgrade! Anyways, we came at the perfect time, because there was literally nobody in the waiting area. We checked in, waited 5-10min & then we were called into a room. Dr. B & his nurse were bomb! They were so attentive & professional.

No one likes being in a hospital setting but they made my son feel comfortable. They made sure to explain that he was going to have an X-ray done, that they were going to give him a shot to lessen the pain. they explained everything to him in a way that he could understand. He said, mom I like this place. I'm glad WE had a pleasant experience. *Side note, the X-ray was done it didn't look like a fracture xray#1. However, I didn't hear back from Dr. B about x-ray#2.

So I'm assuming no broken bones & we are treating it like a sprain. No news is good news maybe? The pain has since lessened so we are going with that. In an event that we need to come to the ER again, I would consider coming here.

CORRUPT, INCOMPETENT RUDE, my mother has 2 doctors here that are excellent. However, they hurt my myself, brothers, falsified records, violated HIPPA regulations, they have threatened us, harassed us, attempted to ambush my mom with high risk and CMO Stephen Bradley. They were running through the parking lot attemping to locate my mother who was sitting in the car.

Their dental is barbaric and inhumane they gave me an infection abscess left me alone for an hour with my mouth open I choked and couldn't breath. Left bruises on my brothers at the ages of 2, 3, and 4. Continues to violate regulations, falsified documentation with OHANA. Nepotism. Attempts to slander and discredit individuals who suffer post trauma.

Have called and refusing treatment to my moms assigned Doctors, she has been disabled since 22. INCOMPETENT I will never forget their orchestrated set up to stab my baby brother using the thumb life a stab with a knife. My brother was Bruised for 8 days and she never even used any type of topical sterile alcohol pad before giving him a shot. And let me really blow your mind with the incompetence and corruption of this facility they released personal private confidential medical information and on top of doing that they even falsified in the diagnosis My mother had an appointment for both of my brothers to be seen at the Kapolei comprehensive both of my brothers had fevers of over a 103 they were having respiratory difficulty breathingThey were suffering pain and tenderness in the lungs.

Both have my baby brothers suffer from air passage lung disease and they refuse to see them when dey were having trouble breathing they were trying to make us leave the facility and my mother had to call the police in order to have both of my brothers seen. At that time the office manager ask the police to ask myself and my mother to give up her telephone as she had multiple pictures of their violations bruising and competent work and I recorded the office manager. ANN. who did not like my mother Chase her down the hallway and THROW Envelopes at her and my 5 year old brother, the envelopes struck them in the neck and head, she threw them twice at both of them in front of Patricia Riley McKenzie. It's not over till it's over

My 81 year old grandmother had an appointment at 6:45am with Dr. Aki who was very helpful! The wait was only 5-10 minutes and he gave us the right tools and antibiotics to treat my grandmothers scars. If I was eating Dr. Aki himself, id give him 5/5! Unfortunately my grandmother had another appointment set up for 11am with "Bala, Bridget" and that's what ruined my experience here at the Waianae comp.

We checked in at 8am with Karlie at the front desk. 3 hours and 30 minutes later we were still waiting in the lobby! I get that we checked in early, but when I checked my grandmother in it would've been nice to be given an honest answer. We were given the impression that we would be "next" for 3 hours & 30 minutes! When I finally asked a different lady at the front desk she was kind enough to fill me in on what was going on.

Apparently "Bala, Bridget" was behind schedule and there was another patient before us who was still in with her and the wait would be at least another hour! Our set appointment was for 11am and at 11:30am, we were still looking at another hour wait. At that moment my grandmother was already tired of sitting and needed to rest so we just left. Horrible service! I hope it changes!

The staff there are so nice and helpful. Went to do a tb test, was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. I gave it 4 stars because of the location. Not a place t ok be hanging out even though it's in a mall. Some sketchy people hanging around. Other than that I would go back to see them agsin.

Horrible. Waiting time is unreasonable. My nurse practitioner is forceful with services. They book appointments/referrals without my knowledge or consent. They truly don't care about their patients. Only positive about the clinic is the one phlebotomist. She's super sweet and nice. Otherwise I'm changing clinics.

Came here with my son to have stitches removed. We have been waiting over 2hrs. The nurses took his vital twice stating that he has been waitingon more than an hour. Next, the nurse looks onto her clipboard to let me know how long other patients been waiting.(which i didnt ask her) i guess she was indicating that i was being impatient. I provided insurance that i am paying for.

I expect alot better service. Oh she also stated that it 6 to 8 hrs in thee emergency room. And told me to google it. Never asked for those statistics. The only questions i asked was the following: why are we taking vital signs for the second time to have stitches removed? And should i bring my son back another time? Clean hospital but service need to improve.

When you have an Emergency! And in need of medical attention right away the staff here takes there sweet ass time to come to the window. Speaking from experience the night shift Emergency room employees made me Waite for 10 full minutes. With blood pouring out of my face. My sister had to make treats and cuss for them to take me in. They don't care about the well-being of others do not take your kids here if you're in need of medical assistance call 911

Have used this facility many times during my 23 year+ years living in Waianae. Most of my visits were good, but some were not. Had trouble getting my medical records when I moved to mainland. Also saw Dr. Young in BEHAVIORAL HEALTH for Medication Management. His assistant ANITA was very nice.
