I'm farsighted and I've always wear contact lenses, eye glasses was never my thing. Dr. M. Masaki always makes things easier for me when it comes to decision making of choosing the right power that's fits my vision when it comes to my contact lenses. Dr. Masaki was making sure my contact lenses not only to see far but still able to read alittle especially when I leave my reading glasses behind and personally it really helps me so much! I am grateful to be her patient! Keep up with the good work Doc, you are beautiful inside out! Thank you Dr. Masaki, you are the best!

The staff have been great at putting me at ease starting with the consultation, also during the pre-op day and lastly the actual day of the lasik procedure they were great. I wish I had done this years ago! So excited to be fully healed! Do it. it's the greatest gift you can give yourself!

The price was lower than expected (based on google search) and the whole procedure was very quick and non-threatening. Dr Mcmann painted a very clear picture of what to expect.

I was seen for a consultation for Mono Vision Lasik Surgery Consultation and I have to say At first I was a little frustrated that I had to wait an hour to be seen as his office is very busy, my appointment was scheduled for 10am but was not seen until 11am but once His assistance Diane came in to see me she was very kind she went over the process and my options took my eye measurements and tested my vision.

Shortly after Dr McMann came in and he was very kind as well, he went over my options and gave his best opinion and expertise to what is best for me he took his time to go over in detail my options, answered all my questions and reassured me that I was in good hands. I had consultation elsewhere prior to his visit and I must say not only is his prices are very reasonable he truly cares about his patients and as busy as he is he takes the time for each and everyone of us and our needs. I highly would recommend my family and my friends. I can't wait wait to get my procedure done with him.

Can't say enough about the expertise, professionalism and wonderful staff. This should be the benchmark for all to follow. I'm really happy that I found them. They simply genuinely care. Thank you all for always providing such a nice experience

I give McCann Eye Institute a 5 rating from the time I walked into the office I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome that made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The technician who did my eye exam was very warm and sweet preparing me before I see Dr. Masaki, I was led to an area where all the eyeglasses were and I was able to choose my frames then I just waited not long before I was seen by Dr. Masaki and all she did was do what was necessary to my eyes dilate, measure and look for Glaucoma but she did find a little Cataracts and will be monitoring it!

Very friendly staff, they assist my every needs when I had my visit. Dr. Melanie Masaki is exceptional at what she does. I was comfortable talking to her and she was really calm when talking to her patients.

Dr. McMann and Dianne were very kind and professional. I had LASIK done last Friday and by Saturday morning I could already see better than when I had worn glasses or contacts. The process was explained to me in great detail and all of my questions were answered. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing any eye work done. It's kind of a shame that I no longer need glasses or contacts, and that I won't have a need to go back there.

This was my first experience at the McMann Eye Institute and I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of engagement and customer service delivered by their staff. I felt very comfortable when I left, as I am interested in Lasik surgery; they explained--very thoroughly--the process and I feel that I can now make a sound decision.
