Services
During each of your visits, your provider will review your current medications. This is the best time to refill any medication of need. Your request will be reviewed during the next business day and a refill will be forwarded to your preferred pharmacy so long as the medication is approved by your physician.
Dr. Branton and his staff are an awesome primary care office. My husband and I were there this morning and we both commented when we left that he takes his time with us. He doesn't rush out of our visit fast and gives us time to talk and to ask questions to make sure we understand things. He's very knowledgeable and always seems to be researching things on his own to help his patients.
You can ask to see or get an electronic or paper copy of your medical record and other health information we have about you. Ask us how to do this. Dr. Jarrah has worked very hard to assemble an excellent office staff, and she herself is a very caring, generous person. On this occasion I was coming from school during dismissal time but parents wouldn't let me out of the lot. I called the office from school thinking I would need to reschedule, but I went so she was able to help me with insulin including MRI scheduling. She truly loves providing for her patients.

I want to thank Dr. Jarrah for her kind and thoughtful concern for my health and providing me with excellent medical and physical care. I am most grateful for your kindness whenever I see you. I'm truly thankful and blessed to have you as my Doctor. Continue to be a blessing through your profession. Also I would like to thank Emily (sorry if I spelled it wrong) she is such a delight and responds to your calls quickly. She is a great asset to your office. Most grateful and best regards. I went and saw Dr Branton in November. I suffer from severe anxiety but within minutes, I was more at ease after talking with him. I was going to have him as my primary care. HOWEVER, I was not informed when I called to make an appointment that I had to pay and once my insurance paid them they would reimburse me. Thankfully I had a credit card to cover my over $200 visit, which has now accumulated interest and considering I pay almost $300 for insurance, I am a bit angry.
We are now in February and my 3rd week of calling and leaving detailed messages to find out when I will be given my money back. I have left 4 messages and not one person has even called to explain anything. I called this morning right after they opened, obviously upset, and still nothing. If you have money issues and/or want some common courtesy and decency, don't go here. I work in an industry where people ask me for recommendations for doctors and this place won't be one. It's a shame, I did like Dr Branton.

Drs. Branton and Jarrah are progressive physicians with each patient and their needs at the heart of their practice. I have been a patient for 23 years, and my entire family sees both doctors. With each patient and their particular needs in mind, a strong wellness plan is developed and followed with the patients long term health at the front of what they do.
They are solid at following up with lab results and are timely with any change in the patients care that may be needed. Appointments are not hard to make and patients are not made to wait days on end to get in to see their doctor. If you are sick, you are taken right away. I highly recommend these doctors.

Dr. Jarrah is sweeter than apple pie; smarter than Einstein, as compassionate as any angel with wings, prettier than a picture and is quick to respond with knowledgeable answers. I'm not the easiest patient; I challenge her all the time, but she wins! The office is clean and stylish. Her husband is quiet and handsome; we've never really talked. Dr. Jarrah has been my doctor for 15 years.
I left at one point when she stopped taking insurance and sought out 3 different doctors, asking 1 question of each of them: "tell me what you know about the Amygdala". Neither of them had heard of it. I returned to Dr. Jarrah. We've been doctor/patient for so long that there have been times when I was grieving a brother or sister or my mom and she was more than a doctor; she was comforting, compassionate and listened with intent. Cant say enough good things about her.or her practice.
