Dr. Saffold has been providing comprehensive adult and pediatric Ear, Nose and Throat care on the Eastern Shore of Virginia for more than 18 years. I love this office: CHESAPEAKE BAY ENT SUFFOLK VA 1069 Centerbrook I have been through a lot with my sinus issues over the years without any help and the doctors in the past were not humble and diligent. But, Catherine Pearman, PA is one of the best in the business, in my opinion. She not only knows her field of expertise, but she genuinely has a heart full of compassion for her patients.
I experience this every time I go for a check up. Mrs. Pearman has all it takes to make the medical field all it should be: a great listener to my needs and input, when it comes to my breathing and all. I appreciate this practice. We we need more Catherine Pearman's in every medical office.

I can not begin to say enough positive about this practice! The office is so efficient and really has a calm feeling about it! Lauren was so pleasant when she greeted me at check-in and continued with me through my testing, explaining each step along the way. Mrs. Pearman is wonderful - very personable and easy to talk to. From her questions, the exam and explanation - everything was in a manner that was easy to understand and caring.
I never felt rushed, through the entire process! Mrs. Pearman is the same provider that in 2019 pushed my insurance company, so I could get a biopsy of my thyroid, which did come back as cancer. I find her to be an "angel" that may have very well helped to save my life! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!

My experience of Suffolk Chesapeake Bay ENT is the absolute best, they're kind, courteous, precise and very professional. The staff and patients have become like family with one another and it is truly a joy to attend weekly appointments. Even during the midst of COVID-19, we couldn't go with our medical care and a way was made to keep everyone protected and cared for. I'm so thankful for the care that I've received from Chesapeake Bay ENT.

Chesapeake Bay ENT is an outstanding operation. I have been going to CB-ENT for awhile now for several different sinus and ear issues. The staff is phenomenal. Very polite and professional. I cannot say enough about Lauren Olsen, Personal ENT Coordinator. She has been very persistent (and patient) with assisting me with insurance, appointments and procedures. This is the best place I have ever been for ENT. The previous doctor I had would make it worse for me so he would say I guess you need surgery. I was very happy that I found this doctor. The assistant help Lauren is very good and knew what she was doing. I would recommend this office highly. Thank you for your time.
