Associates In Family Dentistry

I've been going here for over a decade and have always had great experiences! I've mostly worked with Dr. Kruglet, but everyone there is kind and super helpful. Through multiple moves I've continued to go here and still make it my usual dentist!

Concerned. It has been awhile since my husband has had a cleaning (thanks to covid). He had to have a deep cleaning in two different appointments. His 2nd appointment was today. It is 11:25 pm and he is in PAIN he said. Cant get to sleep. Had a hard time with dinner, and is having a few too many drinks to knock out the pain. We have had luck with this destist in the past but not so much today.

I had a multiple dental works done recently with Dr Toriggino. He was very professional, and overall I had a great experience. Also, the hygienist and other wait staff were great and friendly. My only complaint is for their billing. I was told my insurance would cover the rest after I paid my portion, but still received an invoice about a month later.

On inquiring, apparently the insurance didn't cover some things. If this was communicated on time, I would have prioritized the dental procedures accordingly. If only they could avoid the surprise billings!

Very friendly office and clinical staff, and the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. I won't go anywhere else!

I'm not to happy with associates dentistry on April of this year 2021 I called t o cancel my appointment and reschedule at a later date the receptionist on the phone was very snotty with me I asked her if there were any cancellations could she please pencil me in she said I will see and just hung up the phone. Call back at a later time another receptionist answer the phone I asked her how much will my cleaning bill be she said I don't know but you will have to pay something then she tells me all you owe $59 from a previous visit but the previous visit they told me I didn't owe anything.

I personally like my dentist that was cleaning my teeth her name is Kathy but I'm not really sure about this dentist office anymore no call backs to say hey how are you doing can we do anything for you but you want my money and my insurance not really sure anymore.

If I could give 11 stars I would. I dont normally leave reviews but felt the urge to. I cant remember the name of the Dentist but he was nice, fast and informative. Becky who did my cleaning was fantastic. She took time and was super friendly. The office manager was nice as well. I just had a good experience and wanted to share my thoughts. I will be back in 6 months and plan to be a regular.

She was thrilled to have such a pleasant experience from the get-go from all of your staff and even those in the waiting room. I truly appreciate you taking such great care of her today.

I absolutely love this place. ALL of the staff here are absolutely phenomenal! I shadowed four of the hygienists last fall as a requirement for dental hygiene school and they are amazing people who truly care about the patient. Lisa made the observation process easy and got me in very quickly. I enjoyed this place so much that I went in for a cleaning with Greg and he did an amazing job!

I also got to meet Dr. Kruglet and he is an awesome and very knowledgeable dentist. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I am so sad that I will no longer be able to go here as I had to move for school. Keep up the good work!

I am very impressed with Associates Family Dentistry. I haven't been to the dentist since a teenager and was scared and worried how my visit will go. Starting at the front desk all the ladies have great customer service and very professional that made me feel welcomed. Becky worked on my teeth, she explained the whole process to me, educated me on what's going on with my teeth& gums.

She also kept my mind off the dental worked with fun trivia questions and her overall personality made my experience great. I am proud to say that this will be my home when I need my dental work done.

If I could give zero stars i would. Had a cleaning scheduled for 10/23/20. Recieved a call at 9:00 am from the dentist office trying to confirm my appointment. I am not able to accept personal calls at work, so I dont get any messages until after 6:00pm. In the message, I was told that I needed to confirm verbally with them by 3:00 pm or they would cancel my appointment. So, in effect, my appointment has been cancelled before I can even return a call.

I have been a dedicated customer of yours for at least 5 years. I did everything I was supposed to do correctly. Why am I being treated so badly? I will never give this horrible company any more of my business. I will actively try to discourage others from patronizing this business as well. I am still waiting for an apology. Highly doubt I will get it. This is the Aurora location

It is by far the best place. I love how they discuss with the patient what they are doing and make sure you are comfortable during the procedure. They have an excellent customer service!. They are very welcoming and willing to work around your schedule anytime. Usually I don't write reviews ever but I had to this time. Go to one visit and you will see what I'm talking about. They provide the best services

Iv been with Dr Biel for some 15 year's I've had almost everything that can be done to your teeth from implants to extractions to three root canals and it was all painless I'm pretty sure you won't find a dentist like him I know I want

I don't remember the name of the lady that cleaned my teeth, but she was WONDERFUL. explained everything she was doing, she was direct and to the point. They were on time and very friendly. Nice office and GREAT staff. I'm extremely glad I happened upon their website while I was searching for a new Dentist!

I'm new to the area and had chipped a tooth. Neil Kruglet got me into his office quickly and took great care of me. I wish I could give him 10 stars!

Plenty of dentists, plenty of technicians, and a very welcoming front desk staff. They are very efficient and respectful of your time. It's very easy to get appointments there and I appreciate their flexibility! Our family has been patients for many years and we have no intention of changing!

My first visit here was the first dental visit I'd had in a couple years. The staff was extraordinarily kind to me from my initial phone call to set up the appointment throughout the process. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and helpful, and the waiting room was clean and well-maintained. My dental nurse was extremely kind and well-informed on what she was doing.

She talked me through every step of the process, was thorough and efficient, and always checked to make sure I was doing okay throughout the cleaning and check-up. The dentist himself was quick and talked with his team well, and at the end of the visit gave me a referral to an oral surgeon, which was very helpful. I'm very happy to have found them!

Excellent experience each time. April is a great hygienist. The office runs on time. Everyone is professional and personable.

Dr Kruglett and his staff are wonderful! They are always prompt, courteous, and caring. Best dentist office ever.

The staff at Associates are so kind and caring and my son loved the attention. He can't wait to go back for his next cleaning. They do everything for you from appointment reminders, letting you know cost before scheduling procedures and taking care of the whole family in one place. This should be everyone's family dentist.

I was referred to Dr. Kruglet after another dentist refused to do the 4 fillings (they recommended I needed), due to the questions I had. Dr. Kruglet not only answered my questions, he took time to make me feel comfortable and the procedure went off without a hitch. He was gentle and I didn't even feel the injections. He only did 3 of the 4 fillings as he didn't think the 4th was necessary, so is conservative, which I appreciated.

They also needed more x-rays as the ones from the previous dentist weren't clear enough and took more knowing they couldn't charge the insurance and wouldn't charge me. Dr. Kruglet cares more about the patient than the bottom line and is in it for the right reason. The office staff are friendly and very helpful. The facilities are clean and exactly what you want from a professional dental office. I would recommend this dental practice and Dr. Kruglet 100 times over. In fact I already scheduled my husbands next appointment!

Love this office! Easy to get too, parking is always easy and the staff is super friendly. They make it easy to make an appointment (right there in the room after your cleaning), print up a reminder card and send email and text reminders for appointments! The Hygienists are incredibly knowledgeable, I've seen several since I started going every 6 months, ans I've learned something new each time! The Dentists are very nice, and they actually care about you! They take the time to help you understand what they see! Overall great place!

I have been a patient for more than 6 years and have only great things to say about this practice. The staff is friendly, professional and very competant. They have worked with me (and my insurance company) to help me get the best dental care. The office is very clean and organized. The appointment scheduling works with my schedule (they have Saturday appointments). I highly recommend this practice to everyone!

Hard to believe all the positive reviews, since Dr. K was so rude and abrupt with me: he got angry and impatient because I had questions and concerns about the denture we were working on (for which he did NOT listen to me at all), then, when it was finished and I went in for an adjustment, he took the denture and told me to leave -- without the denture!

I lost $900 in financial aid for the denture and had to find a new dentist and start all over, without the $900 grant! This was one of the most traumatic experiences I've had at the dentist, and I'm still reeling from such hateful treatment!

Always great. Been seeing Dr Kruglet for many years, and he is a fantastic Dentist. Highly recommend this practice!

I have never met a more honest place of business! The doctors here think about the patient rather than their pocket. They have a nice office, happy staff (which to me means alot) and I just love going there. Sometimes, I just visit without having an appointment so that I can visit with the girls at the front desk, they are so friendly and will give me a cup of coffee.

I read some of the bad reviews about the doctors or staff members and I think to myself "NO WAY". How can a doctor so nice to me and my family be so rude to others, it's not in their nature. I'm sticking with the No Way and will back the practice! AFD is simply awesome!

I'm not one to write reviews, but I am the type of person that gets nervous every time I have to find a new dentist. We just moved here and it was time for my six month cleaning. I wanted something close to home, but a place I knew would give me a good experience. This place exceeded my expectations. The staff was so friendly and informative, the dentist, Dr. T was very kind and to top it off the front office people were so willing to help. I am so glad I gave them a chance!

Awesome people who care about their customers. It makes going to the dentist enjoyable. They are always professional.

First visit for me they retrieved my insurance info and got me scheduled just a few days out. All the employees I encountered were very friendly. The work was done a professional and relatively quick manner. Zero complaints.

I'm a patient of Dr. Kruglet he is such a nice guy and very thorough. I had a lot of work that needed to be done. He gave me several options to choice from so I could come up with a plan that worked best for me I really appreciated that. Now that everything has been fixed it's still a great experience when I go in for my regular cleanings. The hygienist and the entire staff have always been very friendly this is why I continue to give them my business.

WORST PLACE EVER! I made my husband an appointment and went in. The receptionist was very nice. Got into the room they took x-rays the dentist Dr Beil came in and asked why he hadn't got it done sooner. My husband said because it's hard to justify a car payment and the dentist got snotty and said " I guess it depends on your priorities" he then looked in his mouth and said " I will not apologize for how much it costs" yelling.

Then when I said then just pull it out because I can't afford a root canal, buildup and crown ( even with dental insurance) he jumped up pushed the stool back and told us he wasn't going to do anything for us and to go find another dentist. We sure will and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I have been going to AFD for over a decade and Dr. Biel has been my Dentist for a majority of this time. I cannot say enough of how professional all of the staff members are, the dental assistants and hygienists are also top notch. I, like most, have never been to fond about going to see the Dentists but since using AFD I do not dread it at all and their pain management techniques keep me coming back.

I have been using this dental office for a few years now. Each dentist that I have seen has been engaged and personal. I just had a great dental hygenist -- she made my cleaning a joy, pain free, and checked my dental coverage for "extras" --so I got a fluoride treatment -- which took under a minute! I love the convenience of the online appointments as well. Not to mention the great front desk staff!

I just love this practice. Dr. Torrigino is my dentist, and he's a pro. In, out, quick, relatively painless -- just the way I like my dentists. Dr. Kruglet is one of the nicest humans I know - always takes the time to make a personal connection and is tremendously thoughtful. All the dentists are great with kids. Always easy to get an appointment.

Desk staff are unfailingly polite. Easy to access practice with tons of parking. All of their technology is the latest and the greatest. Hygienists can sometimes lack personality, but do a good job. I have sent dozens of people here, and they always thank me. BIG THUMBS UP.

Love this dentist office! We have been patient's here for over a year now, ever since we read the good reviews too. The assistant's are nice, they engage in friendly conversation with you. No one treats you like you are a bother. The wait times are normal. Dr. K & Dr. T have been pretty great too-they don't seem to try to get you to do things that aren't needed. Michelle, our hygienist, is great!

She makes you feel more comfortable, and spends extra time giving you advice or tips. Member to floss and take care of your teeth anyway, this should be mainly for preventative care. Scheduling is usually pretty easy, but if you have a specific person you would like, an appointment may need to be scheduled at least a month in advance. Oh, and they are very upfront about the costs, before or after an appointment. They tell you pretty much exactly what your charges will be after insurance, so nice!

Love this place, always feel comfortable and the visits are pretty much painless. Everyone is friendly and happy to help. Wish they took my insurance I would love to stay here!

I'm a new patient, I was afraid of seeing the dentist, Dr. Kruglet put my fears to rest! He is great! They were able to get me in on the following Saturday with an amazing hygienist named Roxann, she was gentle and a perfectionist! I'm not afraid anymore! Thank you!
