Very professional! From check in to check out. The doctor I saw is amazing as well. She did a great job examining my eye and also explaining to me in detail. Her follow up and timeliness is exceptional. I just recently moved from Florida with my family due to work. Definitely highline vision center will be our primary choice for my family as well.

I absolute love the doctor's at Highline Vision Center. I have been going to them since I was a kid when they were located at Alameda and Chambers and will continue to go back even though they are out of network with my vision insurance. I have seen a few of them and they are all very through and great to work with, patient and will answer all the questions you may have.

Thank you everyone! I had a recent incident that didn't go so well at first, but thanks to Shari's help, my issue has been resolved to my satisfaction and I'm updating the review. Thank you very much!

Highline is an interesting place. Pre-COVID, they seemed to somewhat care. My wife and I both have complex prescriptions and really struggle to get the correct results when getting an exam and getting our glasses made. Highline got both of our glasses correct with only a couple of attempts. However, as soon as COVID started, they seemed to use it as an excuse for poor customer service.

During that time, I was able to get another exam and pair of glasses, but when I needed an adjustment to the frames (the kind of thing Lens Crafters would do for free in about one minute), I had to make an appointment, with the first available being nearly a week out. For an adjustment. I then needed replacement lenses because both lenses developed scratches.

I have worn glasses for nearly 40 years and have never had scratches like that. The were kind enough to order replacement lenses, but when I went in to get them swapped out, the poor young lady working on my glasses was clearly not trained, and did not have a support system for help. She spent 20-30 minutes changing out two lenses. I'm now in the position that my lenses are scratched again (something strange with their lab.never had lenses get scratched so quickly.even with all of the coatings they upsold me on), and I need new ones.

I called the office to try to talk to someone, and the message said they were busy, leave a message (including Date of Birth.sorry.not leaving PII on a voicemail system), and they would call me back after two business days. Two business days seems like a very long time for a call back to schedule an appointment. I'm getting an eye exam, not buying a new jet airplane.

If I ran my business that way, I would be out of business. I suspect that is what is coming for Highline. The poor customer service and "hiding" behind COVID will all come out in the light soon enough. I would strongly encourage looking around for another provider.

I went it to look for temple covers. I recently had a craniotomy with much pain behind my ear. The optician actually offered to help me with my issue and she and the girl at front desk took good care of me. It turned out the optician did this for nothing and even made sure my glasses were properly adjusted. Thank you so much!

Avoid the frustration and wasted time. We have used Highline Vision Center for many years, it has always has been a problematic with the optical department, poorly trained optical employees, incorrect information sent to the lab by optical employees and frequent errors with the glasses prescriptions once received. The latest service was deplorable, after waiting over six weeks they made another error with the most recent prescription.

They were unwilling to correct the error without additional fees and charges for their mistakes with the prescription. This is not the first time this kind of situation has occurred. I had trouble getting them to return my calls. I got through to their Office Management and shared my concerns, the woman I spoke with could not have cared less, very disappointing. I would steer clear and avoid the frustrations and waisted time that is sure to follow.

The Optical department is a frustration from beginning to end. Firstly, they want you to sign up in their portal to pick some frames before your appt. When you show up, they have no idea what you are talking about. That was a 20 minute waste of time. Then, you get an optician that takes 2 hours to get your glasses, even with help from another associate.

That's ok, we are all new once. You get them 3 weeks later, but you have to make an appointment to pick them up, or show up and wait. When you try to call to make an appt, the only way to do this to leave a message that is not returned. The message used to say "Return next business day" Now it says "in 24" hours, but they really mean "Maybe" The message feels like "We don't want to talk to you" they refer you to a portal that does not have the information you need.

Then you can't read out of the glasses, you have to make another appt to take them back and say, "Do these have the progressives in them? I can't read" They say very dismissively, "yes" so you go home and know you still can't read, compare them to your last set of glasses, Yep, still can't read. You run the appointment gauntlet yet again to make an appointment, finally someone says, "Yes, the progressives are on there, but its down so low that there is no way you can read with them" again, 3 more weeks.

You then have to make ANOTHER appointment for your husband's glasses with the same problem, and another 3 weeks for him. And another appointment gauntlet to pick them up. It took from the first week in December until 2/24 to get our glasses right. The receptionists are kind, but helpless to do anything. At no time did anyone offer any apology for the MULTIPLE mistakes, despite our civil explanations of our frustrations.

If one person would have reached out and apologized, if it wasn't so agonizing to try to just get in touch with a person to talk to about it, I would have considered the matter closed and not left a review like this. I think you would be better off trying a clinic that wants to talk to you and help you get your glasses right.

We worked with Dr. Nick Doyle for my son's sports vision. Nick was very detailed in his exam and his staff is very friendly. We also received vision therapy from Denise at Highline and she was very professional and caring. I highly recommend Highline Vision for your family.

It had been many years since last I had been to Highline Vision Center. During that time I went to a vision chain and wasn't happy. Highline does a much more thorough eye exam and has they actually help and support you in the selection of frames, rather than having you rummage through a selection on your own. From a price point my new glasses are in line with what I have spent at the chain stores. I was in and out quickly and I can't wait for my new glasses to arrive.

Staff was courteous and professional! They were efficient and showed an understanding of the value of my time as well! Place was clean with attention to wiping down each machine before my use in front of me. This made me feel safe! We have always trusted Dr. Geri Schneebeck to give us the best evaluation of our eyes! We would and have recommended this practice to our friends and family!

While the front office staff and doctors were absolutely amazing, the billing department has left such a bad taste that we would not recommend Highline Vision and it will be a last resort for us to return.

If you care about your child, please stay away from this place. They just want your money. My daughter had to suffer so much for the mistake they made and they make no such effort to even correct it. She was given the wrong prescription (higher) and were only interested in getting us enrolled for the Myopia Control. Left messages for them to call. me back as my daughter was getting bad headaches, no response ever.

And when I called them again, they say they can't do anything. I had to go to a different place to get her prescription n glasses checked and came to know that she was wearing wrong prescription, and hence the headache! Please save your time and money and go somewhere else. Your child deserves much more!

They are loving and caring people. I've been with Highline Vision center around 30 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I have never, in that length of time had any issues. That to me says a lot, and hopefully says a lot to you.

Optician ruins the lenses when making adjustments and no help in getting them replaced. When they are as expensive ($700+) as they are there is something wrong with this picture. There is lots of markup. Will never go back again and have been a customer for quite a few years.

Personal individual care for each patient and their needs. Great chairside manner. Helpful, encouraging and active during my crisis. Very patient with me and all my issues. I recommend them all the time! Their vision therapy clinic gets the same reviews!

We love the therapists here! Especially Stephanie! They do their job well and are very patient and fun for the kids. However, it's extremely expensive and those running it seem to not understand that cost can be prohibitive. They recently raised their already high prices. So frustrating when this is a therapy that is actually essential for our sons eyes to function and him to be able to learn that insurance doesn't cover! Definitely not concerned about helping the kids who really need this. Like any other business.all about making money.
