Dr. Chapman performed Moh's skin cancer surgery on me last week and it was the first time I've ever had this kind of surgery. Thankfully Dr. Chapman was able to surgically remove the cancer (that another Dr. first identified) and he was able to fix this up so well! The staff was so kind and incredible and thanks to everyone, my sutures were removed today. This is an EXCELLENT group of Dr.'s and I HIGHLY recommend them for their skills and compassion! Thank you!

I've had experienced lack of care in this office. After a few minutes initial visit I was sent to make an appointment for a surgery. It was a couple of month ahead, in spite of the area being infected. I've scheduled it and waited. A few days before my long awaited appointment I've got a call and asked to reschedule as this doctor was only operating on cancer patients. I've rescheduled and a day before my new appointment I got another call asking to reschedule as a new doctor has also refused to work with me because I was coming from "another doctor"? The new appointment was offered another 2 month out. I've felt I was tossed back and forth, instead of taken care off and lost all my trust in this practice.

I have had many cyst removed in my life by my regular doctor and it has always gone great and I have been able to go on with regular life that very day. I expected the same or better reasults from advanced dermatology. Unfortunately I was wrong, this is the most pathetic experience I have ever had at a doctor of any kind! I was not told until after they cut me open that removing cyst would make so I cant shower for 2 days or work and workout for a week.
If I was told this before they cut me open I would not have done it. Because of them I will never have any operations like this again. I dont even want to go back there to get my stitches out! ADVANCED DERMATOLOGY SUCK'S!

The waiting room is always clean and organized, the receptionists, nurses and doctors are kind and patient and care about what you have to say. Dr. Gamble is always welcoming and friendly and takes the time to answer any of your questions without rushing you. Procedures here also go great, quick and thorough.

Hello. I am a retired nurse. I am also very hard to please. I see Dr. Ryan O'Leary. I first saw him over a golf ball sized tumor on my neck. He felt it and ordered an MRI also referred me to a great vascular surgeon. It turned out to be an eight pound tumor that grew through three layers of muscles. I amso thankful he is so professional and willing to say no.
You need to see someone else. That is a very be problem with some physicians. This time I went to him with a rash I have had for a year and a half. Thanks to Covid 19 I was unable to go any earlier. With I one look he knew what to do. It is healed up. It took a week to clear up. I also had two moles on my back. One that was just ugly, one my primary physician was worried about.
Both were normal. However; he did remove the ugly one. He froze it off. It just simply washed away. He had to repeat the procedure due to the depth. The mole was 60 years old. It is also washing away. If you need. A cari, g, professional, knowledgeable, physician he is your man. He however; does not look old enough to shave. Haha. Hope this is helpful. Be blessed and stay healthy

I saw Dr. Gamble (and others when scheduling issues were present) to be prescribed Accutane for my acne. Reception was quick and the doctors were nice enough, but never made any attempt to make me feel welcomed as a new patient. The issue I had with this office, though, was the utter lack of communication and care with regards to my case. As Accutane requires me to come in monthly for monitoring, I had to make the trip to this office and pay the $55 expense simply for the doc to give me a once over, ask me generic questions without looking up from his clipboard, and send me on my way.
It wasn't until my THIRD visit that I discovered (on the phone, not even mentioned by the staff) that I could do the visit virtually to save me the trip. When I needed to get bloodwork done prior to starting treatment, they simply handed me a pamphlet for the locations I could go to and sent me out, not bothering to inform me what type of bloodwork I needed or how to go about it (keep in mind this was my first time doing such a thing on my own).
When I went to the testing site, I was informed I could not get the bloodwork done without a note from the doctor, which he had neglected to give me in the first place! A 15 minute phone call fixed this when the front desk, not even the doctor himself as he said he would, had the necessary information faxed over. The final straw came from receiving the medication itself.
Because of the ridiculous price and risky side effects of Accutane, the doctor has to contact my insurance each time, giving them permission to clear my prescription with the pharmacy. Yet somehow, despite doing this multiple times with me (and countless times with others I'm sure) I had to call the office EVERY SINGLE TIME while waiting in line at the pharmacy to have them clear it with the insurance!
Nor is this some complicated process, as a five minute phone call (4 minutes of which is spent on hold) clears up the issue on the spot. The fact that they are incapable of doing so simple a task the moment my appointment concludes boggles my mind. I am only three months into my six month treatment as of writing this, and if these issues persist at my next visit, I can guarantee I will be switching dermatologists. Update: After finishing my treatment, I never heard a word from them, be it a check-in or regarding billing.
In fact, I wasn't billed for any of my last few visits. Finally, nearly TWO MONTHS after my final visit, I receive a bill in the mail for over $300! They waited two months after I was done with treatment to bill me for my last four visits! More than that, they charged me $107 for EACH visit, which consisted of a 5 minute virtual call for the doctor to look at my face and say I'm good to keep going on the prescription. Are you kidding me? $107 for practically nothing, when it used to be half that cost? Absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER use this office again, and will absolutely not recommend them to a soul.

I had so much anxiety based on the google ratings which turned out to be untrue in my experience. The office staff were were very nice, professional, knowledgeable, accomodating and efficient. Dr. Ray and her assistant were the same. They were calm and patient, even though being extremely busy, she was very understanding without judging and I never felt rushed. The experience was fast, efficient and very comfortable.

Today was my third visit to this clinic. I saw Dr Endly the first and second time and today I saw Dr O'Leary for a condition I've had on and off again and seen numerous doctors with no results or meaningful advice. Today, Dr O'Leary changed that. For the first time, someone had some suggestions and ideas on what to do about it. I am highly satisfied that even if it's not the right and final answer, it's at least a start. I left feeling like he listened (not a skill that should be taken for granted) and hopeful that this might be resolved soon.

I found Dr. Endly through my provider finder, and it was between her and another Derm. I chose her because she was closer. The office respected COVID guidelines, and the front desk girls were nice. I was called back shortly after arriving. My main concern was face acne. I've never experienced it this bad and thought I need to see a dermatologist stat! Dr. Endly listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I will definitely recommend her and the practice!

Took my father for skin exam. Very pleasant experience from the time I called to make an appointment to then re-schedule it and finally vising the office. Great, friendly ladies at the front office. We arrived a little earlier and were taken in almost as soon as we arrived. Dr. O'Leary very patiently listened to my father's (87 years old) concerns without rushing him. We were offered to do the treatment right away, instead of coming at another time. That was quite convenient. Nice office!

I looked at the reviews for Dr Swanson as she was referred by a friend. She is as amazing as the reviews say. Unfortunately I had to get surgery on my melanoma and didn't think to look at the reviews for Dr Johnson, as unfortunately Dr Swanson cannot do surgeries. Dr. Johnson's reviews are terrible and it is correct she is horrible. They lost my results from the biopsy, my scar healed and then started to get worse, Dr. Johnson prescribed me antibiotics even though she admitted that it didn't look like an infection.
Ultimately I went to a wound specialist who informed me that my body was rejecting the Vicryl stitches that Dr Johnson used. I called and left Dr Johnson multiple messages but never heard back so I had to use the wound specialist to extract the stitches on two separate visits.

Office flat out turned me down for a teledoc appt. wouldn't even entertain it even though they are offering them, just not for me. Apparently an already existing eczema condition isn't an acceptable teledoc reason. I've repeatedly been seen in this office, and have been treated for eczema (amongst other things like having suspicious items removed from my skin).
I called today because I have a very immune compromised family member and I don't feel like exposing myself and putting them at risk by going into an office but yet I need medical attention, so I thought the reasonable thing would be to ask for a teledoc appt. since my eczema is really flaring up. I told the gal who answered, I'd really like to be seen over a teledoc appt because I am not comfortable coming in, that I would unfortunately have to find an alternative to their office, which I really don't want to do.
She responded that was fine and hung up. Why can't you idk, at least offer to let me speak with my doctor? Maybe he could re-up my prescription? Nope, see ya lady was the response. What a shitty, not even bare minimum, response. Is that Covid fault? It's not, it's poor service. Sorry, do you not get paid enough to be bothered? Someone is asking you, or rather the medical professionals you work with since it's obvious you are not one, for help and instead of any kind of anything, your like, cool, get going! Bye!
I did call back and tried to leave a msg with my doctor, and was instead put into a general mailbox for who knows what person is retrieving messages from. Not helpful. In fact, it seems like you'd have more luck getting ahold of your doctor via LinkedIn direct message the way this went. I was going to type good thing it's not important, but isn't my health important?
Because I sure don't get the feeling. Get going lady. Bye. An office experience tanked by one really unhelpful person. Way to go, and all you did was answer the phone, literally. You literally declined to help me at all.

I have had skin issues for years. My original dermatologist is getting close to retirement so I thought it time to find a new doctor. I was referred by my regular physician to Advanced Dermatology, Aurora. Their office is very organized and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Dr. Amsbaugh was very thorough, professional and informative. I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour with a better understanding of my skin conditions. I will return to this practice and Dr. Amsbaugh.

This practice in Aurora is very poorly run. Doctors consistently run behind and way too many patients are packed into small time frames. At my last appointment, my doctor was almost an hour behind. I was not given this information at the time of check in so I sat there thinking I was next. Two other people approached the counter to inquire when they would be seen and they were told it would still be another hour.
The patient's time is just as valuable as the doctor's time. They do not keep up on renewing prescriptions in a timely manner and the office managers voicemail is always full so you can never voice grievances. I will say that a lady named Jessica helped me today and she was the only helpful one I have ever encountered there. The front office staff needs an overhaul and some education on how to relay messages from doctors to patients. All the members of my family will not be returning.

Never giving my money to this establishment again. This place has made things SO difficult for me to receive my prescriptions. I wish I had read the previous reviews before booking an appointment here. I am not sure why it's my job to call back and forth between my pharmacy and the dermatologist just to get my prescription to be approved. and that's EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
I get a refill on my prescriptions and it's always an issue on the doctor's end. It's laughable, honestly. Try another dermatologist if you actually want whatever skin situation you have going on to be seriously and efficiently treated. **I also wanted to state that Dr. James DeVito was great, but the lack of communication and accountability I experienced with the other staff members following my appointment was atrocious

I had an appt. with Dr. Jennifer Ray Dermatologist. Best ever experience! She does a thorough skin check while educating you about your skin. I have seen other dermatologists in Denver Metro. Her office and staff are excellent. Delightful human Doctor. Every Doctor needs to learn from her how to have a perfect bedside manner. I was an RN for many years. Choose Dr. Ray to follow your skin care!

Visits are short and always make me feel rushed. My concerns are addressed, but the doctors are very big on pushing expensive prescriptions to treat issues. I expressed my concern for the cost of certain medications but the doctor didn't seem to understand my financial situation. One of the solutions for a skin problem I have is to have me on antibiotics for 6+ months at a time. This isn't healthy and they are expensive. I will not be going back here unless it is absolutely necessary.

The medical part of my experience was ok. Their billing office sent me to collections over a $40 co-pay I may or may not have already paid when I visited. So thanks for that ding to my credit report. Here's your two-star review. I called their billing office to complain after I saw a collections agency on my credit report. They claimed to have tried to call and mail me a bill but I never saw one. I've never made it out of a waiting room without filling out a dozen address and liability forms so it's incompetent for this office to not have had my information. So if you use their services, make sure you pay the co-pay and that they have your current billing information.

This was my first time visiting the dermatologist. I was skeptical at first because the doctor my sister visited prescribed medication that would be almost $1000. I am a college student paying for tuition and I do not have that much money to spend for my face. Luckily, I got a different doctor than her. My visit was with Dr. Owen and he was a delight to have.
He understood my financial situation and recommended me medication that was covered by my insurance and the medication has helped my face tremendously. This place is a hit or miss depending on the doctor you get. Other than that, the waiting time was reasonable. The place looked clean. I was satisfied.

Just saw Dr. Newman for a skin cancer check up, to talk about removing a subcutaneous neurofibroma and talk about general aging and skin care concerns. She was very friendly and did a very good and thorough check up. I have neurofibromatosis type 1 and she also did a check on my bumps and fibromas to make sure nothing was suspect with any of them.
I also very pleased I did not have to explain this rare disorder to her. I asked her if removing the one on my shoulder was a possibility and she was able to take it off for me that day. Wait time was a little long but nothing that wasn't expected on a Saturday morning. Overall I was pleased with my experience.
