The staff being friendly makes it easier to seek further treatment and ask questions. The facility is clean and has TVs against the wall for the patients to watch as they're getting their treatment. It is a little chilly inside, so they do offer blankets for use. The nurse that was working with my father was very supportive, her name was Candie. She appeared to be very competent with her job. The rest of the staff were very polite as well.
