Last week I was seen by a wonderful NP her name was Maggie Kuczynski. Now A days it seems like you can never find a physician that really takes the time and listens and Maggie did just that. I had several issues more than just ear nose and throat that she help me with She even made my MRI appointment for me closer to my home before I left the office.
I live about an hour away From the office but it was definitely worth the drive. I would highly recommend her. I give this office five stars. And thank you Maggie once again for the comfort and the medical direction of caring for my health and being well again,

The older blonde receptionist is extremely unprofessional! I was supposed to be a new pt. this morning. I arrived twenty minutes early for paperwork, as instructed. I was informed that, not only was my appointment NOT today, but the doctor was not even in. Now, mind you, I am not from the area. I searched for a clinic, not for a specific doctor. I'm unsure how I, then, was able to write down a specific doctor's name, when I knew of none.
But I digress. I asked, politely, how the information had been so wrong. She stated that it was my fault (she made the appointment). I reminded her that I specifically re-read the information given to me, as I customarily do, when I made the appointment only a few days before. She rudely stated, without making eye contact, that she would be happy to write it down on a card for me.
I told her to cancel the appointment! Now, I understand that mistakes happen. But, typically, an apology is offered and there is a sincere effort to rectify the issue. NOTHING. My time and money is too valuable to waste. ***And, FYI, as a potential new patient, if the first person to greet you is rude and, seemingly, incompetent, what is the probability that the same patient would then have much in the way of future confidences with their initial and follow-up care.

If you want to get "the run around" this place is perfect! It has been 7 months since I visited a nurse practitioner here. The experiance went well but when I got billed, the billing department sent my bill to blue cross (my insurance company) under the nurses code and not the doctors. The nurse is not in network with the insurance company, only doctor Brettschneider and Obermyer are.
So for the past several months dealing with the billing department which is run by Cherry Walker and Jennifer (the one who oversees billing), have yet to resolve what they have messed up. I had to pay over $500 out of pocket because of their screw up. My insurance company and I are filing a report since they have yet to contact us after my insurance company and I have called at least a dozen times.
They will not respond even when a licensed insurance agent calls! If you don't want to waste your time and money then you may want to go somewhere else. Until my issue is resolved, I am going to keep this poor review posted.

GREAT STAFF, GREAT DOCTOR! I just got my tonsils removed by Doctor Obermeyer, he did a great job and comforted my family once I was out of surgery. Their staff is very sweet and helped me with getting a medicine that would better handle my pain from surgery. I highly recommend this office if you need help with your tonsils!

I go to this office and see Cindy for Botox. I can always get an appointment when it is convenient for me, even if I have to change the time at the last minute Cindy is always very accommodating on adjusting her schedule to see me. The result of the work she does is great. I have never had an issue and am always very impressed with the outcome. Cindy and all the other staff at this office is always in a great mood and I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen and am out of the office within 15 minutes.
I have tried other places for Botox and did not have as great of an experience, so I will continue to come here even though I live 90 miles away. I highly recommend this office and Cindy for her services.
