Dr Vissett Sun has been my eye doctor for about 25-30 years and is so good. His way of treating his patients is super kind and I always feel safe with his recommendations because he hasn't steered me wrong yet through the many hurdles I've faced with my eyes over the years. Highly recommend him.

I've been a patient of Dr. Sun for over 25 yrs. He is exactly the same as the first time I consulted with him: Friendly, thorough explanations of every aspect of the health of my eyes and a great support staff.

We have been seeing the amazing doctors at Hopping Eye Associates for over 3 years. They are very friendly and welcoming. My kids love the large selection of childrens glasses they carry.

I've been going to Dr. Prati at Hopping Eye Associates for 14 years! Everyone at the office have always been very nice and professional. You get all your questions answered, and you're given honest and helpful advice.

Did not have to wait. Dr Hopping was.very attentive, informative, and spent more than enough time to resolve my issue. Optical also spent enough time to get a solution that allowed me to have one pair of glasses for near, far, sun and UV. Perfect!

Today you have lost the trust we instilled in your office. When my son broke his brand new glasses within 1 day of having them, you said no problem we can do a replacement since it's under 30 days. At no time did you state I needed to bring in the broken pair when I picked up the new one. We no longer have the broken pair and now you want to charge us another $600 for his glasses.

I do not think it's fair or right that the lack of communication on the process from your office costs us. I will be taking our business elsewhere, If I have to pay again I'd rather pay somebody that cares about their patient. Unfortunately, you're sorry is not good enough in this case.

Everyone was very professional and kind. Answered all my questions. I didn't have to wait to be seen. A pleasant experience except for the shock of how much glasses cost.

Have been coming for annual appointments the last 2 years. Very pleased with the attention and discussion of options, as well as samples to try when moving to contacts. Dr Sun is very personable and caring, wanting to find the right vision solution for the person without overselling services and products like I have experienced at other eye doctors, and also working to most cost effectively use the benefits of my vision plan.

I have been coming to Hopping for 23 years and have always seen Dr. Sun, he is very professional and friendly. On occasion i have seen the other Drs. as well, all around they are all good. The office and seating area is very comfortable and relaxing, no chaos at all like other office environments. The staff in front are always nice and respectful and dont take for granted their customers.
