I am very well pleased at the removal of a skin tag I had on my nose by Dr. Moore. He is a blessed and talented man of God. The atmosphere here is pleasant and inviting. Your staff is awesome and I will send friends and family to you guys. Thanks a million.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. My first order was a gift for a friend. They sent it to me at my billing address instead of the shipping address that I filled in. The company continued to give me the run around, and in desperation, I ordered the same thing for my friend again filling his address in shipping. They AGAIN shipped it to me at my billing address.

I am stuck with four products unless I pay to ship them myself on top of paying this company $10 for shipping already plus $107 in product. The company continues to give me the run around. BUYER BEWARE!

I am a newer patient of Dr. Moore's office, the staff is very welcoming. Got to see the doctor in a timely manner, & the doctor himself has helped already a few skin infections of mine go away. Definitely recommend!

I suffered with bad acne for years. After Dr. Moore consultation, my acne cleared up once applying the instructions given. The products work miracles. I recommend Dr. Moore to my friends and family.

I haven't been in awhile, but I credit him for my good skin. His products and advice have definitely worked like a charm. I just wish his products were in more retail stores. I used to get my monthly supply from Walgreens, but apparently they've stopped carrying them.

For the past year or so I've been ordering some of the hair care products, the shampoo works well for me. But every time I call to place my order, which is the only way since it isn't available anymore online. Raul who I guess is the only person that does this for this office is the worst! He always charges my account incorrectly and never responds when I call or email him about it. My last order will be my last. As a business owner myself, your employees represent your business.

I heard great things about Dr. Moore over the years and I really looked forward to my appointment yesterday but I wish I would have read the reviews before making an appointment at this office. I recently heard an ad on the radio and made same a day appointment. The staff was extremely nice and professional but the entire appointment felt more like a sales pitch rather than a doctor caring for a patient.

I felt like I was in a car dealership being pressured to buy a car I didn't want or really felt that I need. The doctor diagnosed me with skin conditions that Were not related to the reason I made the appointment. I made the appointment to talk about a bleeding mole I have on my face but Dr. Moore was more concerned with how much he was going to charge me to burn my moles off rather than discussing if the mole could possibly be cancerous.

Every issue was addressed with a product that he sells and he didn't look at any other areas of my skin that I mentioned I was having a problem with besides my face. When I would tell him about a problem he would just mention a product he created and sells that would resolve the issue. It really felt more like high pressure sales than a dermatologist appointment. I will not be returning. Do your research and find a real dermatologist who doesn't push spa products and treatments.

I'm 57 years old and I've been seeing Dr Moore since I was in my 20's. He's treated my alopecia and my skin.

I was once a loyal patient of Dr Moore.he was actually recommended by my pediatrician and I had been going since but not anymore. Lately I have been getting facials done here and the professionalism has went downhill. One day I went to have a facial done (even took off work since the lady only does them on weekdays) just to be told by the office (after making the trip down there and yes my day off!) "didn't she call you?" Who called?

Why didn't the office called? Apparently she had a family emergency and apparently she was suppose to call me. No one called me. Not even a text. They asked me to reschedule, not even a sorry. I told them I had to plan ahead just to take that day off. Then i had to ask about my deposit. (Apparently there is a new rule now that you must place down a deposit when you schedule for a facial.

Before it wasn't like that. And I can understand the need of enforcing that. But please respect your patients' time as well. Once before i waited 20 minutes past my scheduled time and of course I couldn't just leave because they had my deposit) They said "oh well it is going to take 7-10 days." You can imagine how upset I'm getting at this point. "we have to submit your request to the accountant and have Dr Moore approve it." You will never see my money again Dr Moore. Fool me once with your employees running late.

Food me twice with the wasting of my time and gas and won't even show the courtesy to even call. Never again! EDIT: And another thing.don't get attached the facial ladies. Dr Moore changes through those more than a car needing an oil change and i have been a patient of his since middle school when he was on Kirby.that should tell you something

I've never been to this place I live in California but you know what if I where to live in Houston I don't think I would want to go there. I received a Voicemail from This guy named Raul Gravales saying my transaction was still pending and I had not made payment. So i call him back to let him and this company know there has been fraudulent activity on my bank account and who ever made this purchase was not me so cancel it or do what you have to do but turns out this guy is super rude, unmannered and act like I'm BSing about what I'm telling him.

I have no need to lye about anything at all i dont even know what type of products they have. He has horrible customer service skills. Now the Lady who answered the phone was way more understanding than this guy

The professionalism at this place sucks. It's like they really care about money and pushing his product line which is fine, but they barely listen to the patient's needs. The products do work that's why I gave it two stars. However as far as the service and professionalism at the front desk is very poor. I will not be returning here.

All around GREAT experience at this office. Dr. Moore is FABULOUS!.he is knowledgeable, patient and conservative in his treatment (yay). Will definitely be seeing him again. HUGE props to the staff. The office is laid back and beautiful and the parking.when can you just pull into a space right in front of your doctor's office on a Friday afternoon at 4:00 in Houston? Will definitely go back.

Excellent experience with Dr Moore and the rest of the very professional team involved in my initial visit. I had gotten lost and the young lady who answered the phone actually stayed on the phone with me until she met me in the parking lot. Very impressive!

Bunch of worthless unprofessional scum bags! Nicole needs to find her another job! She suck at this one! They lie lie lie about Dr. Moore whereabouts! He's not there anymore if so where is he? Don't waste your time with these sorry ass people and all they want to do is sell his products and not your well being! I can't believe Nicole got the nervous to tell me that I'm not the only customer!

But you guys only keep a patient in the back with your so called dr. for 20 seconds and try to sell me $200 of Moore Unique products instead of giving me the right medication I need! I can't believe Dr. Moore office is sorry like this! Farewell to you dogs I'm done!

Best dermatologist in Houston! My skin went through a weird acne phase. Dr. Moore's products and recommended facials got me right back to normal. Couldn't be more thankful for this place and my results! JaNae

Unbelievably unprofessional and sloppy business. Some staff are very rude. Long wait. The place is very cheap and dirty. The guy Moore is a joke. He makes patients wait for 2 hours and does not even want to take time to listen to his patient's problems. DO NOT GO THERE.

Horrible experience! Do not visit this office. There is no focus on patient care and he aggressively tries to sell his Moore Unique line of products. When I refused to purchase them, he finally prescribed medication that broke out my skin! He is a sales person, not a doctor. He also refused to call in another prescription after I spoke with him about what happened. Don't waste your time or money.

Got to appointment early and had to wait one hour before I got to see doctor. Had small skin tags removed and they left large burn marks. Had cyst removed from face that got infected and stayed infected for one month. Asked doctor about these problems and he said that the bruising of the skin tags where normal ang he couldnt even see them. The bruising was about one half inch in diameter.

He said that the infection in my face was was not an infection. What do I know. All I know is that one month after surgery it was still ossing white puss. I really need to take them to court
