Went for mole removal and lipoma removal on shins years ago. just ended up with terrible scars plus the lumps in my legs are still there.

Dr. Gary Horndeski is an experienced surgeon. The main reason I chose this doctor is due to the type of procedure he performs. It was different from others that I'd researched over several years. I didn't want implants, yet I need my breast to look full on top. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the procedure he was to perform on me.

I received a slight reduction & breast lift. I'm 4 months in, and everything looks really good. I'm pleased with the work he did for me, his competence, and the competence, compassion and knowledge of his staff as well. The staff in the hospital, and mail yogis personal office. Shiloh was very helpful during my recovery period. Of course the Dr was busy, however; his staff member Shiloh was always on point. She answered all concerns, after Speaking with the doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Gary Horndeski fro Sugarland, Tx, to anyone seeking breast work. XL

Dr. horndeski currently has 13 open cases against him for malpractice. 2 of those women were forced to have mastectomies due to the irreversible damage caused by Horndeski. I was personally mutilated by him when he performed my skin removal and didn't remove all the skin - just tucked it back inside me. causing 2+ years of dr visits until my medical insurance paid to have corrective surgery done.

Don't give your money to this man and let him mutilate you, too. I'm sure someone in the office will reply to this as if they have no idea what I'm talking about but. they know. And I'm sure they are the ones who make all the fake 5 star reviews to counteract the real Ones

Dr. Horndeski is a great surgeon. I had an accident, hitting my forehead and splitting it open. Dr. Horndeski performed the surgery leaving me NO SCAR. Thank You!

I had surgery last September 2021. I have followed the EXTENSIVELY DETAILS AND WARNINGS GIVEN TO ME BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER MY PROCEDURE. Since I found him on the web and saw his work, I thank God every day for having found him! My breasts not even 12 weeks after the surgery are beautiful! I will keep on taking care of them the way I was instructed by Dr. Horndeski HIMSELF and Jana.

Dr, Horndeski is an excellent doctor his bedside manner is impeccable along with his staff. His technique is amazing with no T-scar but his own method Bellesoma. My breast looks like a teenager again, they are standing at attention (Lol) and never loss nipple sensation it's actually better and without any noticeable scar, I have recommended all my friends to him. Have a consultation with him you would not be disappointed.

Dr. Horndeskis method is incredible. He was able to reduce my overall size granting me confidence as well as reduce my back pain all while leaving me with minimal scaring and a natural looking lift. I had a breast reduction and lift in April 2018 and I have to say there is a huge change. I love the job he did and the method is amazing. I recommend him to anyone that needs a lift or reduction. Brilliant man. The staff are all so sweet and nice and I could not be happier. This procedure is a total game changer, no more neck or back aches from a heavy chest. I did my homework and I am happy to say it paid off.

While researching the Breast lift procedure thoroughly, I kept coming back to Dr. Horndeski and his method. The fact that it was engineered to last a lifetime was the driving force in me making my first appointment. His staff was so welcoming and kind upon my arrival even though I was nervous. Upon meeting Dr. Horndeski he took plenty of time to explain my options in depth and made me feel extremely comfortable with the choice I was making.

When I arrived for surgery day he and his assistant went into great detail, marking, measuring, photographing and explaining every detail that would take place. I was impressed with the technology they used to show me what would happen. They, and the hospital staff were wonderful. My first post-op visit went perfectly. The recovery wasn't a walk in the park, but because they were so comprehensive in explaining that I was expectant and therefore able to deal with it.

I was so appreciative that his assistant and the Doctor both checked on me throughout my days post surgery in the hotel. Weeks after my surgery we were both not totally pleased with the scar tissue that developed in one area. Of course Dr. Horndeski did a small in office procedure on my next visit to make the scar seam perfect. Now, a year after my surgery I highly recommend Dr. Horndeski and his team. Three years ago I had a breast lift by this surgeon who I researched so thoroughly (I thought). I did not want the vertical scar nor was thinking I ever wanted implants that is the reason I considered this office. Biggest regret I have, not only it set me back 12K (double the national average) but my breasts which were my asset are now flat pancakes that droop sideways in a triangular shape.

He was abrupt, rough and very dismissive in this manners, I thought it's ok that's the engineer in him, what matters is the result. Well I was not happy with the result from the beginning and no amount of revision fixed anything. Revision took place in his office with a simple local anesthetic, the pain was unbearable the result useless if not worse. I do not recommend Dr. Horndeski at all. I give him a rating of D-. A rating of 2 on a scale of 1-10. (being generous here)

There are plenty of mixed reviews of Dr. Gary Horndeski and Elisa Gonzalez, So I'm sharing my own experience and opinion of what my past experience with dr. Horndeski was like. My opinion of him is by far negative and comes across to be very unprofessional. One of the duties of being a doctor is providing as much information to your patient and answer any sort of questions they might have.

In my case not only did he not provide enough information but he did not let me know or be aware of the hospital procedures.such as not knowing that my tampon would be removed and a catheter would be mandatory for my surgery that shortly after left me with urinary and vaginal infection that still effects me 11 months later. I'm on monthly treatments to help with the pain I was left with.

The cheap equipment and materials he uses on surgeries cause many infections and make the scars harder to heal. I will be uploading photos and videos of my infections and some differences in my final look. If I knew that Dr. Horndeski had disciplinary actions with the Texas Medical Board, loss if hospitable privileges, and numerous malpractice claims I would have never let him ruin my life. But at least I can save someone else with this review.

They quoted me 12-14,000 without even seeing me for the ultimate lift. That price is triple the national average for mastopexy and shows the greed of this establishment!

VERY PLEASED WITH THIS DOCTOR! :)))) I had a stretched ear piercing from wearing heavy earrings for many years. So I decided to get it repaired after repeatedly losing earrings on that ear. I went to Dr. Horndeski and I must say that my experience was totally different than the one posted on this site. I was quite shocked to hear such negative things that I felt compelled to share my experience. Dr. Horndeski has a wonderful bedside manner.

He listened to all my concerns and took his time to answer every question I had before, during, and after my procedure. I never felt rushed nor ignored. Despite my fear of needles and anything to do with surgeries, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. While the ear piercing repair procedure was a simple one in nature, I was completely satisfied with the outcome.

I had a very positive experience because it was painless and fast but also because I felt that I received the utmost professionalism from Dr. Horndeski and his staff. While I empathize with patients that get treated poorly, I question the previous post not only because of how different the experience was from mine but also because how exaggerated it comes across and the unnecessary "personal attacks" made.

And as for his "stone aged" technology, just google him on Fox's News (Channel 26 - Houston local TV channel), you will find a news report showcasing his innovative technology in plastic surgery - "Engineering the Ideal Breast". I would definitely recommend Dr. Horndeski to all my friends and loved ones as I can attest to his professionalism first-hand and I would go back to him in the future - No doubt about it!
