I called Allergy & ENT on a Thursday morning. In a span of 72 hours of minor symptoms, I became very sick. I was seen promptly at my appointment time the same day by a wonderful allergist Kim Sharp PA-C. She immediately diagnosed my issues. I left Allergy & ENT with a rescue inhaler, an antibiotic prescription e scribed to my pharmacy & a fax order to Baylor Imaging for a chest X-ray.

My doctor called me the next day & over the weekend to check on me. I saw Kim the nextThursday for follow up and I will see her this Thursday. Kim is professional, kind, experienced and very knowledgeable. She explained to me her suggestions for treatment medications while confirming possible contraindications of my known allergies. I am very grateful to have Kim as my allergist & impressed that she takes time to follow up on her patients. Clearly, healthy patients are her goal.

She devotes her own time to checking on her patients by phone between appointments. Kim also reads test results in a timely manner to give feedback to her patients. This immediate feedback is reassuring and I appreciated knowing I had no serious chest or lung problem from my X-rays. She is truly outstanding. The office is very helpful & understanding. I could barely talk when I made the initial appointment but the nurse knew I was unwell. The nurses and staff are kind, compassionate and patient. Excellent care!

I am thrilled to begin my care with Allery & ENT Associates. I spoke with Alecia over the phone to schedule my first appointment. She was very helpful! She seemed genuinely engaged with assisting me. On arrival to the office for my appointment, I immediately noticed the open concept reception area which is very welcoming. Each of the ladies working in this reception area were very interactive and helpful! Dr. Joseph, Anna and Richard were also very welcoming, personable, and professional. Dr. Joseph and her team took their time speaking with me, were very thorough and put me at ease with transitioning my care from another clinic. I am feeling blessed to have discovered this amazing team!

Dr. Bednarski is such a wonderful doctor. She takes the time to talk with the patient and answers any questions. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I like that they have alot of equipment there in the office so I didn't have to go elsewhere for images. All of the staff I encountered were great. I highly recommend this office.

They are extremely thorough. I was also impressed with their punctuality. I actually was in an exam room a few minutes before my assigned appointment time. Dr. Moore spent a great deal of time with me as a patient. She did a very complete and detailed history rather than immediately jumping into treatment. I appreciate her thoroughness as well as her being willing to refer me to a couple of her colleagues in order to get to the bottom of my difficulties. A very refreshing experience for a doctors office.

I have been a patient here for a few years now and have always been pleased with my care. My allergies and asthma are well managed. The office staff and providers are always warm and welcoming at every visit. Highly recommend this practice!

I had been chronically ill (which came on very suddenly) for 2+ years and have been searching for relief ever since. My condition has required treatment for both allergies but also severe sinus issues from an ENT. I have never in my life had any of these health issues. Allergy & ENT includes BOTH disciplines and the treatment is holistically monitored and coordinated from both angles which was important for me to improve. Dr. Moore and Dr. Bednarsky and their staff at the Fannin location provide an outstanding service.

In my experience, every staff member has been attentive, they follow up, and are extremely competent in the duties they're responsible for as it pertains to both medical and administrative services. This office has an established culture of competence and care which is challenging to find these days in a medical practice. I highly recommend their services.

After searching for a solution for so long, my quality of life has significantly improved in just 4 months and I cannot say how much it means to me that I am slowly but surely taking back my health.

Great Staff and Doctors. Been doing allergy shots for 4 years now. Took a few months of weekly shots at the start to build up to the monthly maintenance level. Totally worth it for me. Also got some bone fragments removed from my nasal cavity a few years ago from there, rather painful and uncomfortable experience for a couple weeks after, but super glad I did it and couldn't have had a better surgical team work on me.

Great place. Very professional. Very patient, caring, kind, understanding. Dr. Bednarski actually listens to what you have to say. And the audiologist is just as helpful and understanding. Office staff are all very pleasant with a welcoming smile ready to greet you. Would definitely return and bring the whole family infact.

I had a great experience at this location. All the staff was so nice and welcoming! Everyone literally said "hello, how are you?" as I passed by. Not like I was expecting that, but most other doctor offices they barely even look at you. I got taken in within 5 minutes of arriving, and was seeing the doctor 10 mins later after speaking with the nurse. Dr. Bednarski was great! She took the time to listen to my issues and to examine me. I'm very happy with my experience here.

I initially came here to get my deviated septum fixed, and then began getting regular allergy shots. Maria, the nurse who administers the shots, is so kind, patient and thorough. She makes me feel listened and never rushed, even though she is so busy. Even when I'm having an awful day, coming in to be greeted by Maria's smile, laugh and personable conversations always leaves me feeling better. That's all too (unfortunately) rare in today's world. You never know what someone is going through, and people like Maria and her kindness can mean more than they know.
