I've been seeing nurse practitioner Courtney b e y l going on four years now. She is awesome, very efficient, very caring, very thorough., however I cannot say the same for the office staff. Some are rude, they don't follow up with you. Billing is the worst, they have made several mistakes and have never apologized, as if it is no big deal. If I didn't like and Trust Courtney so much I would have left there before now. I will not go back!

When I found this Medical practice, I was looking for a Doctor to help guide my father in law to end of life, and to help his adult children make educated end of life decisions. We were blessed for 8-9 years with the guidance and care of Dr. Harper. I must say the level of care, professionalism, knowledge and dedication that Dr Harper, Dr White and NP Courtney Beyl provided was top of the line.
Most of the staff is exceptional. Are they 100% perfect, no, but the bottom line is the care, compassion, and the quality of medical care they provide. It is RARE to find doctors who provide the high standard of service these two doctors provide to the patient and the family (sole caretaker in my case). They are direct, straight forward, and to the point in a caring way.
I had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Harper, and in his absence Dr. White. I found what I was looking for and they did not disappoint, a full service medical practice. Southern Indiana is fortunate to have these two Doctors serving the area, and I, as the sole caretaker was fortunate that with their care my father in law lived a healthy, quality life to 36 days shy of 99 y.o. My sincere thanks, Dr Harper and Dr. White. I could not have asked for more. (He is 97 in the picture)

Courtney Beyl is my nurse practitioner. She listens, genuinely cares, and provides excellent care. I highly recommend her! Unfortunately, some of the front office staff is rude. They rarely answer the phone and don't return calls for days. The lab tech drew my blood and left me alone in a room by myself after I told her I felt like I was going to pass out. When I called to complain about these Issues, I was told that they didn't have time to listen to me 'gripe'.

Having been going to Sellersburg Internal Medicine since 2001. Great doctors and top notch staff. Our family started out going to Dr. White since their old location. Dr. White and Dr. Harper have a great responsibility to the community to offer such wonderful care. They always spend time with all our needs. We always leave feeling well taken care of. In need of good health care please go here.

If I could do 0 stars I would. The doctors themselves are nice but they are not worth dealing with the office. They are rude and never do what they are supposed to without you having to call and checking on them constantly. And just for instance, I called to have them refill a prescription because the pharmacy never heard back from them after a week.
And the nurse said they needed to see me first but she was going to go ahead and fill it for now. When she asked if I wanted to make an appointment, I asked for a specific doctor (which was not the doctor she assisted) and then she threatened to withhold my medication because I liked another doctor better. I then said it's fine, I will just see her and she said, "no I will not let you see her and I will not fill your prescription." I asked to talk to the office manager because she was being completely ridiculous and she said "she's out for about an hour but you can wait on hold." Then put me on hold with saying anything else.
I would love to say this is an isolated incident but its not. I switched to them because they are close to me, but it is now worth it to drive out of the way to go to another office. Save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else, they are rude, unprofessional, have 0 bedside manner, and could care less about helping you. The only time you will actually hear from them is when they want you to pay the bill.
That's all they care about. Google is a better doctor's office than they are. ***Edit: I said I would take this review down if my issues got resolved. I got a call from the office manager and she could not have sounded more unsympathetic with me. She was nasty just like the nurse, and said she talked to the nurse and she blamed me. That's good business. Every single nurse in that office needs to rethink their profession. maybe something not dealing with people.

I am 28 weeks pregnant and my OB told me to start looking for a pediatrician. 2 offices were given to me by them that are closest to where I live. I called this office asking if I could meet with a physician to make an educated decision from the 2 offices. The receptionist said they didn't do that but would ask them and see if one was willing. She took my information and never called back. Definitely lacking professional responsibility.
