We ask that you call Saturday morning for same day appointments so that we ca n see all of the acute illnesses needed in a timely manner. Allergy shots are 9:00 A.M. - 1 0: 30 A.M. Sunday - Our office is closed but the physician on call can always be reached through our answering service to consider your concerns.

We are pleased that you have chosen our office for your healthcare services. Our physicians and staff are devoted to making your visit here as pleasant as possible. The following information is designed to help you make a smooth transition to becoming a member of our FAMILY in our office and to understand how we deliver care based on the Medical Home Model of Pediatric Care.
Charges for office visits are based on various factors and are comparable to the reasonable and customary charges prevalent in the area. In case your insurance company's payments do not cover our services, or leave an unpaid balance, we ask that you pay such amounts promptly. We are pleased to cooperate with you in establishing a payment program.
It is crucial when choosing a pediatric practice for your children that you have given serious consideration to the fit between the practice philosophies and your own. Excellent care happens when the physicians and office staff are aligned with your family priorities and philosophies regarding medical care.
Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child's health. Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below.
We firmly believe in the effectiveness of vaccines to prevent serious illness and to save lives. We firmly believe that all children and young adults should receive all of the recommended vaccines according to the schedule published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

Prospect Pediatrics has not been the same since McKenna retired. My child has a chronic illness and recently had a major setback. Dr. Hynes refuses to complete paperwork required by the school. He can't even be bothered to call and check on his patient. Just makes assumptions on his own with what my child needs. No compassion! Not the same place I used to love. Shame on Dr. Hynes! He doesn't help the sick kids that really need his help.

The staff at Prospect Pediatrics are always so helpful, personable and knowledgeable. They are patient and help with any issues we may be having with my granddaughter, especially during this Covid pandemic. The doctors are all amazing and so good with her. It's a long trip to their office, but worth it! Thank you Prospect Pediatrics!

Dr. Hynes is amazing! He is thorough and accurate every single time, but has an amazing ability to connect with the children. We love his passion for what he does every single day! He is very personable and uses humor often. We are beyond grateful that our boys have been in such good hands throughout their childhood.
