There's no better time to start improving your health and wellness. So remember to eat well, exercise often, get plenty of rest and lower your stress. Most importantly, remember to schedule your annual wellness exam or an appointment to address any health issues you may be experiencing. Need a doctor. The DAISY Foundation was established in 1999 by the family of J. Patrick Barnes. Patrick died at the age of 33, from complications of the auto-immune disease Idiopathic Thrombocytopenia Purpura (ITP). During his eight-week hospital stay, his family was impressed by the care and compassion his nurses provided, not only to him but to everyone in the family.

These wonderful people saved my life when I tried to take it. They made me feel like my life wasn't over and helped me pull through so I could become a better person. I am so happy they saved me and gave me my life back. Thank you!

Was seen by the ER team on 5/21 Friday night. The doctor was helpful and kind, but the nurses are passive aggressive and rude. Didn't clean all of my wound properly, no bandages, nothing offered for pain! No kind words given at all, in fact they were sarcastic. The admissions lady was kinder to me than the nursing staff. If you live in Indiana, cross the bridge for healthcare! Sad.

I was there on May 12 at the outpatient surgery area. I was in an extreme amount of pain due to an abscess, the entire tube there was wonderful! All the nurse & the guy that gave me the Anesthesia and Dr. Seneshan was wonderful! Definitely will use this hospital again if needed in the future.

I had a hysterectomy here and everyone has been so great to me. The nurses, the doctors. Literally everyone. My nurses Sarah and Reena have been especially wonderful. They have so patient with me and so helpful. I haven't wanted for anything while I've been here. They have both been pleasantly talkative with me and prompt to check up on me or when I ask for them. I've appreciated these two ladies so much. If you guys get to see this, thank you so much. I was so worried and you really made a difference with me.

My wife Sara copeland is a loyal, dedicated care taker who takes her role as the EEG department lead as if she had ownership in the hospital group. The past 12 years this woman takes care of her clients with passion, love and care. I'm so proud to call her my wife but also the team she works with. They are the best.

Several months back I had an AWFUL experience in the ER and I think I left a review. Today I had to be seen also due to high blood pressure for 3 days and a bad headache. I'll keep this review short, but I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Dr Geoffery Mcdonald and his PA Jane Moore. They both went above and beyond and were very thorough and listened to me.

Without their kind demeanor and attention to detail, I may not have ever known about a condition going on in my brain. So with that said, THANK YOU BOTH! My faith in Clark Memorial was restored a lot more today

My blood sugar dropped and I was brought to the hospital with a very low body temperature, could hardly breathe, could not walk or use any muscles in my body, dripping sweat, could barely speak. The staff was being extremely rude and yelling at me in an angry way. They were acting like I wasn't cooperating when I was doing anything that I humanly could to cooperate.

I said I felt awful and one female nurse or doctor acted very cruel, telling me to quit whining and said all kinds of mean things that she should not have said. I was constantly accused of being on drugs when my blood sugar was low and I told them at least 10 times I had not taken anything. I think that woman was cruel to me because she assumed I was a drug addict.

I can't think of any other reason she would behave that way. Hopefully she felt dumb when my test came back clean. It was a very terrible experience and they made it far worse. I hope nobody else has to experience this here.

Nurse told me there are no beds or rooms while visiting the er. Siting in waiting room for over three hours with an IV in my arm, not being taken care of properly. Not being watched after and in between care. Doing small processes and back to waiting room, not even given a chance to see a doctor. What has happened to our healthcare system, we are doomed. I truly hope no one has a life or death emergency at this hospital.

Me and my family have been coming here for most of our lives and have been very pleased. My wife is in here now and has been here for 3 days, the doctors and nurses here are the best around and have been treating her very well but the food service has got very poor in the past year. The first day she never received any meals, the second day she only received a dinner meal and so far on the third day she has only received a lunch.

When she did get a meal it was served on a card board tray in a throw away to go plate, it also was no better than a TV dinner that was warmed and brought up cold to my wife. I think a hospital can do better than this since I was in here last year and all my meals were on a warm dinner plate on a warm tray. Nutrition is very important in healing and in recovery, but someone needs to tell the food service director.

I have been a good service specialist for 47 years and this is one of the first. 5 stars to the doctors, nurses and support personal, 0 stars to the food service. Just wanted to add an addition to my original review, this is 3 weeks later. Tuesday 2-1-2022, My wife was at the point of recovery to be transfered to a physical rehab facility when a new nurse came in to check ony wife and give her some meds.

The nurse proceeded to give my wife a pain killer called Dilaudid which she is not tolerant to and was put on her meds as that she was not to be given it. Now it's Wednesday morning, my wife is still not able to speak and is basically not awake or aware of anything, has not ate or drank anything for about 30 hours, I have tried to talk with the hospital management but now one will talk to me. My rating on this so called hospital just went way down, they are killing my wife!

My nurse Jennifer. Blue eyes dark hair. I came into the hospital with aweful news and Jennifer has been the best with me since out of surgery! The nurse before me was mean. So glad I got to have Jennifer she definitely cheered me up and made my visit more hopeful
