As a dedicated board-certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Dr Jiva has a mission of ensuring every patient is met with personalized attention, respect, and compassion. With her extensive background in patient care, Erum Jiva DNP, ARNP-BC, CLS, can help patients with preventive care, chronic disease management, and so much more.Dr Jiva cares for patients. Approximately 25 million people in the United States suffer from venous reflux disease (the cause of varicose veins).
It is a beautiful complex conveniently located near I-75 and the State Road 200 corridor in Ocala. CFHC is a full-service heart center staffed with board-certified cardiologists. In addition to consultations and ongoing patient management, the main campus also includes the Diagnostic Center which provides a broad range of clinical services on-site.

Being a long time customer of Central Florida Heart Center I have had no complaints until now, I was fiettd with a new type of heart monitor that was fitted in place and directed to ware it for a week, the part that was not told me was that I would receive a bill from the supplier of the of the device, which I did not pay and was turned over to a collection agency for the amount of $45.01 I feel that this was handled in a underhanded way. Had I been made aware of the situation I would not have felt that I was treated underhanded.

Staff need to treat patients with courtesy and respect. Sadly my husband had to cancel his appointment with Doctor Lan Luo after postponing it once before. Staff never requested medical records from his previous doctor insisting they had done so. Upon asking Tina (desk), her reply was contact the doctor yourself and request the records. Bad answer, bad attitude. I'm sorry my husband didn't get to become a long-term patient of doctor who had been highly recommended by another physician.

Grateful for Dr. Mittal, my Mother's (Myrtle Anders) doctor. His kindness, patience and professionalism in her care is greatly appreciated. It is hard to live so far away, but made easier by his attention to her needs. Also a big thank you to Phyllis and your nurse Kim for making her feel well cared for - she appreciates you two ladies and all that you do for her. You are all awesome and I thank you. I can only speak for one physician there - Dr. William Dresen. I am an R.N. from a family of physicians, so I feel qualified to say that the very best of medical care is yours as a patient of Dr. Dresen. He's the penultimate family physician as well as a top-top tier cardiologist. All tests are done in-house, which is so convenient, and Dr. Dresen is the warmest, kindest man you'll ever meet.
No staring at a monitor - he loves to chat with his patients. He truly loves people and it shows in every visit. His nurse, Lisa, is also just the BEST. Empathetic, genuinely concerned, and always a wonderful ear with which to listen, and a broad shoulder on which to lean is an apt description, but she's more than that. Dr. D and Lisa are a pair to love. They are like family to me.

Postings leave negative ratings because the receptionist didn't pat them on the back? Rediculous. I rather care more for the Dr who obviously gives her whole life to her practice. Why would anyone leave a negative rating to steer people away from such an excellent cardioligist. You could not be in better hands.

I am not a patient here, but rather an employee. It's a very good feeling to hear your patients tell you that this is probably the best doctors' office they have ever been to. Everyone here is really friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to help out. There are 9 in this office location and over 50 employees, so it's a pretty big office. You don't just feel like a random patient, you feel like family. That's what we strive for at CFHC.
