I finally found a doctor that would listen and did a thorough examination to get to the root of the problem. May Ko is friendly, professional and her personality is infectious. I can't thank her enough.

This place is awesome. They are all so kind and fast service too. I have no issues with any staff. I would highly recommend this place. Both my husband and myself, plus our family have been going here for years.even when covid hit.they were always there to help.

They overbill andcharge for things you didn't get. Seems they just want your money. Their billing department said that you can't trust what the office staff tells you about prices, because they don't know what they are talking about. Hmm. Not very professional.

I am writing this review on behalf of my grandmother who is extremely frustrated with this place. She has been dealing with a skin condition since December 2020. Her initial appointment went well and Dr. Welton gave her some ointment. He asked she come back after 3 months. When she went for her second appointment he did not see her at all, just a PA, who was rude and disrespectful toward her.

She barely evaluated her and just gave her a different ointment which ended up not working either. She asked to see the doctor but he was not available. On the third appointment, same story. No improvement. Even though she requests to see the doctor, he does not have the time to see her. At a minimum, the doctor should pop in to say hello and see how things are going.

And if the doctor cared about his patients, he should take the time to see the patient if what he/his team is prescribing is not working, especially after 9 months! She was supposed to have an appointment this week and when SHE called to confirm, since she didn't hear from them, they said they did not have her scheduled at all, even though she was holding the scheduling card which had the appointment written down. This group is unorganized, uncaring, and unprofessional. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

After being on hold numerous times, I felt like I was back with the VA clinic. I had simple question, that wouldn't take but a couple of seconds, but, they didn't have the time. Bye bye.

I've had four surgeries for skin cancer at Suncoast over the last four years, and they always do a great job. Everyone is friendly and professional, and the building is attractive and pleasant to be in. I've never had any trouble reaching them by phone. Dr. Welton's surgical skills are surpassed by no one.

I went in about the genital warts I developed after a surgery from another doctor in the area. The doctor here said they could be warts, but didn't diagnose them as HPV, but rather as Veruca (plantar's warts, which occur on the feet), dictating into his recorder, "Veruca. Not veruca. Consulted patient) and he told me my options were to freeze them off or let them be, and then he laughed about having told someone in prison that he'd have to freeze them off, and the guy reacting like "Freeze it off?!", as if to mean his genitals themselves, to which he quoted himself as responding, "Doesn't matter, you're not using it anyway!", and laughed about it.

My father was torturously castrated by a doctor in Philadelphia years ago, and I do not take jokes about this sort of thing, coming from doctors, lightly. Everything about this was unprofessional, insulting, and wrong. The warts eventually went away on their own, after a few years, but I'll never feel safe knowing that this is how the medical community here handles things.

I have been going to Suncoast for years for both medical and cosmetic purposes. Dr. Wartel is thorough and takes time with his patients. He is both friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a dermatologist. I have also been extremely pleased with the cosmetic services at Suncoast. I have had a range of services from peels to facials to Botox. Ashton is professional and knowledgeable.

I trust her judgement and have been pleased with her work. The staff are all very professional, experts in their field and the price for services is reasonable. I have been going here for years and will continue to do so!

Suncoast dermatology is amazing! I had skin cancer for years that I had no idea about until I was seen by Dr. Bonomo for reasons not related and now I am free and clear of that! I have also struggled with acne most of my life and he has helped clear up my skin. He has also helped my children! I can bring them to my appointment and if I have a question about somthing going on with their skin he doesn't hesitate to look at them and he always has an answer/solution for any of my questions. He is truly a remarkable Dr. and a very nice person! The staff at suncoast are also incredibly nice and very accommodating! I love this place and I highly recommend them!

For more than a few years now, Our family has been going to Suncoast Dermatology for skin checks and skin care. Brian Bonomo, P.A. in particular has seen us on our visits and has always taken care of our needs. Forthright in his professional mannerism, and he makes certain he takes time to address any concerns. I highly recommend.

Beautiful and clean facilities. Staff is professional and so nice. Doctors give great advice and are very helpful. We actually went for the free cancer screenings they offer the health department once a year, and I couldn't believe how great they are. They certainly are established so I couldn't figure out why they would do something like that for free; the doctor said they really just want to make sure people get looked at and have a chance at an early diagnoses. They were great with our daughter being there, too! (15 months) I have a LOT of respect for this place and I will be coming back should I need any services like that.

Let me start by saying, I went to another Doctor before here to get lip filler, ughhhhhhh, I did not see a difference. I got to Suncoast and waited for maybe two minutes in the waiting room. Got back in the room and met Marcy who listened to me and told me exactly what I need to achieve my goals. She knew exactly what I wanted and did it, unlike the other doctor in Hudson (starting with E, loved him for breast augmentation so I am trying not to throw him under the bus but, he did not care that I was unhappy with my results).

She started injecting and I got super hot and started feeling like I was going to pass out. Then, Holly to the rescue she got me an ice pack and then went and got me a fan! I was good after that, she got to finish. My lips look great but the care I was given will have me forever a customer! Thank you so much Marcy and Holly!

They were so great there and took awesome care of me. I feel like they really care and are working hard with my insurance and the drug company to get me specialty medicine I need. Specifically Brian Bonomo. He was very adamant that I receive the proper care immediately and got me lots of samples to get started on my biologic while they get things sorted with my insurance. I can't recommend him enough.
