We were able to get an appointment on short notice. We saw the doctor and he was thorough, listened to our ailments, then did a couple of tests and prescribed meds. Your office is clean and orderly. Our visit went very well. We have been patients for about 17 years and would recommend this practice.

Everything was nice until I received a $120 surprise bill after the first visit. I went to get a medication that was prescribed to me in the past many times, as well as for other health issues. I was asked to leave the urine sample which I assumed was a standard procedure for the regular testing, covered by my insurance. And two weeks later I receive a $120 bill for the DRUG TEST, not covered by my insurance! What?

I called the insurance and thought they made a mistake. I was never involved with any drugs and wasn't told about the drug test at my visit. In the second visit the doc explained me that they had to take a drug test to prescribe me a most common sleep medication. Why did they never tell me? It was prescribed to me at least 5 times in the past and I never had to do a drug test for it. Fishy.

I'm unemployed and cannot afford to pay this bill. I also found out that the medication was half the dose I used in the past, so basically I paid $120 plus copay for 15 pills that I could live without. I don't need the sleep medication for $120+ when I can barely afford to buy food! Very upset about this dishonest treatment.

Dr. St. Martin is a very knowledgeable and personable physician. He listens and if he doesn't have an answer immediately he does his research to find the answer. His staff is very courteous and cheerfully to take care of you. The entire staff of physicians are very understanding and courteous. I recommend this office to anyone, young and old.

This doctor has done more for my husband and helping him to really address his issues in 2 visits than his last doctor did in 2 years. This place has been amazing to him. They really seem to care and they are very attentive to his needs. Seems like a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. Very impressed with the staff as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

Dr. St Martin is an excellent doctor and Allison is very good. They both have pleasing personalities. When I first moved here, I became quite ill and Dr. St Martin was instrumental in getting me better.

Arrived for 2 pediatric appointments. All staff were kind and we didn't feel rushed through. I opted out of the recommended vaccines and wasn't pressured or judged for opting out. Lots of paperwork and online questionnaires - this process could be streamlined more.

Unfortunately I always have to wait and extended amount of time for office visits or televisits. This last one was a televisit and went past my appointment time over an hour waiting. I know that there are staffing issues and shortages in every business but this has been ongoing since starting at office 5 years ago. This isn't just shortage this is flat out office management issues in overbooking. Patients should not have to wait consistently over an hour for their appointments.

I initially chose this facility based on their reviews. We experienced complete unprofessional behavior. Our first appointment for our children to establish care took almost two hours. It took over a month for this appointment and I had to come in person to fill out paperwork prior to the appointment. We had to fill out paperwork online and again when we got there.

This appointment cost us $500 with insurance. The receptionists showed their displeasure with having to deal with us. Getting a note for school was an ordeal that took another 45 minutes. We had to come back monthly for our daughters medication and she had to be drug tested per their requirement. I had to sign a form saying she needed to be drug tested every 3 months by law but the doctor stated it was actually monthly.

They submitted our prescription to the wrong pharmacy so I spent 45 minutes on hold trying to rectify that error. This appointment cost us another $200 plus the $120 for the lab. We have since switched to another pediatrician. I tried to establish care with the general physician for myself, and it cost me $200 plus the insurance company and I were charged for a false EKG that was never performed.

The receptionist asked me my personal medical history in front of God and everyone else in the lobby. I sat in a room for two hours waiting for that doctor to show. I can't get over the unprofessional behavior of this practice. I would go elsewhere. This has to be better doctors that actually care about patients and their care and not just $$$$. This group only cares about $$$$ and it's clear by the amount of fake charges and how often they try to get you in when it's unnecessary. Healthy people don't need doctors appointments for fake things.

My husband's first appointment was extremely complete. Dr. St. Martin went over his history and his current health and made suggestions that we understood and will follow up on. The doctor was very caring, personable, and we feel like we've made a great choice for primary care.

My 18 yr old needed to have an in grown toe nail removed! Appointment can be made on line or by phone, I prefer phone. Took an hour to see the doctor but once he can in the whole procedure took 20 mins after the numbing of course! He was funny kind and made sure no pain was given during the procedure. I am grateful for them since they have been our pediatrician for almost 12 yrs.

Pediatric Review: Everyone is always so friendly. Dr. Shammas or Annalisia are my recommendations! The problem is that they are short staffed and being spread SUPER thin. Wait times are pretty long but the quality of care is great from the ladies listed above. The office staff is phenomenal! Always friendly and accommodating. My son loves seeing Dr. Shammas. Very personable and knowledgeable!

We've been going here for the last three years since we moved back to FL. I was so excited when I found Gliset after so many bad experiences with pediatricians for my son! She was like a breath of fresh air! Fast forward three years and my daughter was born and I got scheduled ASAP with her as soon as I could get in to see Gliset. Well, now my baby girl is 9m old and my son 10 and I was SO looking forward to seeing her at their checkup the beginning of this month - to only find out she isn't there anymore!

I know it's for good things but MAN. I'm gonna miss seeing her and her fun personality and our chats. We ended up seeing Hollie and she was also amazing. (Holly the PA is also AMAZING). Five stars - all day for service and compassion and warmth for these ladies. My only complaint, is the wait time of trying to get through to someone at the office via phone call. Not just this year bc of Covid, but just in general. Otherwise - great!

I got great service and on time, didn't even have to wait! That was very impressive and never ever has that happened anywhere I've ever been! Everyone kind, helpful, courteous and professional! Love them so far! And the place was packed with customers and still got me in at my appointment time, no waiting! No waiting in room either, they were absolutely awsome! I highly recommend them, plus I got everything I needed! They waste no time!

We've been patients here for almost ten years. I couldn't be more satisfied or impressed by there professionalism and care. I love my son has had the same group of qualified care givers from birth. An amazing group of brilliant and authentic healthcare professionals.

We just started attending this pediatrician for our newborn baby. Dr. St Martin is awesome and really helps to keep us at ease with our baby. We've been treated awesome at this place. Sometime it's super busy but we still get great service.

If you're looking for a pediatrician you can trust and is compassionate, Hollie Saylor PA is the the one to see! We've been seeing her for awhile and we love her. The medical staff here are excellent and informative. Dr. Hollie is sweet, welcoming, professional, understanding and loves to educate. I trust her judgment and my daughter is always comfortable around her. She's perfect for young kiddos and is easy to talk with. Best pediatrician I've ever met.

Dr. Jacob's was wonderful. My daughter had an appointment with him and he was so pleasant from the start. He spoke to her directly and asked her questions so she could respond. He explained the importance of treatment and prescriptions. He was on top of what she needed and transferred the info to the correct people for additional support. The only thing that could be approved upon would be the checkout process.

At checkout, the lady asked to schedule follow up and for my copay and then tried dismissing us for day. I was still waiting on prescriptions and referral information. It could've been just an over site on her part but if I didn't ask I wouldn't have gotten the information I needed. Overall the office is pleasant

I had a great experience! My nurse Holly was so welcoming. She immediately putt me at ease and was so thorough. I really liked Dr. Jacobs. This was my first visit there since I recently moved to the area. I would highly recommend them.

I visited PedIM for the first time yesterday to establish being a new patient and although they were running a little behind, the nurse Holly, the NP Allie, and Dr. St Martin were all wonderful. Very kind, very attentive, and very professional. They were truly concerned for my medical history and well-being at present and took the time to discuss several issues that I have going on at present.

The office was very clean. I do think the receptionists could make more of an effort to say hello and welcome and engage with those coming in and put a smile on their faces, but overall everyone was very pleasant and I was very pleased and will definitely be returning. Other doctor offices wanted me to wait three months to get in as a new patient and they took me in within a week and a half so I am very thankful. Thank you PedIM! You are amazing!

I am so glad I switched my PCP to Dr. St. Martin and have Allie as my PA. She is kind and patient and truly cares as is Dr. St. Martin. I have never had a doctor call me at 7 pm on a Thursday to give me test results so I did not need to worry over the weekend. My husband sees Sarah has his PA and she is every bit as great. I have never seen a clinic with as many caring staff as here. I recommend them to everyone.

Introductory visit only, so no actual exam. Staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Didn't get to meet Dr. St. Martin due to a medical emergency with another patient, but the PA ( Sarah Joress I believe) and her assistant spent a lot of time with me discussing my medical history and a current problem I'm experiencing with my lower lumbar.

I made this appointment after a good friend recommended both the doctor and PA to me when I told him I was in the market for a new GP after my family doctor of over 30 years retired. Based on how impressed I was during this intro office visit, Dr. St. Martin will be my new family doctor and Sarah will hopefully be my PA.

I have been with this office since it was a small business. Though they have grown they are still sweet, attentive, informed, patient and accurate. They even caught my cancer when other doctors ignored my blood work. This is an amazing office all around!

Too much waIting. Waiting 10 min each time I call to be connected to "an available agent". Waiting at least an hour to be seen. Waiting forever for a call back. and I mean forever cause no one actually calls back. I don't feel they really care about my child. the place is not hopeless, but they need to make some changes.
