I had an amazing experience with all of the staff, super friendly and very helpful for any needs you may have. However, I am sad to say that my skin issues got significantly worse after seeking out treatment, I did 3 of the PCA chemical peels and developed more breakouts in areas I've never had issues with. Granted, my after care was irresponsible.

I wasn't properly educated on what to do and not do. I really wish I looked more into tips/do's and don'ts for after care and advice to avoid any more damage. I would heavily encourage people to do more research on treatments/proper after care before scheduling anything! Friendliest staff I've seen, just be cautious/educated moving forward with any treatments you choose.

Stephanie is amazing! I have never gotten any kind of facial treatment before, so I had no idea what I was doing : I told her my goals and she talked me through the various treatments. I didn't want to do any more than was necessary, and I also wanted to understand the purpose of each treatment. She was very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything clearly.

Then I was able to make an informed decision that I could feel good about. FYI, I chose to do one photo facial, then 3 chemical peels, and now I will go back for one more photo facial. I have been to other places and they have more of a one-size-fits-all approach. This was much more customized. I believe they are able to customize it more because they have a lot more options, like high-quality lasers for photo facials, etc. I would highly recommend this place!

The staff is always so kind and receptive to my needs. Also I was really inspired to have a much needed procedure which turned out fantastic. It has changed my perspective on taking care of "yourself " I love Xage Medical Spa! Thank you

I always have a fabulous facial waxing experience with Stephanie. My skin is very sensitive, and I feel confident she will treat it with a great deal of care. She is knowledgeable and discusses new treatments. I am so happy I found Xage!

I like the vibe in this office. They are friendly and helpful. You can tell the employees like each other. They are competent. They actually try all the treatments out themselves so have actual experience, ideas, and hints. I love Steffanie. She has a great deal of experience. Dr. Porter matches my style of conservative treatments so you leave looking natural. Overall, I'd recommend this office and staff to anyone

Update: I'm increasing the number of stars because the business responded to my review very quickly and stated they would improve that. I appreciate businesses with great customer service. I appreciate their willingness to make me feel comfortable in their store. I came to purchase some supplements yesterday, and was disappointed to see that the employee checking me out was not wearing a mask despite there still being a state wide mask mandate for counties in high transmission index. Especially at a health related business.

This office and staff is great. They have a deep inventory of skin care products along with the services they offer. I have had a few routine treatments and I know they are knowledgeable in their skills. I strongly recommend this business.

I have been coming here for 3 years for different procedures. I have been happy with everything I have gotten done here. Chemical peels, microderm abrasion, waxing, ultherapy I love all of the staff they are so helpful and kind. I have brought my son here and daughter. I definitely would recommend coming to Xage.

Robbie is very compassionate who cares about your needs. Her staff are good and knowledgeable also. I have had several treatments from Xage which have been extremely helpful. I recommend Xage to anyone with health needs or those who want to keep that youthful glow.

A group of us were in an assignment for our school to go and check out some medical spas and check out prices and tour, we walked in and the receptionist lady was super unpleasant, made us feel stupid for even being there without an appointment. It was pretty awkward.

The staff at Xage medical are fantastic. I have had a lot of facials done, but this spa is the most thorough and professional. Before each treatment, they explain what they are going to do and also tailor the experience to your personal needs. They are very friendly and greet you each time in a sincere manner. I also appreciate the reminders and follow up phone calls. I highly recommend their services.you won't be disappointed!
