I was treated quickly with very little wait. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The exam went quickly but not rushed. I was very happy with my treatment and will be a return client.

The staff are all friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Bateson spent time and answered all of my questions. The OCT testing adds a nice eye wellness feature that helps in detecting potential future problems and is certainly worth the nominal added fee. I was 100% satisfied with my total experience and would recommend this clinic enthusiastically.

Every one was very polite and business like but also very friendly! I had heard nothing but good things about the clinic. I was not disappointed! I would recommend them to anyone!

I have had 2 contacts appointments with this office. First one was a month ago and they had to reschedule due to something with the doctor. That was fine I said ok well let's reschedule. I rescheduled for this upcoming Monday 12/6/21 for 11:00 AM only for them to call my phone multiples times and say they need to reschedule AGAIN! Mind you we are at the end of the year so insurance is a factor.

She says I can schedule for 2:30 PM but can't keep my 11:00 AM appointment because a lack of time. I would think you would have more time starting my appointment at 11? After waiting months and having multiple appointments rescheduled for bunk reasons I now need to scramble to get contacts before the year is up. Horrible service and will not be back.

Called with severe migraines, the doctor is always made an effort to go out of her way to help me even coming in on the Saturday one time, the new girl answering the phones was very impersonal, very cold, didn't wanna work with me at all. now I've had migraines for over a week with a different eye company still waiting on contacts, I bet that front desk girl slept every night perfectly with no headaches very selfish lady needs to go work at Walmart or something, a very sad thing I lost a great doctor because of her

I was absolutely pleased with my experience here. They worked with me on everything I had needed and they were time efficient as well! Staff was very nice and there wasn't any waiting too long or miscommunications. Thanks to Ozark Eye Clinic my baby got the cutest pair of glasses. Thank you to all who were patient with us!

I had a fantastic experience at Ozark Eye Clinic with Dr. Batson. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job of making sure that I had my mask and everything was incredibly clean. It was a top notch experience and I will recommend them to my friends and family!

I would give no stars if that was a choice. When we have appointments we put them in the calendar as they are made. When we arrived we were told the appointment was earlier than what we had down. When we asked about rescheduling they said that wasn't possible! So I guess you don't want our business! I know we had the right time down because of how we handle our schedule. Their staff must have put it in wrong and then we were basically BLOWN OFF!

This is the best eye clinic ever! I've been going here for many years and every single visit has been a good experience. They have a great selection of frames and take time to help you find the perfect ones. They are taking extra precautions for safety. The doctor and her team are amazing, check it out!

Will never go back dr td me that if i walked out her office right now tripped and had a stick jabb my left eye that id still b fine to see for the rest of my life with my right eye but when she took pics of my eye got worried come to find out that my right eye is going out and she shouldn't have told me that

I won't go back due to poor customer service and being overpriced in comparison to others. I've used this clinic 2-3 times. Over the phone and in person, staff were not friendly and not helpful. My son needs an eye exam and it was an easy decision to not use this clinic. There are better options out there.

Disappointed with the extra charges that they don't tell you about until checking out. Charges that are not charged towards insurance which in my opinion means they are just after money and not quality service. The staff was not friendly but I would not call them rude. Dr. Batson was nice during my checkup but my husband had a different experience with her during his checkup. Said she was snippy with him. When I called to resolve some issues, I didn't get anywhere. And they discuss your bill in front of the entire waiting room which I find awkward.

The entire staff is wonderful! My whole family uses Ozark Eye Clinic and I could not imagine using a different location. Very comfortable environment, even for young children!

I was so impressed with Dr. Batson and her staff! I called last minute to try and get in, and they worked with my scheduled and my appointment was on time. The work up and exam were quick but very through, and check out and getting my insurance was a breeze. I highly recommend visiting them! I got contacts but checked out the frame room before my appointment (I was early), and they had a ton of super nice, unique and well priced frames.
