MRI Of Springfield

This place is amazing. I had an MRI done yesterday and originally I wanted to do it in the open MRI but due to my hearing implant I was unable to use the open MRI so I was scheduled for the regular one. I have extremely bad claustrophobia and when I first went into the two by started to have a panic attack even though I had taken medication to help.

I was ready to give up but they hope me through it talking me through the whole thing and I was able to get the procedure done. There aren't enough words to display my gratitude to these two individuals I cannot remember their names I'm pretty sure the females name was Jennifer.

MRI of Springfield has some of the most competitive imaging prices and the most helpful, friendly staff I have ever worked with. Ruby and Cory go above and beyond to help me get my patients scheduled in a timely manner and make the referral process as pain free as possible. Patients always come back with reports of having a good experience with kind and respectful staff. We highly recommend them and will ourselves continue to partner with them for our imaging needs.

Family member needed to get in quickly for an MRI. MRI of Springfield was efficient in getting it scheduled for the next day. Ruby was especially helpful. Prices were much lower than that the hospitals. Professional staff, clean facilities, test performed efficiently and sent home with the film on a CD the same day.

The staff at MRI of Springfield were professional and couteous. They got me right in and walked me through the process. Definitely recommend to anyone needing imaging.

They have been so nice and very helpful for me! I struggled with issues related to my Dr (not with their office) and the girls up there were so helpful in ensuring I was receiving the proper treatment and all the documentation I needed!

Everyone was super friendly to my 9 year old who has high anxiety. The lady explained the process and would buzz in counting the number of noises so he knew after 8 he was done.

Everyone that works here is absolutely amazing! I've been coming here for years and always have the best experience. They always get me right in quickly and am treated with respect and kindness. I had a great experience with this company. I needed a CT scan. They were able to do it at 25% of what it would cost at Cox. Since I had not met my insurance deductible those savings came straight out of pocket. Plus, since my Doctor ordered the test STAT they got me in within 2 hours of receiving his orders and he had the results just a few hours after that. I was in and out of their office in 30 minutes. Nothing like dealing with the hospital systems. I will definitely use them again if needed.

For the last several months, I have been referring most of my patients to MRI of Springfield for MRI, CT, and Ultrasound studies. They are always very helpful and courteous, take good care of my patients, and provide accurate results in a prompt manner. I highly recommend. Michael Kaler, MD

I have had imaging done at your office a couple of times. I found the pricing to be reasonable, less than half the cost the hospital would have charged. Your staff was awesome to work with. I would like to know if there are other services you offer besides X-ray and MRI, if so please list them on your website so that people will know what's available.

I'm happy I avoided meeting the office worker that is spoke about on these reviews. I am glad she no longer works in your office. All of the people I dealt with were awesome. Thank you and keep up the good work.
