Everyone is so friendly and nice here and always made sure I was well taken care of after surgery if I had any complications. I am so much happier now that I have had my rhinoplasty. I wanted to keep it as natural as possible and Dr. Kienstra made that possible! Couldn't be happier! I got the results I was looking for, for sure! l will be recommending this place to anyone I know looking for a cosmetic surgery wanting to keep that natural look!

At age 36, I had to undergo a pretty intense forehead flap procedure to reconstruct my nose/face after a large amount of skin cancer was removed. Without a doubt, I received the absolute best possible care from Dr. Kienstra and his staff. From the first appointment, I was treated so kindly, and each person thoroughly explained every process, treatment, and question.

It was so scary at first when I found out the surgery I needed, and I looked pretty rough for several months (which I knew was coming because everything was explained up front), but now 1.5 years later, it's astounding how well my face has healed. I'm forever grateful to the incredible people in this office for their care.

I'm giving 3 stars because of the fact Dr kienstra is very kind and I know he tries to make his patients happy and feel good.however I got into a car wreck in 2011 and he did plastic surgery on my face. months later I had to get a skin graft done because my eyelid wouldn't close. 5 years later did another skin graft cus my eyelid wouldn't close and now I look worse than I did before and my eye won't close all the way or open all the way and I have to have another one done. maybe I'm asking for too much, just to look normal. on top of that every time I go to an appointment I have to wait for soooo long but I will say the staff are very kind.

From the first contact with Dr. Kienstras office I was impressed. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and more importantly it felt genuine. Dr Kienstra was everything you hope for in a physician.kind, easy going, a lovely sense of fun. and with his exam and explanations it is apparent he is extremely knowledgeable and I left with complete confidence in Dr. Kienstra and his staff to do this very personal surgery.

The day of surgery and every follow up visit assured me that I had made the right and best choice. My results are amazing! my only regret is I didn't have it done sooner! If you are considering any of this type work rest assured you will not regret choosing Dr Kienstra and his wonderful staff to help you make your hopes and changes come true!

I can't say enough good things about Dr Kienstra and his staff. Pleasant, friendly, they listen to your concerns and answer any questions you have. Also, follow up has been very thorough as well. Would recommend to anyone.

When I came in I had no idea what to expect. The staff made me completely comfortable. Dr LaFerriere showed genuine concern for my reasons for wanting to make changes and offered great insight on how to get the results I wanted. I looked tired on the outside but felt vibrant on the inside. I just wanted to look in the mirror and see the person I felt like.

And I wanted it to look completely natural. I love looking in the mirror now. I got that and so much more. What I did not expect was the way others react to me now. Opportunities have opened up for me professionally and personally because I am much more approachable and I have the confidence to really put myself out there. It has truly changed my life.

Dr. LeFerriere and staff are true professionals. His expertise in his field is proven when his work is complete. Lots of wonderful compliments after my procedure. The best compliment came from my sister who said, 'He really did a GREAT job!' The proof is in the pudding!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. LaFerriere! He always acted in a caring and professional manner. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I think he is one of the best doctors I have ever had contact with and I would recommend him to everyone.

My experience with Dr. LaFerriere has been extremely positive. From day one, he has answered all of my questions and has listened and responded to my concerns. The staff has been great to work with. A couple of times I called outside of regular office hours, and my calls were returned promptly and my concerns were addressed immediately. I am 65, and I am so happy with my 'new' face! My only regret is that I did not do this sooner.
