Sunshine Eye Clinic - Bary M Brown OD

This is the second year we have used Sunshine Eye Clinic for our eye care needs, and we couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and competent, the doctor (Dr. Carrel) listened and was informative and caring. Lillian and the two gentlemen who helped us select frames could not have been more patient or helpful as I tried on dozens of options. Sunshine has the best selection of frames, both designer and more modest price ranges!

Last year I scratched my lenses and there was no question about them being replaced easily and promptly. For FULL eye care from start to finish, I highly recommend Sunshine Eye Clinic!

My optometrist retired, and I chose Sunshine Eye Clinic b/c of the high rating. They exceeded any expectations I had. Angie was extremely competent and very understanding and personable. Dr Carroll was very thorough and addressed my questions to a very understandable level. I am extremely pleased.

Absolutely top notch facility and staff. Everyone was polite, and knowledgeable, the entire visit was smooth and the 1 hour and a half i was there flew by. And to be honest the technology they use to take pictures of your eye is fascinating. They sent everything to my doctor at mercy also. The entire experience was perfect and zero hassles. I look forward to going back!

I always get great care there. dr. Carroll it was always very thorough and answers all my questions. Young lady that helped with my glasses you need to give her a raise. Is the best glass selecting so I've had for several years. She listened to my ideas and a great suggestions. Love the new building

Dr. Keeling is wonderful. He is very nice and informative. Lillian was amazing. She is super helpful and very patient with picking out frames. Highly recommend those two if you go here. (I would give these two a 5 star rating). I gave a 2 star overall rating simply because the lady that checked us in was really rude. Not professional at all. Being the face of the business should come with a polite greeting and a smile at a minimum.

The attitude we got from her was not a good start to our visit. Did not care to get her name but she is the older blonde with glasses. After interaction with her we considered not even going through with our visit and just finding a new eye doctor. Also, the lady at check out seemed a bit irritated. I'm not sure if it was because I got called back late and so we were there after closing, but when you're asking someone for over $600 after insurance, you should probably be in a better mood.

I think her name was Jen or Gina (Brunette with glasses), not the nicest person either. However, I'm glad we stayed because every interaction between that was great. These two ladies I mentioned just need to remember that it is about patient care and good customer service. Hoping my next visit will improve my rating.

The entire staff was very courteous and informative. Doctor Brown was very thorough in his evaluation as usual and welcomed questions after his exam. He gave my grandson 2 options for remediation of his vision. We've gone to doctor Brown for 40 years and have never had a complaint.

Everyone at Sunshine Eye Clinic is phenomenal to work with. This was my first visit and I was treated like they had known me for years. I will definitely go back! Dr. Bochen was super and Sierra was beyond helpful.

I have been getting my eye exams here for many years! A Fantastic visit. Dr. Brown was incredibly thorough as usual, thx! Everyone is all so helpful and kind. SiSi (Sierra) is such a sweet, kind, and professional person. I found a kindred heart. I love dog lovers. Congrats on your precious new fur baby, Millie. And thank you for getting us all fixed up with new peepers. Oh, and the new remodel and updates are amazing!

The staff is amazing and today was one of the best experiences I have had and we have used them for years. Dr. Brown and his staff listened to my concerns and needs and custom made my prescription. I can't wait to get my new glasses and sunglasses!

This was my first visit to this clinic. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I was kept informed of what was going on through the entire process. The clinic was super clean and they had a great selection of frames. There was no pressure to purchase new frames there, but I chose to do so because the prices were reasonable and the staff was very helpful. I was not rushed even though it was almost their closing time. It was a far better experience than I have received at other clinics in town.
