I believe in attending to children and their families with the utmost respect and compassion. As a physician, the greatest gift I can receive is the trust of my patients. More than just the affirmation of my training and experience, I believe this trust is the cornerstone of the patient-physician relationship, which I consider integral to the best practice of medicine.
I want my patients to feel better when they leave the office whether they are better or simply are less anxious knowing that we have a plan that we have agreed upon to move them one step closer to health. I realize that there are some patients/parents who will have a clear idea of what they 'need' before they come to the office.
I feel that one of the main roles I play as a pediatrician is to educate children and their parents on how to stay healthy and to help them set the stage for maintaining life-long healthy behaviors. I enjoy forming a partnership with parents and fostering their ability to make decisions about their child's healthcare together.

I love this practice. Throughout a pandemic, I have always been able to get a same day sick appointment for my kids. All of the staff clearly love kids and I love that they always speak directly to the child. The nurses and support staff are all friendly and professional and patient. Every single doctor and NP has spent time explaining things to me, answering questions, and listening to concerns.

After today I will be switching practices and making sure to tell EVERYONE with children to avoid this place at all cost. The first issue I had with this practice happened about a year ago. When my daughter went in for her three year annual check-up, I was extremely confused that I had to fill out more paper work since my daughter had been at that practice since she was twelve months old. Turns out most of the paperwork was asking about her gender and pronouns.
As I said at the time my daughter was only THREE years old. I complied and then when the doctor came in they continued to ask my three year old if she was a boy or a girl and continued to question her about this topic. This is not something that a doctor needs to be asking a three year old, and I politely asked them to stop. My daughter is way too young to be asking about her gender identity, that would only be appropriate if it was a concern or question.
Today was the first day I went back to the practice, and the last time I will ever return. My daughter was running a fever of 102 degrees, so I made an appointment and specifically stated that I DID NOT want my daughter tested for COVID. I knew my daughters symptoms were not COVID symptoms, and was not going to put her through that just for them to get a negative result.
To add to that no one else in my household was showing any symptoms of COVID, and at least 5 adults would have been considered close contacts to my daughter. After realizing that my daughters temperature had kicked up to 104 my Grandmother immediately took her in, and I called to let them know my daughter was on the way with my grandmother. They asked me if it was okay for Grandma to take her back to the room, but they never asked if my Grandma had permission to allow them to test, treat, or administer medicine.
When I get there I could see that my daughter had been crying and was given a popsicle. My Grandmother informed me that they had to bring in multiple adults to hold my daughter down while they administered a COVID test that I had previously told them I did not give them permission to test my child for. When I found this out I was furious. Not one "Medical Professional" there could give me a valid reason as to why they would do that after I specifically stated not to.
They were more concerned with why I was raising my voice and "bothering other patients" then the genuine concern of why they would disregard a parent so blatantly. Doctors, Nurses, and office staff were extremely rude and condescending. At one point they told me they understood why I was upset, but they did not understand my "inappropriate way of communication" in regards to me being upset and raising my voice.
Well Dr. Alfaysale, my response was a result of YOUR inappropriate actions. I am so glad I wasted my time for them to traumatize my daughter with a COVID test that was NEGATIVE as I said it would be. They sent us home with my daughter still having a temperature of 104 and told me to just continue to give her medicine. All they did was traumatize my daughter into never trusting another doctor and waste our time. Do not ever take your children here and if you do avoid this doctor at all cost.

This is the worst doctors office! Its a shame because they have good doctors. The office manager is completely uncapable of running a doctors office. They barely answer the phone and when they do they are incredibly rude. They mis-read the charts- they constantly mix up vaccine and appointments. I have been in the office waiting on doctor- after checking in and they will call my phone stating- I missed my appointment-when im actually in the office.
Another occasion they called me to set up an appointment-when I showed up for my appointment after waiting over an hour in parking lot they stated it was too early for my daughters vaccine. Another example of mal practice was when they MA had to measure my baby 5 plus times because she didn't know what she was doing. If you value your child healthcare, I strongly encourage you to choice a different pedestrian-because this office is completely incapable of providing adequate care.

I hated this place. I have a two month old. I called them with a concern. They told me to make an appointment first. Due to Coronavirus they don't give advises anymore. Seriously. Basically they don't want to give you a free advice. You pay them to make an appointment and wait for that appointment to come. They don't even ask you questions about your concern and all they say is it's a policy.
How is this even a humane thing to do. Especially when their patients are tiny human/ newborns. As a first mom I am concerned with any changes/ and I don't want Google. But they left me with so much pain/no help and I was stress dealing with my poor baby. If you love your child and want to reach for doctors help any time, then please don't go here for their checkup. Find your self a small place with few doctors and caring nurses.

Lacks communication Rude staff Staff lie/ over exaggerate No one knows what going on with billing Nurses are nice Office manager lacks organization and communication Can't get appointment on time Cancels appointments left and right Doctors are rude and passive aggressive and judgmental Doesnt get back to you in a timely manner when child has a fever. Pt of the practice for 14 years and have dealt and seen to much All they care about is money they don't even try to hide it and pretend to care. Longer more detailed review is coming and being drafted.
By the way this is an established practice anyone wondering what happened to other previous bad reviews? And why is it that the people that are working there or giving it five stars only on google?
