Our mission is to provide high quality medical care for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of colorectal cancer and other intestinal and anorectal disorders. We are committed to employing the latest in technology and clinical expertise delivered in a courteous and compassionate manner. Our state-of-the-art endoscopy suite is part of our mission to provide cost-contained, patient-friendly care in a comfortable and safe environment. CRS treats a variety of conditions and services including colonoscopy screenings, hemorrhoids, anal and bowel incontinence, irritable bowel syndrome, cancers and more. We stay on the forefront of medical technology and continually pioneer new treatments in the field to provide the highest quality care for all patients.
Each of our three office locations that are open daily, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with the exception of holidays. All offices offer free parking and handicap accessibility. If an urgent situation arises after hours please call our answering service at (804) 288-7077. One of our physicians is on call 24 hours a day and will return your call promptly.
Every physician at CRS is certified by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery and Fellows of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and many are Fellows of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons (FASCRS). All are committed to providing to all patients the special care and education needed for the treatment of colon and rectal problems.

I had an appointment here to have an issue that has had me in pain for weeks, only to wake up the morning of the appointment to find out they canceled my appointment and the best they could do was reschedule 3 weeks later. I get it some things are outside the realm of control and I'm sure the quality of care here is good but I refuse to financially support a practice that has zero respect for their patients.

My wife went to her PCP for an issue on 4/7/22 and was immediately referred to Dr. Miller for "emergency" treatment. Went to Dr Miller's office the next morning, 4/8/22, and he determined it was more serious than what he could handle in his office and told my wife he would schedule surgery at the hospital asap. As of today, 4/12/22, have not heard from Dr. Miller or his staff and have not received a response to either of the 2 messages left. My wife has gone back to her PCP for a referral to another doctor. Gave Dr Miller 1 star because at least he did fit her in for the appointment the next morning.

Dr. Gentry and his staff are true professionals. It was refreshing to have a doctor spend time listening, educating me and sharing options. This was truly the best doctor's appointment Ive had in a while. I highly recommend Dr. Gentry to anyone who cares about quality health care and great bedside manner.

The team work was amazing. The health care workers and the medical staff are top notch professionals who take care of every step in the process with utmost care. The facilities are well maintained and constant care given to each patient with personal touch from everyone. The lady at the front desk has an awesome personality. She makes you feel comfortable. I see Dr. Gentry and he is awesome. I get so embarrassed when talking about my colon and my issues but he makes me feel so comfortable talking that I feel I can tell him anything. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had an unexpected trip to the ER just before Christmas followed by 2 surgeries. Dr. Corey is an excellent surgeon. He is very professional, kind, patient, and never made me feel pressured. His staff, also, are courteous, upbeat, and professional and helped me through a very difficult time. I always felt I was being cared for by knowledgeable people and would get through this ok. I am very grateful for all that Dr. Corey and his staff did.
