Macoupin Family Practice Centers, LLP is a community-based private practice group that provides primary care services for patients of all ages. Family medicine is the medical specialty that provides continuing and comprehensive health care for the individual and the family. Although family doctors have cared for the family for a long time, family medicine first made a specialty in 1969. Family Practitioners have studied pediatrics, surgery, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry, and community medicine.
