Bone & Joint has provided me with 100% excellent medical treatment and care, since 2016. Dr David Jones has been straight forward on answering my questions. He and his staff and the Duke Raleigh Hospital staff performed the very best surgeries, recovery & follow-up allowing me to heal & get back to normal quickly. I highly recommend Dr Jones, Bone & Joint and Duke Raleigh. Excellent medical treatment and excellent customer service! I rate them THE BEST!

I have been going to this location on Wake Forest Rd for many many years. My doctor actually retired at the end of 2021 and I was a little worried. However Dr. Crowther has been great! He understands my knee problems and has helped me so much. I'm struggling with having surgery and he's been so understanding. I always feel better when I leave. I recommend him and his staff and assistants very highly. Thank you for relieving my pain!

Amazing the difference between New York in North Carolina with regards to doctor and staff. Office staff is always polite and respectful and Dr. Nelson is very nice and tells you the whole story before anything happens. Dr. Nelson is also a very informative doctor and very down to earth. Made me feel very comfortable before my surgery. Feeling great after surgery too

My husband recently had shoulder surgery here. The staff are friendly and fast to check you in. The nurses were friendly but very professional at the same time. Dr. Johnny Nelson was his surgeon. He was great! Did a very good job of explaining everything that was going on and never seemed in a hurry. Always answered questions. Excellent surgeon, all around good guy! I would recommend The Bone and Joint Surgery Clinic to friends.

Doctor D. Jones is very compassionate and thoughtful. He is a knowledgeable and friendly professional. Along with his intelligence, he distributes a strong sense of concern for his patients. The treatment he delivers is nothing short of admirable! And I am very grateful for his services!

In January after many recommendations and personal research I decided to entrust my knee problem to Dr. Burroughs. The staff both out front and behind the scenes are kind, caring and professional. I rate Dr. Burroughs at the top of his profession. First and foremost he listened to me and then scheduled the needed tests to confirm his diagnosis. Dr Burroughs clearly discussed my options and outcomes.

In less than a month after my first visit, my meniscus surgery was complete and I was back on the road again. Thank you Dr. B and all the wonderful staff at the Bone and Joint Surgery Clinic.

I was very pleased with my experience at the Bone and Joint Surgery Clinic. I have bad arthritis and needed to have my left hip replaced. I saw Dr. David Jones, who uses the anterior approach for most hip replacements. This was preferable because muscles don't have to be cut, and recovery time is shorter. Dr. Jones took X-rays and answered all of my questions.

Surgery was then scheduled a few months out. Since the hospital was no longer offering a class to prepare patients for joint replacement, the clinic sent me several videos to watch. I had another appointment the week before surgery with Dr. Jones, who explained that, given the pandemic, the surgery would be done at the hospital, but I would be sent home the same day, unless complications arose. Sounded scary, but turned out to be wonderful.

Surgery started at 8 am; I left the hospital at 3 pm. My recovery has gone smoothly. I just had my three week follow-up. Dr. Jones was pleased (as am I) that the incision is healing nicely, and that I am getting around quite well. Dr. Jones insured that I had at-home physical therapy the first three weeks, but now I am switching to PT away from home because I am so able to do that. The staff I dealt with at the clinic were all helpful and organized. So glad I got this done.

Dr. Cary Idler and the staff at Bone and Join Surgery Clinic are top notch. I was referred to Dr Idler by a past patient, and he performed minimally invasive lumbar fusion surgery on me in Dev 2021. Prior to this I suffered for years with debilitating sciatic and back pain. I am in a much better place now and healing nicely. I appreciate how efficient everyone is, they do not waste your time.

Not sure how they manage to keep you well informed, and out the door with little delay. I will continue to see this team in the future for any other orthopedic needs I may have.

Dr Burroughs answered all my questions prior to my total knee replacement. His office is VERY organized in providing every detail needed preoperatively including giving me a detailed list of all equipment I would need after surgery to best heal at home. It made me feel very comfortable that they had thought of everything. The surgery went very well and the surgery center was awesome. I can't say enough good things about how I was treated at this office.

The level of care that I received at this office, and with Dr. Idler, is almost unheard of anymore. My appointments were prompt, the entire staff and nurses were very polite and I finally got answers to issues I'd been having for years. My surgery went extremely well, as did recovery. I've read about many others who didn't have that same result, so I'm grateful for the referral my friend gave me to them.
