I would like to say how grateful I am to Dr. Pechter for the care that she has given me over the past 4 years. She takes the time to review my lab work with me. I appreciate that she is proactive and advises me wisely concerning my health. I finally feel like a person who is valued and not tossed aside because I am on Medicare. She takes the time to explain things to me and goes above and beyond what is required for a regular health exam. Dr. Pechter is an excellent physician, and I am so thankful that she is my doctor.

Dr. Pechter and Brittany West are absolutely amazing. I haven't been to a doctor's office where I have received the level of care that they give. They truly take the time to listen and understand where you are coming from with any symptoms you are having rather than rushing you out of the room. It is very appreciated and I would recommend them both to anyone.

The receptionists are all so friendly and helpful. The facility overall is 10/10, really love the staff here! I am moving out of the area and will make the drive to them when necessary. Truly the best staff I've ever encountered.

I have seen both Dr. Siddiqui and Leanne Minnick and they have been truly exceptional in their care, even advocating for me when I received some less-than-stellar care from a specialist. I've had a good experience with their staff, and things seem to run smoothly there. I would definitely recommend them.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Jacobs and Nurse Liz. They actually know my medical history and are so responsive. Plus, the really take the time to listen and explain. However, what impressed me the most is how they will go above and beyond to help find solutions when needed. It is rare to find this level of care and concern.

Dr Harris is world class. She strikes a wonderful balance of saying what needs to be said and being a generous listener. Very in tune w/ customer needs and interests while dispensing on point recommendations and strategies. The support system and infrastructure there is great from the initial inquiry thru check out. Nurses have always been great including Adonis today. Thanks for looking out for me and great service.

If you are lucky enough to become a patient in this group, you will never want to leave! Not only do the staff make me feel valued and cared for, but Dr. Schroder takes time to listen and thoroughly respond to all my questions and concerns. He is professional, sharp and kind!

I have been involved with Raleigh Medical Group for many years, with my parents before they died, and now me. And I am very pleased with my experience. I seldom have a long wait in the waiting room and all of the staff are very courteous, professional and helpful. And I am very pleased with my doctor, Dr. Harris, and the doctor for my parents, Dr. Edmundson. I have nothing but glowing reports and praise for all of my contacts with Raleigh Medical Group.

Dr. Short spent the time needed to discuss and evaluate my concerns and determine treatment needs. I really appreciate his one-on-one time. His nurse, Jennifer, was very friendly in answering questions before seeing Dr. Short and gave me flu and tetanus shots that I never felt. She's great. I did not feel rushed at all throughout the entire visit. Overall, a very satisfactory visit that was completely without any problems.

I was a new patient. I had a couple upcoming appointments, but had an emergency involving a death in my family, so I called and spoke with someone to cancel all my upcoming appointments. I kept getting automated calls to confirm my appointments, so I called back and spoke with the after hours company they use and told them the same thing- that I cannot attend any appointments and would like to cancel them all.

When I returned to my house 3 weeks later I had a letter in the mail saying my physician is no longer willing to see me because of my lack of attendance and I would have to pay a fee to retrieve my medical records. It seems that none of my appointments were canceled even though I called multiple times and spoke with someone. Horrible communication.

Now I paid a fortune for my blood work and have to pay more money just to get the results? All due to their lack of organization/communication within their facility. Wouldn't recommend. front desk was also not friendly and felt quite unwelcoming. As someone who also works at a front desk, I was pretty taken back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Harris' for several years. She makes you feel as though you are her only patient that day. She is very positive and thorough in her approach to health care and helps you make wise health choices. It is obvious that she takes the time to read your chart and her personal notes about you and your family before your appointment.

I love this practice and feel that they are very responsive to their patient's needs. I have been very pleased with the reception staff, the Physician's Assistants, the lab technicians, the nurses and the scribes. While I have not had many serious medical needs, the ones that I have had have been dealt with immediately. My husband and my son go to Dr. Short and say that he is as amazing as well.
