Green Street Surgery Center

After being part of the practice for over 10years. I can write a fully informed review and confirm they are a terrible GP surgery. They are rude and very defensive and and when I made a complaint listing the things they should do as a practice to improve. It was ignored. Instead they said the GP wants to say sorry but will not do anything to actually address the concerns. Receptionists who are not qualified tell you sensitive results on the phone after you have to call up because they forget to tell you this information and have no remorse.

You can not see your GP at all ever. Even if you want to book in advance you will get a locum. They do not treat people with dignity or respect. They are not caring by any nature and deliver poor service. They should not be allowed to operate.

Absolutely excellent doctors everyone of them Receptionist staff are brilliant and understanding I would never change doctors they have given me and my children a top service I dont know how people can fault these doctors and staff I am truly grateful for everything and ur constant support

Probably the worst GP i've been to. You're only allowed to book appointments at 8am or 3pm for some reason, if you call before or after that they say they don't take appointments now you have to call the next day. When you do call at those times the lines are always busy and you can never get through. Don't waste your time here and find yourself a decent GP.

Rude drs n staff, lines always busy, been with them for 5years, now i am changing my GP soon.

Terrible practice. I've changed my GP. What a rubbish place. Booked for an appointment, went there and they didn't even know anything about it.

I personally didn't have any problem with them. And I could call them too. According to other places I've been at they're okay.

Very rude doctor - receptionist the whole of them. I'll be letting everyone in Enfield that askes for a recommendation of a doctor to go to NOT TO GO GREEN STREET SURGERY JESSE THE RECEPTIONIST IS VERY RUDE Needless to say they have terminated me from attending the doctors lol

There line is always busy. Hard to get through to them and some of the doctors can be rather rude!

Had the worst exprience doctor was miss behaving made complain an they got rid of me an my family from the surgary an put the blame on me saying that i was raising my voice they gave my 4years old son 16years old medacation very unprofetional an the complains dont get very far tryde telling the nhs they dont seem to give much attention
