Very nice and caring nurses, the Doctors informed me about the surgery and answered all my questions, even on the weekend. I felt myself in good hands. The hospital food was mostly good, but I was still hungry after dinner. I love hot tea, but that was very difficult to get. I can recommend the hospital, because they really take care of you.

I have had 1 scope on my r.knee, 1 right hip replacement getting ready for my left hip replacement. The hospital and their nurses should by far get paid more for putting their health on the line and doing just as much as the doctors do. They are so nice and caring and making sure your not in pain. I will be there again in 4 days! Wish me luck!

Very organized with my procedure. Staff was kind an attentive to my needs. Wait time to get registered was longer than anticipated. Once registration was complete staff especially Colby in Ultrasound were very kind and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. Overall experience was excellent!

I completed 36 sessions of Cardiac Rehab. Stephanie and Eddie were great! True professionals! Both of them were so positive and helpful throughout my sessions. They adjusted my workouts appropriately for my improving medical condition. They taught me many things about working out, nutrition, heart health, and stress relief. The facility is well equipped with plenty of natural light. I highly recommend this department.

The 4 stars is because I have been here many times with my husband as the patient and they have been FABULOUS. This time I was the patient. I was there for 5 hours, I saw the nurse for maybe 10 minutes and the Doctor for 2 minutes. 5 tests and told me to follow up with my doctor. I didn't get to ask questions or be told anything except that I had tachycardia.
A little Q/A would have been nice to give a little piece of mind. The Dr 2 days later gave me an antibiotic to clear up the upper respiratory infection. I don't think I would have had to pay for that extra visit if I had been fully conversed with at the ER, because then I had another follow up. Thankfully, my St Joseph Primary Care treats the whole person, not just one symptom. Thank you, Molly Hawley and Julianne Ewen!

As a current ER employee and nursing student DO NOT GO HERE. I went while having the worst pain of my life. I was still answering questions but I was doubled over, crying, yelling whenever the wave of pain increased to maximum. I guess the triage nurse came to get me. She asked what was wrong in an annoyed tone. Me, lacking a CT machine and the ability to do a personal pelvic examine stayed I had no idea.
I'd just started my period and said it was like the worst period cramps. She apparently decided that the random girl on the floor in I tense pain was capable of self diagnosis and demanded I be quiet, it was just period cramps. She wanted me to sign paperwork and I breathed out, one second. She was like, no, you can sign they're just cramps. I managed to scribble onto AFTER I made her wait for the current pain wave.
I went back and puked 3 times and hid in the bathroom. Once I felt like I could walk, I forced my husband to take me home because screw being treated like that. I spent several hours trying to overcome the pain before making my husband take me to UK hospital instead. I had emergency surgery. That lady deserves to have her license revoked. I've never ever seen anyone treated like that. Anyone with an ounce of medical training knows no one is able to properly diagnosis themselves.

From the Er to the nurses and assistants that took care of me, everyone was top notch, kind compassionate and friendly. I expected bad food, I guess, but it was good too and I had some great conversations with not only Nutrition staff, but just about everyone that was taking care of me. I actually miss these these warm people.

Everyone was very helpful and caring. My experience with my back surgery was great. My husband did contract Covid while there and of course I got it while recovering from my surgery. There were a couple of things that no one took notice of that were sure germ magnets. Funny that surgery waiting rooms were closed but everyone had to touch the same phone to let surgery center you were there. Just saying.

I was received a few minutes before my appointment time. Because I preregistered (I received a call the day before to do so) the paperwork was reduced. Soon after completing the paperwork I was taken back to prepare for the MRI. The technician was friendly, and after a brief explanation of the process I was on the bed and ready to go. A nice warm blanket and the good ol headphones to reduce the noise were comfortable. 18 minutes later I was all done. All in all it was a smooth experience and the receptionist and technician were very nice folks.
