Prostate MRI is an MRI of the pelvis with and without contrast using iCAD VividLook software. Colorized map indicates areas that are suspicious or abnormal, providing target for biopsy. Why is the gown necessary even if you're not wearing metal? Because many different types of clothing have metal microfibers (used to help prevent shrinking) that may result in skin burns caused during the imaging scan.

My first MRI and visit with Lexington diagnostic center the staff that I had the pleasure to meet was Geneva, Breanna and Paula, they made me feel comfortable. They were super patient with me due to me being claustrophobic. They noticed how I was super stressed and fearful to have the MRI. The three ladies professionalism was totally excellent. Very rare to get that type of service. Thanks ladies keep up the good work!

Appointment was confirmed by phone, I was made aware of my portion of the costs upfront which I appreciated. Waiting room was comfortable despite being somewhat dated. The clinical staff were very professional and pleasant. I would have given a 5Star review except that the front desk person that checked me in was somewhat snarky when their listed diagnosis/requested exam didn't match what I was actually there for. Instead of assisting me in resolving the issue she took the position that it wasn't her problem and left me to deal with it. Not a great level of customer service.

All of the employees were courteous and considerate. They expedited the check in process by supplying the contrast media and instructions, registration paperwork etc. to be completed at home prior to the appointment thereby reducing the amount of time spent in the waiting room. I highly recommend this facility after having several studies completed there over the years. Appointments were I'm easily obtained.

From the minute I received a phone call regarding an appointment for the MRI, I felt respected, and valued. Every person I encountered was kind, understanding, and treated me as if I were their only appointment for the day. The MRI itself wasn't bad at all. I was able to listen to music during the process, and the technician spoke with me to make sure I was doing fine, and to let me know what was going on every step of the way.

I was very impressed, I was treated so kind and thoughtful. The lady that checked me in helped me set up payments, and didn't tread me bad because I couldn't afford my co pay in full. The nurse that took me back explained everything, kept comforting me and made sure I was ok, and I really felt like family instead of like the next person in line.

Extremely helpful in getting my order for my scan correctly from the Dr. and the Insurance Co. Helpful when using my flex card. Very minimum wait. Very professional and kind man doing the scan, explains everything and ask if you have questions. Quick turn around for your copy of disc. This is a great place can always get you in and the price is extremely fair! Also quick in getting the information to your Dr. Highly recommend. Everyone in this place you can tell loves to work her. Super nice and professional!

"Lee" was exceptional in his service and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, felt safe on the table and thorough in explaining the procedure and what to expect for my CT Scan. He was professional in his manner. The receptionist that signed me in was also kind, compassionate and caring of my needs and helpful of any questions I had. I was very pleased with the entire experience and will gladly recommend Lexington Diagnostic Center & Open MRI to everyone I know.

I've never had to use Lexington Diagnostic until this week. I chose them because I've heard nothing but great things even when I found out they were not in my network. They were more affordable than going to an in-network hospital for the same service! Everything I heard was true! The staff was great, I was treated with care and service was quick! Highly recommend!
