At one time this was the best pediatricians office ever. there rules are stupid. if you are going through hard times due to covid. bills were not received and then we get a notice randomly that we no longer are able to come back. who does this to a child? missed appts i understand that but over a bill. offered to lay the bill but she refused.

We moved here from out of state and maybe I just expect a different level of care. The billing department is impossible to deal with. I've made numerous phone calls to both insurance and billing about a specific bill. A caring touch basically told me it's my problem and if i don't pay the entire bill they won't see my kids any longer. I refuse to pay as my son has insurance coverage and this bill wasn't covered based on a technicality.
They don't help you and don't seem to care. The doctors are ok.not entirely friendly like I'm used to.the front desk can be rude, and if you have more than two kids forget it! I guess we are in the market for a new pediatric office asap!

Only a few days after moving to KY from SC, my daughter got sick and had a a high fever. Not having any established care yet in KY, we had a hard time finding an office to see her right away. We were turned away by a few other offices in the area. Caring Touch was more than happy to help us and quickly accommodated us. Dr. Parrott was very attentive and told us to feel free to call after hours if for any reason we needed anything else.
I forgot to tell the doctor that our daughter had recently been seen in SC and was recently on an antibiotic so they would prescribe an appropriate antibiotic. When I called the office after we had already left I expected to leave a message for the nurse. Instead they let me speak directly to the physician who quickly called our pharmacy and adjusted the prescription as necessary. I am impressed with our experience and will be making this our primary pediatric group.
