I would like to commend Stratton Eyes for their service and compassion. My aunt, due to illness, is no longer able to insert or remove her contacts. We went in today with no appointment, as she was having discomfort in one eye. She was taken back immediately and taken care of by a very kind technician. When he was not able to find the solution, Dr. Ko Took care of her personally. I appreciate their kindness to her. They remove and replace her contacts for her every month. The staff and doctors are the best!

Nice friendly staff, Dr. Davidson is awesome. Seem to have all the newest technology. My experience was before and after cataract surgery and ongoing yearly checkups

I went to Stratton years ago for my childs glasses and that went great. A little pricey but I was satisfied. This year I started having Eye trouble, they mentioned I may have glaucoma during the checks. I was told I would need a special test completed in January as they were waiting on access to a certain testing device. They called the following week in December and had me come in for a some other test that my insurance was billed for.

I never received a call back after the test, nothing from them with results, just radio silence. January came and went, no call as promised for special test. Just zero follow up. I made an appointment with my primary care provider not associated with Stratton and got all the tests completed and got the needed medication to save my vision, however, I am greatly disappointed in Stratton eyes for anything other than standard glasses prescriptions.

My 5 children have now had 2 yearly eye exams with Dr. Davidson (I just have my first exam this year with them and my husband will also be getting an exam soon). Hands down, my most favorite eye doctors! We opted to bring all the littles in at the same time and they were PREPARED, ready to catch running toddlers! I am beyond impressed. Dr. Davidson answered everything I asked in detail, and I felt fully informed!

Best eye Doctor! Love Dr. Stratton. Kind! Loving! Takes time with her patience's. You will be pleased if you go see her. She has a wonderful team.

Dr. Davidson gave myself, my husband and our son very through examinations. He took the time to explain several things to us and we were very appreciative. Everyone from the front desk to the glasses fitting specialist were kind and helpful. I will be recommending StrattonEyes to everyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Ko for nearly 14 years, following her to Stratton Eyes from her previous practice. I can't imagine trusting my eye care to anyone else. Dr. Ko has always been extremely thorough and tailors my prescription to the particular type of work that I do. The staff at Stratton Eyes is wonderful as well. They are always courteous, helpful, and ready to work through any problem. I couldn't recommend them any more strongly.

I have always had a great experience while at Stratton Eyes. Their staff is so friendly, courteous and a pleasure to be around. Dr. Ko is a joy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and takes the extra time to not only explain what she's doing, but why. I would highly recommend Stratton Eyes!

Dr. Stratton and her colleagues are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so kind and attentive. Dr. Stratton really takes the time to thoroughly answer questions and explain what's doing on with your eyes. I wish I could give them a higher rating, they deserve it. I'll never look for another eye doctor as long as I live in Lexington. They've definitely earned the title of "Lexington's Favorite Eye Doctors".

I found this office off my insurance website so I wasn't sure how it would go. My son and I both needed appointments and they actually made them back to back which makes my life a lot easier. We got there about 30 mins before our appointment times (I'm always super early) and they checked us in quickly. They offer online paper work so you can give it weeks in advance and save time at check in for your first visit, SCORE!

We waited about 10 mins before being called back. Also, the waiting room has a little area to the side with toys and books for the littles. They were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly to my son and I. Our overall appointment took about 30 mins so we were in and out fairly quickly. I'm so happy we found this place. Definitely recommend.

I went to Stratton Eyes two years ago with a groupon so I had no idea what their actual costs were. Today I returned, with my insurance, and was FLOORED by their billing procedures. When I call my insurance company, my eye exams should cost me $10. When I arrived at Stratton, it was going to cost me $10 for "glasses exam, " $40 for "contacts exam" and $35 for refraction-which I don't need. $85 for an INSURED eye exam.

I may as well not have eye insurance. I canceled my appointment and called my old eye doctor at Shouse Optical. They got me right in and, guess what?!? It cost me $10 for a FULL EXAM. No breaking up the charges and manipulating patients. I can't imagine how much money Stratton is making off of uninformed patients who don't know any better. And they're supposed to be a CHRISTIAN company.

The office is beautiful and the staff is super nice. They also have a good selection of frames.
