Prepare for Your Exam Report

A brief paramedical exam (or a physician exam) is required as a routine part of your application for insurance. A trained examiner will contact you to schedule a date and time for your exam. The examination is very brief, usually lasting 15 to 30 minutes. There is no undressing required. The exam normally consists of a series of questions about your medical history as well as a measurement of your height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse. A urine specimen is also collected. We can perform the exam in your home or work place, or you may come in our office if you prefer.

This place was awesome! Shelley and Jamie are super professional and super nice. I do not like needles and have small veins and Shelly took time to go get Jamie because they had to use a butterfly needle to draw blood and Jamie did a wonderful job without pain. Thank you both so much for your professionalism and knowledge. The entire office staff was nice.

They open at 8 receptionist says there's no one here to help me until 8:30 because she doesn't start until 8:30. She said she has paper work that needed done is the only reason she's here.shes also very rude about any questions I asked.this is a very unprofessional place that is in need of a cleaning, junk laying all over the place and stains all over carpet.
