Recently in the news, there has been much coverage and attention committed to health care reform and the potential changes to your current Medicare Advantage plans. We urge everyone to voice their opinions to your local congressional representatives to let them know that higher costs and less coverage is not beneficial for the more than ten million Medicare Advantage beneficiaries.

The first time I called the phone was answered quickly and I was given the info I needed in order to make an appointment, since that time I've called and they said they would get back with me with a time and date, never received a call back, so I called them 3 or 4 times they do not answer the phone, today I let the phone ring for 10 minutes then their phone disconnected me, hell of away to run business

I have been a patient of Dr Rod's for over 20 years before he joined Conviva and I have to say I was nervous coming into a brand new office with all new faces! His receptionist before was with him for over 20 years and I grew to love Bridgeot. Now in this office they have new faces. Coming in for my first appointment the front desk made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in detail.
After a few phone calls to the office I have grown to love speaking with them because they are all so polite. I spoke to Sheri which is one of the nurses and she was very knowledgeable about almost everything I needed to know. I'm also happy I don't have to drive across town to get my labs done. They have quest in side to do labs which I absolutely love.
I just wish they would open the activity room. Their supposedly going to have fun stuff to do like bingo and crafts for us old farts to do. I can't wait to go to those I'm one for free snacks and a good game of bingo. Thank you Conviva y'all are the best!

I absolutely love this clinic and the staff! The wait time is (and I kid you not) less the 15 minutes! I was amazed how quick they are. The medical assistants in the back are so sweet and understanding. The doctor took his time with me and on top of all of that I took my medications in and got a gift! If you need a new doctor this is the place to be.
The people at the front desk are so patient with all of the old folks it amazes me how they can sit there and listen to some of us blab on about our history. I definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. Conviva San Pedro thank you for being there for me.
