I had an amazing experience at Natura Dermatology. I was seen by Brooke and knew immediately that I was in good hands. She was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Natura & Brooke.

I go to Natura to get my Botox done by Brooke who always does an excellent job! She is able to inject me in a way that eliminates all of my forehead wrinkles without any drooping or pulling, while allowing me to still have movement which is exactly what I want. She is the best and my interactions with the rest of the office staff have been great as well!

My experience with Brooke Hernandez was amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, and cares about you as a patient. I would recommend her to anyone, she has changed my skin for the better. Thank you Brooke!

Brooke is AMAZING! I just started Botox and fillers this year and she has been remarkable every step of the way. I wanted a very natural, soft look and she let me come in weekly to do everything gradually. I get tons of complements and requests for her information. I cannot say enough about her. She is as lovely to work with as she is talented. Can't wait for my next visit!

I love this place! The staff is amazing at their jobs and extremely friendly. Josh always welcomes me with a smile and is helpful explaining any paper work I need to fill out. I want give a shout-out to Blair and a big thank you too. I've struggle with acne scars for years.he recommended I do the Picoway laser and after just one treatment my acne scars look 90% better. Highly recommend this place.

The dermatologist was very short on my acne issues and seemed to be in a hurry. I asked for a facial for acne to get extractions and they recommended hydro facial. The machine was broken and when I finally got in weeks later, they told me extractions were extra. I agreed to pay but they hardly did any extractions. They used a machine instead of manually doing them.

They charged me almost $200 for a 30 mins facial?! And they didn't even had a steamer. I went to another spa in the area and they were much more informative. I would go back to the dermatologist but would not recommend a facial here.

They were very efficient in getting me an appointment earlier than expected. They took me in soon after I arrived. Unlike most similar places this office was a very professional medical facility not a day spa type atmosphere. Blair was extremely professional. He diagnosed my issue and my other concerns. He also went above and beyond to examine and bring to my attention other skin issues he saw.

He also took the time to answer fully any and all questions I had no matter how trivial they might seem. Because of the professional atmosphere and personnel, I had full confidence to have other services scheduled. I think this was due not only to the helpful front-end folks like Josh, but more so because of Blair's attitude. He really made me feel so comfortable and alleviated any nervousness I might have had.

I've had skin issues for years but started comming here a couple years ago. I'm so glad I did. The Doctors and staff are amazing. They take great care of my skin and I always leave there feeling pretty good about myself. If you want to know how great your skin can look.just look at the doctors at Natura. Their skin is amazing. Don't hesitate to trust these qualified and caring skin specialists.

Unprofessional & rude staff, we drove from an hour away and called in advance to notify the office that we were stuck in traffic and going to be delayed we were told they would be able to take us, upon arrival we were turned away and told to reschedule the appointment. We just came for a consultation and would have been alot easier if they would have told us the information before we drove all the way out.

The wait was a little bit longer than usual this time (45 minutes), but Dr. Richardson is worth the wait! He is very professional, efficient and kind. His staff is also friendly. Been his patient for about 12 years.

After researching for a dermatologist near me, I was hoping this establishment would have good customer service and understanding. Unfortunately after booking my appointment as a new patient and not being able to make it due to a family emergency, I get multiple phone calls that I owe them a fee of some sort? I never signed anything or even spoke with anyone at the office regarding this.

This place clearly just wants to take your money. I do not recommend this dermatologist and I am so disappointed because I did my research in the fort lauderdale area and unfortunately I will be telling my friends and family to stay far away. Bad customer service and experience overall.

I had an insect bite which wasn't healing. Blair did what he needed to do and explained things to me in a clear and concise manner. It's what I love most about him; his ability to talk to another human being in a way that is kind and generous and easy to understand. Brilliant bedside manner!

I was back to my favorite provider injector Brooke, she takes such great care of me and always leaves looking and feeling my best. She also has a very gentle hand. Highly recommend! And I should say that I have forgotten to post my other 10 times that I visited her love her

Jacob has been fantastic. The doctor was great too, and my first appointment is with him 100% trust. Jacob knows his client, which is most appreciated as a patient and a former spa director.

First time visiting the office. Was very impressed and highly satisfied. On time taking me back. Didn't wait more than 3 minutes before the Dr was in with me. Thorough examination, not rushed. Explained everything. Will definitely recommend to friends and will definitely be back.

Dr. Richardson was so amazing. So knowledgeable and thorough with his exam. He made me feel very comfortable for my first skin exam. Highly recommend and will be going back.
