Our experienced team members have trained at some of the top U.S. and international hospitals and universities. We come from the anesthesia marketplace and understand your needs, clinical issues and business.
Anesco was founded and is run by physicians. Dr. Richard Meli and Dr. Paul Kolbert, head up the leadership and were among the co-founders in 1998. The executive team has been instrumental in building Anesco and attracting talent to the group and making it one of the leading single-specialty anesthesia and perioperative management companies in South Florida.
Healthcare Performance - Anesco (HP-Anesco) provides anesthesia services to Broward Health, one of the 10 largest public health systems in the nation. This operation was started in 1999 and has grown continually in stature within the local medical community each year. At HP-Anesco, we currently service four large metropolitan hospitals and two surgery center facilities with more than 150 full and part time professionals, including over 40 MD Anesthesiologists, over 75 nurses trained in anesthesia and a full service billing operation.

We pride ourselves on combining customer service, effective business skills and real hands-on advice that maximizes collections and reduces your costs. Our MISSION is to apply our deep business and medical skills, learned through years of managing medical practices to support groups in their efforts to collect more, run more efficiently and increase successful patient interactions.
