First visit receptionist are rude! They have like 4 or 5 checking you in, got there a few minutes early she said sit down we will call you up when it's closer to the time of your appointment. Ok! They act like you are a bother to them! They lack personality and customer skills. First visit was quick clinic saw PA which clearly missed a stress fracture because when the doctor saw it on second visit it was in both X-rays.

I like the actual doctor Chase Wilson he was very nice. Went back for follow up which was two weeks later and 3rd appointment. Appointment was at 2:30 got there at 2:25 waited for an hour. Went up and asked how much longer she said your child is next, waited for another 30 minutes and still didn't get called back. After one and half hour, I finally said forget it and asked for my copay back!

I will not be back nor will any of my children and I will tell everyone I know! I do not recommend this place unless you want be treated like your a bother by the receptionist or want to wait for over an hour and half and still don't get called back! Very disappointed with their services!

I had an appointment with a Ashlee Simpson, PA at 9:10 this past Tuesday morning. At approximately 9:20 a staff member called my name and advised me that Ashlee would not be able to see me because she had "fallen behind schedule". When I asked how Ms. Simpson could have gotten so far behind schedule when they only opened 1 hour and 10 minutes ago she would not answer.

I let the staff member know that I had arranged my day around this appointment and that I could wait within reason. She said that Ms. Simpson could see me later at 1:55 or 3:00 that afternoon but would not allow me to wait. As I prepared to return to see Ashlee Simpson at 1:55 l realized that due to a conflict and lack of enough disabled parking I might be late.

I called TOC to let them know but could only reach voicemail boxes. I chose appointments and scheduling and let them know I might be late but would wait for the 3:00 opening if necessary. I arrived in the waiting room at exactly 2:10.15 minutes late.signed in and took a seat. A few minutes later another staff member called my name and let me know that Ashlee Simpson would not see me because I was 15 minutes late.

I asked them to check their voicemail and again offered to take the 3:00 opening. The staff member reiterated that Ms. Simpson would not see me "because I was 15 minutes late". When I asked her to move me to 3:00 she told me that "that option is off the table because I was 15 minutes late". When I asked if she felt it was OK to cancel me that morning after traveling to the office and then be inflexible in rescheduling even after leaving a voicemail.she responded "that is Ashlee Simpson's policy" So, I would be hesitant to schedule an appointment with Ashlee Simpson.how does she get so far behind schedule only 70 minutes into her work day that she cancels appointments of patients already in the waiting room. Also, how can she refuse to see a patient that was 15 minutes late after I agreed to return at two time slots and left a voicemail? Ashlee Simpson, PA may be a great PA but I will never know!

Dr. Tompkins is a amazing surgeon! I trashed out my ankle back in April (2022) and I'm so grateful to him for patching me up. He had a plan before he ever operated and it was successful. I've still got a little way to go before I'm back to normal walking but with God all things are possible.

From the receptionist at the front desk, to the nurses. To the xray techs. To Cody the PA. They were all professional polite and helpful. I was in and out within an hour to have my painful shoulder assessed and treatment assigned. I HIGHLY recommend TOC Parkwest.

I was having leg and knee pain and hard aches all in my leg. I was just seen by Dr Hamilton and he if course did x-rays of my knees and its arthritis if course. He gave me an an anti inflammatory shot and I have no pain whatsoever. Actually my entire body feels no pain I usually have. So in short. I highly recommend Dr Hamilton. He's great . The entire staff was friendly. Thank you.

DO NOT GO TO TOC. I called for weeks to get an answer abiut trying to transfer Dr's because Oak Ridge hospital is a joke. I 2anted to transfer to a Dr who had privileges at another hospital. After calling and leaving messages for 2 weeks someone called me and said they wouldn't switch because Dr Kennon wasn't able to do a surgery on a injury so old.

So I asked if Dr grace was a better surgeon then since he could do it and she called me a liar and putting words in her mouth. They are the most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. Dr Grace is fine but his nurse is straight up you know what. I tried to switch for over 3 weeks and then they use time as an excuse for not doing it. Go anywhere other then here. KOC is the best by far. TOC is a horrible place with rude Karen employees. Avoid at all costs

If you have any back problems, I highly recommend Samuel Yoakum, DO, spinal area, the Towers at Park West Hospital. He has fixed some very painful problems for me. He's great and takes time to listen then repair your pain! Good guy; good doc.

The care for my partner's shattered wrist has been a 9 of 10. However, the ladies at the front desk are drunk with mask mandate policy. I don't blame them, I blame the autocratic attitude of this whole practice for not allowing a mask option. I can go to football games, b-ball games, the mall, and many other places that offer a mask option. Lol! One of the MD's just walked thru the atrium and into the office with NO mask on! NONE! I rest my case! Get out of the COVID dark ages!

I was seeking help with my severe Plantar Fasciitis and was told by multiple people that Dr. Tracy Pesut could help. The office is always very busy but the staff are very welcoming and devoted to patient care. The check in process is smooth and consistent. The waiting area is warm and inviting. The nurses are helpful and have good bedside manner, for the most part.

They see ALOT of patients per day, the clinic is huge with many treatment rooms. Before your first appointment, be sure to ask which side you will need to check in (North or South). I wasn't told before my first appointment and had to figure it out once I got there. Their standard of excellence and patient care are second to none! I am so thankful I chose this office and Dr. Pesut to help me with my bilateral foot pain. Dr. Pesut has already done surgery on 1 foot and in a few months will do the surgery on the other foot.

I trust her with my care and with my well-being. She is dedicated to her patients and cares deeply about the outcome and long-term success of their issue. I would recommend this office and Dr. Pesut at her PA Jackie Tubaro to anyone looking for an orthopedic to help treat and/or correct pain in your feet. Five star experience! Five star doctor!
