Be absolutely sure this facility is actually in network with your insurance company. After referral here by my PC, I made an appointment, at which time my insurance info was taken. The appointment was on June 2nd. Upon checking in on day of appointment, my insurance info was again taken, and I was charged the appropriate co-pay. I consulted with a doctor for a colonoscopy, which was then set for two weeks later.

Good to go, right? Nope, I got a phone call from billing the next day saying that the facility was NOT in network with my insurance. Kind of seems like that would be important for them to know and to tell me BEFORE I saw the doctor. What a complete waste of time! I lost several months waiting to see the doc and now must start from square one. Their response? "We're not sure why that happened."

Had my first appointment, and from start to finish, complete professionalism and very welcoming. Dr. Moore listened and treated me very well. I will recommend this place to anyone with GI issues!

If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. Dr. Ergen is the most unprofessional and rude provider I have ever met in my life. My husband had an appointment in order to try and tackle some things that he's been battling for the past two years. Dr. Ergen could've sat outside the door and never talked to us and it would've made us feel more heard than actually speaking with him.

He interrupted every single time my husband and I tried to talk, he would discredit what my husband's symptoms were, and he gas-lit us the entire appointment. His responses were "well that's normal" and "everyone has that" on things that my husband experiences that are NOT "normal". He literally wouldn't believe that my husband doesn't eat things like pizza, spicy foods, or high citrus and kept saying every question twice like we were lying and he was 'getting the truth out of us'.

I cannot believe a provider gas-lit my husband as much as Dr. Ergen did during our appointment. He said the entire appointment that basically there was nothing necessary for their facility to do but "i guess" we can do a scope. Also, when my husband tried telling him he's been diagnosed with IBS in the past he told him he doesn't have it, and when we told him that my husband's mother and both sisters have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease his response was (with a facial expression of absolute absurdity) "are they REALLY diagnosed with celiac?" Just absolutely don't go here. I wish I would've read the reviews before coming to this facility and won't make that mistake again.

Dr M Moore has changed my life. I have been in remission with my UC for going on 4+ years now thanks to him and Humira. He's the kindest, most personable Doctor around and I would recommend him to anyone who struggles with any type of gastrointestinal issues. He definitely makes sure you receive the best care and answers any concerning questions you may have. It's great to have a doctor who actually fights to find the best solution for whatever your situation may be.

Dr. Ergen is quite possibly the most arrogant doctor I've had the displeasure to see. He barely listened, would interrupt frequently and generally bullied his way through the visit. The entire visit felt like shopping for a used car. It always felt like he was trying to sell something. His nurses scheduled appointments without notice then got upset when those appointments were missed. The overall atmosphere of the clinic is cold. I never felt like anything more than a number attached to an insurance check.

I was a patient at this medical facility for over 2 years. I was initially seen by Dr. Chobanian, but switched to Dr. Samavedy more recently after I felt I was not being taken care of adequately. After switching to Dr. Samavedy, my experience was even worse. I feel that he had already made a decision and a plan before assessing me and from reviewing my medical records from Dr. Chobanian 2+ years prior.

I tried to explain that my condition has significantly worsened during the last year, but wasn't listened to at all. During my appointment, I was talked over and practically dismissed. I was told, "not everything is a GI problem, " after explaining symptoms that I was worried about. I left the office and cried in my car. I've spent so much money here on testing and scopes to get zero answers or good suggestions.

I made a decision at that point to switch practices entirely. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here. Edit: After switching to Edmund's Gastroenterology, I was told the issue I was complaining about that, "wasn't a GI issue, " was in fact a different type of reflux and I'm now taking medication that has improved the condition significantly.

Dr Raj Narayani and his staff at the The Endoscopy Center took great care of me when I had my procedure. Super efficient from pre-op check-in to recovery and out the door in less than hour and half. Having an Colonoscopy isn't fun, but the team at The Endoscopy Center made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions along the way. I would highly recommend Dr Narayani and his team to anyone who is needing Endoscopy screening.

Dr. Haydek and his staff are fantastic. I had been referred to a different type of Dr from pcp and they said it was GI related and got me in right away. When some tests came back irregular they had me in the following Monday (my appointment was Thursday afternoon) to get more lab work completed. Also the nurses were about to schedule me tests not preformed there within a weeks time. The receptionist were kind and quick as well as the lady who triaged me with blood pressure type screens.

I would give them a 0 if I could. I called to reschedule an appointment. The staff was very rule and unprofessional. I was told by the scheduling supervisor that she was getting in touch with our doctor because she claimed it was the 2nd time the appointment was rescheduled. This was the first time rescheduling and when I ask for a different doctor because the doctor that my wife was assigned to wasn't going to be in the office on the day we need. The scheduling supervisor got real rude. U would avoid this office and go some where ekse

I had started going to GOA because the hospital said i had an enlarged liver & referred to GIA. I went here for 2 years and was being treated for Gastroperisis. Not one time did they discuss my liver. I had several procedures and nothing helped. I delt with Dr. Altaw at first and i liked him then i had a procedure with Dr. Huffman and he had no bedside manner at all and very rude.

Then i was given over to the NP Olivera. She just kept giving me medication. She wouldnt listen to me at all. She wanted to do another procedure that I was already told couldnt be done. I done some research on my own and my husband & i decided to get a second opinion. Thank God i did! They had misdiagnosed me for 2 yrs. I wouldnt go here unless you like procedures & medication
