Ask the Doctor: Noted Physician Dr. Geller answers some common questions about vein therapy. A: The doctor will review your medical history and examine your legs to determine the types of veins you have. Dr. Geller will then determine whether you are a candidate for EVLT or for sclerotherapy injections.

For all us women who suffer from varicose veins and are not comfortable showing our legs in public. This office will lure patients in with the promise that your varicose vein treatments are covered by your insurance. The fact of the matter is they will only bill your insurance company for the initial consultation. The actual varicose vein treatments ($5000) they expect you to pay out of pocket - even though the treatments were covered by my insurance. Don't believe the hype. You'll get your hopes up only to have them dashed against the rocks.
