If you care about your health, make sure not to see Dr. Nataly Pasumansky. I came to her with multiple symptoms, and all she told me is to drink water and take Tylenol. Only after insisting, she referred me for blood work which showed elevated Cholesterol and low TSH. For the low TSH she referred me to a specialist, but she totally ignored the high cholesterol.

When I called to ask her why she ignored it, her medical assistant told me that they don't treat it and I should exercise more (I do CrossFit 5 days a week) and eat healthy ( while I already watch a pretty strict diet). She totally ignored the fact that I have a family history of high cholesterol. Worst medical provider that I have ever encountered. She didn't care about my health at all.

I've had appointments with most of the doctors here for the past decade and all have been great for me! Also, I appreciate that they refill online prescriptions without a visit. Thank you!

Svetlana and Vladimir. We are patients of AFM for over 23 years. Our providers Irine Vaiman and Yakov Grinberg. Couple of years ago we have moved to the Pierce County, but not going to leave them. In any emergencies they always find time for appointment at the same day. Highly professionals. The same is staff does. We are very thankful them for taking care of us.

I hade an appointment with Dr Vaiman for consultation and second opinion. She is not my primary care provider but she spent a lot of time with me and did ran Ultrasound and tests just because she wanted to help me with my conserns. She always cares about my health and wants to help us. I referred her to my friend she came for consultation and Dr. Vaiman spent over a hour with her as well. This place is very friendly and Doctors always care about patient health and they put it as a priority in their life. Thank you Doctors for all your open sweet heart

My family and I have used this clinic for about 20 years, and we are very pleased with the service and medical care we received from all the docs. We can get an appointment very quickly, get follow up calls with test results, and very good referrals for specialist care. Dr. Grinberg is very kind and knowledgeable, provides tons of info during the visits, and spends lots of time with you.

All the other docs, when they come into the room, know what is going on with you (or my kids), very attentive, listen to your (sometimes crazy) concerns, and always provide enough time, never rushing you out. Cannot recommend them enough!

I've been with that clinic several years now and never, never got my appointment in time! I literally don't understand why to set up appointments because all the visits I am waiting at least 40 min in a lobby and no one even asked me why I'm sitting. I'm seriously considering to change clinic and do not recommend to go. I do believe management should review scheduling system and make it suitable for clients- yes, we are bringing to you money from our appointments and expecting at least an attention.

Last Month I visited Advance Family Medicine for my 693. We saw Dr. Liubov who is very very good, other staff in clinic are very good for sure. I liked the professionalism. Why I gave 2 rating then? here is the point. Not trusted is the billing and clarification. careful on this as it definitely surprised me. I was not told for it before in hand. For the same test for my Son and Daughter (fully immunization record up-to-date) i am seeing 2 different amount.

For me and my wife (went for immunization) its same amount as my daughter. They have not yet answered the reason yet. Waiting for clarification. my Insurance is equally confused. :( I shall keep posted on any reasonable clarity if received. Apart from this all looks good from Clinic & Doctor wise.

For more than 16 years my family and I are patients of Advanced Family Medicine. Every single person there is professional and attentive. My kids and I are patients of Doctor Vaiman, my husband is a patient of Doctor Grinberg. We are genuinely very happy with our Doctors. They are very very helpful and we feel lucky and blessed to have them in our life.

I use this facility for more than 20 years. Receptionists are always kind, respectful and efficient. We had several emergency situations in the past and and family doctor Dr. Grinberg was more than helpful. We trust his knowledge and medical treatment decisions, and referral he gives. Thank you, staff and Dr. Grinberg for your good work!

We've had an awful experience at Advanced Family Medicine hospital where sloppiness and ignorance prevails. When we came in with two kids under 3 at the hospital, staff (two people from 3) sit relaxed at their chairs with masks under the nose! People?! COVID spread not only through mouth.a woman checked the temperature and after that we were spending 1 hour and a half doing paperwork and just waiting for the doctor who told us that she can't see us because we 6 days ago have a sore throat! WTF?!?!?!

We had a cold 12 days ago which lasts for a week without fever or anything. According to the CDC.gov : "You can be around others after: * 10 days since symptoms first appeared and * 24 hours with no fever without the use of fever-reducing medications and * Other symptoms of COVID-19 are improving*" Question 1: we spend in the hospital 1,5 hours. Hmmmm in case we had COVID is it not dangerous for personal and people who was around?!

Question 2: where the doctor Liubov Endrikhovskaya got her diploma? And does she open CDC sometimes or update her knowledge somehow? Question 3: what's chance they spread infection to us due to not wearing mask properly and seeing a lot of patients?!

That place is just wasting time and money place I went there for my mom she hated there they don't help you just asking too many questions than taking your money

The front desk and nurse are just so rude and unprofessional. the doctor wasn't very nice either. I won't be coming back any time soon

I recently stopped going to this clinic after seeing Dr. Vaiman for over 15 years. The front desk staff have always been for the most part rude and inefficient, as have many of the medical assistants and nurses, but I put up with them because I liked Dr. Vaiman. Unfortunately, over time I was treated more and more poorly, both by the staff and by Dr. Vaiman, and on my last visit I waited almost an hour to get into the exam room.

Then I sat in the exam room waiting for another hour and an half! I was then seen for less than 5 minutes and basically simply blown off. After this, I transferred all my records to the doctor my daughter uses and couldn't be happier. This is something I should have done long ago and I strongly encourage anyone considering this office to look elsewhere. I don't know what happened to Dr. Vaiman, but she seems to have simply lost the care and concern she used to show her patients.

Unfortunately, the billing department still has not figured out how to do its job. I was told at a visit I owed $150. I asked for a bill. I started getting threatening calls to pay. I asked for a bill FIVE MORE TIMES in person at a visit, on the phone and via email. I finally got one SIX MONTHS LATER. I called and paid the next day. Three weeks later, I got a notice from a collection agency demanding I pay the bill, plus interest. Total idiots!

This is a wonderful practice with sweet front desk staff and a team that really cares about you. I personally have seen the care that they provide. Not only are the providers knowledgeable and experienced but they also try to make the treatment plan fit your needs and give you the best options possible. On top of awesome staff, this practice also provides a high end endocrinologist, a psychiatrist, an ophthalmologist, an ultrasound tech and massage therapy on site some days of the week. Really you can't go wrong here!

I had two appointments now with Dr Nataly Pasumansky. Her bedside manner is absolutely terrible! She interrupts when you talk, she is rude and smirks at patient's questions without explaining anything clearly. She first gave me one antibiotic which didn't work and then she gave me another one without giving me an explanation why she thinks this one may work better or why she didn't start with this one to begin with.

Initially I came in thinking I will get all the tests done to rule things out, which she initially didn't want to do but then started pushing me to do more testing. The more I talked to her, the less I wanted to have any further interactions with her. So I just left. The only doctor that's worth seeing there is Dr. Vaiman. I saw her once in the past and she was great. I wanted to see Dr Vaiman in the first place but she was booked unfortunately.

Office manager/billing person need a big improvement in customer service. She just doesn't care about patients or doctors! She even told me to write a complaint letter to the doctor? Seriously? That how she is supporting her staff! I have nothing against doctors but I do feel sorry for them.

They bill you an office visit for a flu shot and of course, insurance would reject that. At the end, you will be paying $60 which is 100% covered. Avoid them, you will not regret.

I don't understand these bad reviews. This is the all around best clinic I have ever been to and I am 60 years old. All staff is very kind, polite and professional. Wait times are the shortest of any other clinic.

Horrible clinic! I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone looking for genuine diagnosis. I went here for medical checkup when i was pregnant, i already had a whole body checkup done before. The doctor, just to make me use their facility, scared me that i might have thyroid and it will affect my baby. The worst thing u can do to a pregnant woman is scare her that u have something that will affect your baby. Doctor's ulterior motive was to make me use their ultrasound so that they can charge me lot more. There's nothing called medical ethics. They are just looking for ways to charge you in whichever way they can.

Dr. Liubov Endrikhovskaya is a great doctor, she gave enough time to hear me, understand the issues. she is quite thorough in her job. She has good knowledge.

Excellent doctors with efficient staff. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent medical care without a waste of time.

Terrible place! This is going to be my last visit here. they do blood test when it's not required and they treat without giving right medicine. I went to doctor here and next day when I was still in pain, they asked me to go to urgent care instead of checking how their diagnosis was working! I went to urgent care and the Urgent care doctor who said that I was treated with wrong medicine and didn't need any blood test. With the new diagnosis, I was finally out of pain and was able to sleep. Never gonna return again!

There is the very friendly and knowledgeable staff at Advanced Family Medicine Clinic. They always ready to help. All staff is really valuable support to the team of excellent medical providers.

Came here for immigration physical exam, price is $200 just like other doctors. Gor my paperwork within the week. Doctor was very understanding, didn't made me do blood test which cost my friend 1k at another clinic. got a few vaccines and it's all done!

5 years later, I am still very satisfied with this place and especially Dr. Vaiman. I was shocked to see someone else write a review criticizing Dr. Vaiman's English. Dr. Vaiman is Russian, but she both speaks and understands English perfectly. I am TERRIBLE with accents but I never have a problem with hers. Dr. Vaiman is a rare doctor who actually takes her time with you and never makes you feel rushed. She is excellent about follow up care and I have never had any issues with her. LOVE this office, they take excellent care of my husband and myself.
